Good customer service but limited stock and Amber of common items

I had a wonderful experience. My battery was dead and so I went in to get a new one. I only know how to jump a car, so my knowledge is pretty limited when it comes to batteries and cars. But when I got up to the register, I told them what I needed, they asked me what kind of car I had, and within five minutes Id bought the right battery. Then I needed it installed and they were able to do that within 10. I will definitely be going back here! They were so kind and efficient.

Horrible experience. Called ahead to check on parts and got a woman who obviously had no idea what she was doing. Go to the store and this same woman can barely use the computer to search for parts. We were looking for a steel brake line kit, she did not know how to spell the word brake correctly. Kit wasn’t in stock. Ok, fine. Finally she asks if we would like to see the steel brake lines in the back, offered no help to find the lines or the fittings. Even worse the manager and another employee back there seeing us obviously struggling to find everything and still offered no help. Since when is it proper service to have the customer search for their own parts in the back? If I could give zero stars I would after this type of customer service. Went to Auto Zone down the street and was literally in and out of the store in 5 minutes.

After trying to backout yesterday a lady parked across both handycap spots and when I said thats bad parking she replied its ok i work here have a nice day. So apparently if you work sonwhere its ok to brake the law and to inconvenience people who are disabled

Hate how these parts houses are NOW hiring CSRs that know NOTHING about automobiles....I mean, you know nothing about speak plugs and steering dampers...

They crew at the Bypass location are amazing! They deliver parts to us surprisingly fast.
