Great Service Laurie was able to help me rent units same day with no trouble great help.

So far, so good.Space was pretty clean. I wish it was climate controlled but the drive up takes priority.We were able to secure our unit and move in the same day. The door is a little wonky but I was showed a trick or two to make it work.Laurie in the office is so amazing. She had great customer service. She make the process smooth and easy. Very accommodating as well!

Fast, easy and courteous! Laurie was excellent, even when I had to get a larger space she made it easy. Location is also clean and safe.

Laurie, the property manager, at the Public Storage on Woodcliff Road in Bowie, MD, is AWESOME. If new to putting your items in storage or you havent done this in years, its guaranteed that the process has changed somewhat. Laurie will walk you through the entire process to get you started. She is very thorough and attentive to you as the customer.

I met with Laurie this evening just before closing. She was attentive, pleasant and respectful. I appreciate her considering my request. I would use this facility again.

Had an unprofessional experience with a woman by the name of Shawn. Apparently my electronic payment didnt not complete. I was unaware until she called me on a Sunday at 2pm in an abrupt & unprofessional manner. I gave her an opportunity to correct her tone & approach. She doubled down with her bad attitude and hung up the phone on me. This incident along with their high fees made the decision for me to look for another storage unit.

4/24/21 - Update. This place has gone down in two years. Elevator is broken and when I asked Wilma about when it will be repaired I was told she was instructed to have ciders call in advance to find out of the elevator is repaired 🙄. Just a few onths ago the fence was broken and now this. If you are looking for a storage facility that is fully operational with its mechanical components then DO NOT waste your money coming here. I literally had the carry all the donations for my nonprofit up the stairs in order to put them in the storage unit (see photos).

I was helped by first Kristine and then by Nicole on check-in day. Both ladies we extremely polite and very knowledgeable. They both went over the operating procedures at the Woodcliff Rd location in Bowie Md. They both made the how to(s) reserve and the check-in process clear and easy.

The whole experience was pleasant. Nicole answered all of my questions and displayed alot of patience while helping me with the process. I would definitely recommend this location to a family or friend.

Employees are very nice! The reason for the 2 stars is accessibility. During the week you can only get three the gate until 6pm. That is not enough time for normal working people. So now I pay for a unit I can only access 2 days.

Ed was wonderful. When my credit card was hacked in the Target debit card situation, I relied on the bank to help me do a sweep of the recurring accounts but it missed the public storage. Ed was so nice when he called, it was hassle free and he was wonderful to work with. When I had to go to the property to set things up again, I witnessed Ed being as professional and courteous to another client as he had been to me. This kind of customer service is just what I had hoped for. Great job!

I stopped into the bowie store to see if I could check my account. Ray was getting ready to close the office for the day. Even though it was close to closing his customer service was exceptional!! He was pleasant a professional. He let me know that everything was OK with my account. I recently had a problem with my bank card and I wanted to make sure that everything was OK prior to my first payment. Ray was able to give me the information and talked with me to let me know what I will be able to do if this happens again. I truly appreciated the assistance and his exceptional customer service.
