Emmanuel is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. My daughters now have comfortable mattresses on the way, and we couldnt be happier. Only two days for delivery, and an option to exchange them within four months if they want something firmer or softer. This will be our go-to place for mattresses from now on!

My wife and I shopped several mattress stores and liked the knowledge and professionalism that we got from Emanuel. He helped us find the right mattress and base within our budget. Got the ‘Platinum Delivery’ which we were told includes setup everything and haul away everything. Delivery guys show up on time and told us that they cannot haul away the old mattress and they NEVER haul away old frames. We made a phone call back to the store where we spoke to the manager, Chuck. He arranged for the removal of the old mattress and upon setup, the adjustable base does not work. Chuck promise to replace base and refund ‘Platinum’ fee which we are still waiting for. We’re told 3-5 days, it’s been 2 weeks. Not a good experience!Now it’s been 8 weeks and still no refund. Manager won’t return my calls.Nice mattress- bad service!

Vivian was fantastic! We came in with an interest in the Purple mattresses and she was able to give us the breakdown of the different mattress levels available through Purple. She then used our responses to the different levels to show us comparable mattresses in other brands so that we could get a true feel for all the options available. She was very patient with us as we tested and retested the different types until we narrowed down our decision. We never once felt pressured while also receiving very customized and considerate guidance. We ended up going with a King Purple 3 with an adjustable base and we are so excited to receive the delivery Monday (so quick)!Typically, when making larger purchases, you get a twinge of buyer’s remorse, but I honestly feel very confident in our purchase. Vivian gave us the time, patience, and knowledge necessary to make an informed and confident decision.

Marcus Moody was amazing. One of the most professional courteous and patient people I have met in a long time. Marcus took the time to listen and understand the needs of my wife and me. Two years ago we purchased a high-end mattress that failed and went through the mattress firm warranty process. We received an in-house credit to purchase another mattress and ended up walking away with the Tempur-pedic king size medium mattress. Since this was a return/credit other salesman wouldn’t have taken the time needed to make sure we selected what was best for our bodies. Its very refreshing and surprising that in todays consumer market that there are people that STILL take their time and go the extra mile for the customer. I got an incredible deal on Memorial Day 2016. I really needed a bed after moving and the king was just too big for my room. I was in another mattress store earlier that day and the sale was nice but not as good as the deal I got from Emmanuel. Very good experience. It would have been 5 stars but I had to come back for my bed linens and pillows due to an issue with confirmation of discounts.

We ended up coming back to Mattress Firm in Bowie because it was the only location that gave us peace to look at the mattresses on our own time, while being available to answer all questions. However the financing options made complete sense for us because without a good sleep my back will continue to prevent me from being functional during the day. In addition we had a problem with the first mattress and Marcus from Mattress Firm immediately assisted us, replacing our mattress free of charge in less than 24 hours. I cannot say enough good things about this location or company!

He had a great deal on a queen bed, I chose to think on it overnight rather than impulse buy it. I came in the next day to see it getting wrapped up for the guy that beat me to it by 10 minutes! We have been looking for a mattress for several weeks and went in and spoke with Claire at the Bowie Mattress Firm on Friday. The store was busy with 3 other couples in there and Claire being the only salesperson working at the time was very professional helping all the couples. She explained all the color codes on the beds and was very attentive to each person in the store. With her help we had decided on two but went home for the night to sleep on the decision.
