I waited over 4 days for my covid test appointment, received multiple confirmation email and texts only to arrive and find a sign in the window stating that they canceled all appointments for testing. I’m not sure why the guy could stand there and talk to me about how under staffed they were for 5 minutes rather then just give me the test for me to take and drop…
Terrible customer service at this location last night.. apparently employees are allowed to give customers attitude and scream at them just because they’re in a bad mood.. and whatever you do.. DO NOT question why you’re getting an attitude! They will refuse your service and call the cops.. all because they were in a bad mood and taking it out on the customer for no reason
This store is an embarrassment.... The Pharmacy is straight from a 3rd world countryMy Dr called in a prescription, I went to the Falmouth hospital after I left his office for an x-ray...I went to cvs afterThey told me I had 20 minute wait !!!If I HAD gone the NEXT.t day I STILL WOULD HAVE HAD A 20 MINUTE WAIT
I would give zero stars if I could. People in drive through are incompetent and unhelpful. We’ve been sitting here for 30 minutes waiting for SELF swab tests. Not even a matter of “being short staffed” because we just do it ourselves, all they have to do is hand us the tests and they can’t even do that. Unbelievable. This is a global pandemic and you’re choosing not to help people with appointments who need these tests to go back to work/school/daily life. Go to urgent care!
As the other reviewers have stated, this CVS is unresponsive. I called to transfer a Rx and was on hold for 53 minutes. While waiting, I glanced at reviews and realized they maybe staffed by a ton of honey badgers. I called the CVS over in Sandwich, they picked up in under 5 minutes and are refilling my Rx.
Drive thru is horrible covid tests should NOT be in the drive thru. Waited 20 min in line to pick up my prescriptions absolutely absurd.
I’d like to say positive things about the cvs but unfortunately it’s been a bad experience. They do not answer the phone and there’s no way to get through to them to ask about transferring over a medication. You have to drive all the way there to speak with them and then wait for the prescription. Very inconvenient. Please fix your phone line…UPDATE: Drove all the way here and i’ve been sitting in driving through for AN HOUR……how is this even possible. Avoid this place at all costs…ANOTHER UPDATE: Came here again to purchase something. I went to use the bathroom and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. I’ve never seen anything like it. CLEAN YOUR FACILITIES. THATS A HEALTH HAZARD.
As others have reported already, this CVS is a waking nightmare. Dont expect anything to happen even close to schedule.
I was racially profiled and watched the entire time I was shopping.
Waited in line just to hear a paid employee tell me I can do their job and was suggested to check myself out
99% of the nutrition bars on the shelf are expired.
I gave them five star rating because of the Improvement in care and pleasantness that I have been shown for a few months now and I am very grateful. Tough job. I would guess a lot of cranky customers.
Currently been sitting in drive through for 20+ mins and there is still 2 cars ahead of me. This is insane.
By far the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I only have issues here, it always takes at least 3 days for me to get my prescriptions. They say my insurance won’t cover it or my doctor didn’t give authorization but once I switched pharmacies I never had another issue. It really feels like they intentionally try to make things difficult and stressful. This pharmacy genuinely does not care about people.
Friendly staff, quick service
Photo lab need a new scanner. This one sucks and takes for ever. Has to warm up every time. Takes way to long to copy photo. It is a dinosaur
Most of the staff at the front of the store doing check out are attentive and often check to make sure products being bought have not expired. With that said, there seems to never be someone in charge at the management level within the store and if there is a issue it isn’t handled professional. One Sunday in particular there was a man vacuuming the carpets of the store with about a hundred or so feet of electrical cord laying on the ground in multiple aisle. When approached with this safety issue by a couple of customers he was rude. He also asked people who were shopping to move out of his way so he could vacuum down the aisle and when asked if he could vaccum another part of the store instead he said “no and I don’t want to get into.”
Ive never dealt with a more incompetent pharmacy in my life. So far Ive waited three days for them to refill my prescription, with them falsely saying my doctor denied a refill request. This despite the fact that my doctor immediately authorized a refill. Apparently I cant get an emergency refill, either. Now I have to wait for my doctor to contact them, if they manage to pick up the phone.Dont bother calling this CVS. Ive called several times. The past three times Ive had to wait about 15 minutes until someone picked up. Needless to say, the pharmacy staff arent helpful. While checking on my refill, I was even told by one of them that my name isnt in the system.Bottom line, if youre thinking about going here for a prescription, go to a different pharmacy.
Pharmacy and front of the store always have a line!
^-^ best cvs
Always seems like they are understaffed.
Ive used this pharmacy for years . Never any issues . Had my first flu shot from them went very well . Sometimes theres a line but heck thats the same thing that happens almost anywhere . It can also depends on the time you go as with any business .
Terrible cvs.
Its a CVS
