I have been to this store many many times and they have all been so helpful when I will when I wasnt sure I knew what I was doing sending things back. Never complained always had the right answers and they were always quick and personable. I brag about them to everybody I know that needs their services

Other views indicate a helpful manager. There must be 2 managers because Dan is very rude and cares little for customer satisfaction. I usually use a different UPS store which is always great. This store, unfortunately, represents UPS in a negative way. Very poor service. Agent seemed to just want to go home. Yes, during the holidays, but shouldnt be an excuse.

Excellent customer service! My family and I had a time crunch on some important documents that we needed notorized. We had to wait until almost closing to get all of our witnesses together, and Dan stayed late to get us all sorted with a smile. He also let a few other people in (after close) while we were working through several large documents so that they could have their things delivered before the holidays. Its easy to see that they really care about their customer. Thanks, Dan!

I use the post office when I can but after post office hours this UPS store is a great alternative. My work has a FedEx account but the customer service at the Kankakee FedEx is just awful. Everyone Ive encountered at the UPS store are very helpful. For instance, if you bring a package unwrapped to the FedEx location they at you like you are insane. UPS will pack it up for you and even fill out all the labels on their computer.Professional, quick, and worth the extra price if the post office is closed and you need to send something out quick. Best private shipping center in town.

Excellent service Dan went Beyond had a lot of copies and notary to be done was almost closing time he never rushed us he went over closing time we never felt rushed he even let a few customers come in when he had door locked kudos to you great service much appreciated

UPS must be doing well to turn away customers. Get to the store at 1832, 2mins after it closes and the door is locked. This would have been fine if they didnt have 3 people in line. Im posting this review because this is the 2nd time I have been told that they were closed, last time I was there at 1825 by my Verizon clock and nope door was locked.

After getting stuck in traffic, I arrived at the UPS Store in Bourbonnais just a few minutes after they closed. I had an over-night time sensitive document. Both Dan and Tyler went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. Thanks for going the extra mile!

Extreme waste of my time dealing with these jokers. Brought my merchandise in, Tyler at the counter measured it, quoted me a price of 189 boxed and shipped. I have my buyer send me reimbursement for that amount. I then ask if that included insurance on the package to which he replies yeah, for $100 per package So first mistake he assumed my packages value.. more like $400 per package. So now of course instead of $189 its $200.. so Im out 11 bucks no big deal. Then I ask if I could use their rest room as I waited for him to help someone he was obviously friends with and I was told uh.. we dont have one so I asked where they go when they have to, maybe they just go out back and piss on the wall?.. I suggested Im there spending 200 for them to put my stuff in a box and put it on a truck and they cant do me the common human decency of letting me relieve myself in the restroom? How incredibly rude, not like I just walked by off the street and decided this would be a good place to use a bathroom, I was there conducting business. Against my better judgement I went ahead and paid for the services at which point I left my merchandise sitting against their counter. I asked if I needed to stick around while they packed my items and I was told no sir, every thing will be handled, no worries I then sent my buyer his tracking numbers and assured him his $900 purchase was on its way, safely in the hands of the UPS store in bourbonnais. I wish that was where it ended... I drive home almost a half hour away and an hour later I get a call telling me they cant box my items and that I would have to build a crate and they dont build crates because their box is not big enough for a part the counter helper did not measure correctly.. I didnt get Sorry Sir, we appreciate your business. We made a mistake, we will find a very slightly bigger box due to our mistake and make sure your package is delivered safely. They could have modified the boxes they were in by cutting a hole for the 1 problem spot they found on each box, faced the boxes together then taped the boxes together, problem solved. But instead all they offered was my money back or some obscenely more expensive box (almost $75 more just in shipping) where I would of lost out on even more money beyond the $11 Tyler had already cost me by assuming my value. (Hey kid, if it makes a difference in the price, ask before younooen your mouth and give the total, people need to know these things that effect their bottom line) Basically I was told by Dan who kept referring to my package as an Ebay sale (nothing to do with Ebay, another stupid assumption) that the declared value is not insurance. (And I quote insurance is something you buy for a car or a house, not shipping) That was condesending as hell by the way... So why did the price go up when my declared value went up? Because their liability of having to replace the contents went up in case they have to reimburse me due to damage while shipping.. is that not the entire basic definition of insurance? What am I missing here? Well, its there as per blah blah blah guidelines ups fine print yada yada.. if its package correctly so on and so forth Dude!! It better be packaged correctly, thats what I was paying you for.. my refund has still not posted to my account 8 hours later.. It better be there first thing in the morning.

My package was supposed to be here on Tuesday September 10th.It never showed up.Wednesday is no good until after 3:30-4pm.Hopefully if I dont get it then,hopefully I get it on Thursday,but this is poor delivery.This has caused a real mess.

The UPS Store is open Monday-Friday from 8am until 6:30pm. They are open Saturday from 9am till 2:30pm. They are OPEN on THURSDAYS.
