I finally found a local store that carries a line of Petite clothing that also comes in Short lengths! And they offer tummy control jeans in these sizes for my client who desperately needs this! I was very impressed w their selection. We will definitely be returning here for more jeans and pants that fit amazingly.

JCPenneys has come a very long way in terms of customer service! I find it easy to continuously go back there as their Associates are more knowledgeable and courteous. This particular store is a smaller one and didnt have quite as extensive selection as the other stores and I was not able to find what I was looking for an order from largest store. But the sales rep was very helpful!

Found a dress for a wedding on clearance and got 25% off too. Even got New Balance sneakers on sale and 20% off. What a deal.

This store is closing, so most everything is on sale. The prices were kind of high at 60% off the prices should be lower. In my opinion anyway. The associates were all very friendly.

It was a pretty nice store with a good selection of items and the staff were very helpful as we walked through multiple of the staff members asked if there was anything they could help us with. The line were short so we were able to get in and out pretty quick

I always have a good experience at JCPenneys. Its plum full of Bargains in all departments. Very easy to return an item, its a good place to shop.

Love Pennys but this one is not good. Very small selection of kids clothes and houseware/decor. Theyd be better moving into one of the bigger empty anchor stores so they can expand

The only major store left in the Bradley Mall. It is a medium-sized store. Very helpful personnel and a good stock.

The JCPenneys in Kankakee is slowly going out of business because the mall is closing but theres still a great place to shop even though theyre their merchandise is dwindling we were really sad to see him go cuz they always had great service and great sales being a big and tall guy 6 for kind of hard to find clothes have to find someplace else to get my my shirts and my pants going to miss them

Filthy and dirty same carpet as when built 1990. We couldnt return 2 shirts that in total was 20 dollars. They would only give back 6 dollars. Also very rude associates.
