They made my sister-in-laws Birthday very special!The customized card turned out perfect!! The cheesecake is amazing!! Flowers were beautiful!!There was a simple mistake made, but nothing major. Im only mentioning it because they went above and beyond to make up for it & everyone is very pleased. Thank you so much for caring and being absolutely thoughtful!!

Ordered an arrangement along with a card for a loved one. Arrangement delivered on a hot day, and left at the door to melt when no one was home to answer. The card, that I paid extra for and in which I wrote a heartfelt message, was not even delivered. Way too expensive for a bucket of melted hot fruit without a card to let the recipient know who sent it.

I see all these negative comments and just feel bad for both sides because my experience for my wife on her birthday was absolutely wonderful and even a small HICCUP that was not an issue caused the owner/employee to not only send us an entire new order but took such good care of us and sent over an absolutely perfect package of flowers and the most delicious cheesecake that a person could ever ask for, I am so thankful that my wife was so dang happy especially after she had to work 10hrs on her birthday and to wake up to such a treat was just what birthdays are supposed to be like!Thankful for your service 💯I have an incredible person who was so thoughtful and very kind to order this for my wife. I love you md.

I wish I could give no stars. I worked here for a couple of months and it was one of the worst job experiences I’ve ever had in my life. The owner is one of the most unprofessional and self centered person I’ve ever met. Not only did she contradict herself on multiple occasions, sent us bad fruit from her other location, she purposefully tried to start drama between her coworkers at this location. I do not recommend buying from here and I sure as hell don’t recommend working here.

Placed an order for pick up, received a call from them one hour before pick stating that they will not be able to fulfill my order due to limit staff. This was so unfortunate..

My arrangement of flowers was extremely disappointing. Not at all what they were supposed to be. I will never be back to buy anything from there again.

During this crazy times they were very helpful. I received a Email coupon from Edible Arrangements for my birthday. I called the store because the coupon would not work for me online.They helped me order the dozen chocolate covered strawberries and agreed to a curbside pick up. I forgot to write down the persons name but wanted to say she was very nice.I didnt give them the 5th star because the strawberries were a little to ripe. What should have been green was brown and dried out. If these were a gift I sent I would be upset with the quality but it was a free gift.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IN BOURBONNSIS!!! OWNER IS A NIGHTMARE AND HER DAUGHTER IS A GHETTO MESS WHO IS DISRESPECTFUL AND YELLED OVER ME NUMEROUS TIMES. I will be expecting a refund and never using them again! PLEASE DONT USE THEM. Just go with ANY other business or DIY!

The owner is a legit nightmare. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The girl who was working there even stayed to me she was looking for another job because of what the owner puts her through. I believe her name is Edna.

Told one day they can deliver to my town and to order online in a week because all they were doing was Mother’s Day arrangements. Still couldn’t do it online and called and was told now they don’t deliver to my town. I’ve been banking on it. Poor poor customer service. Then hung up the phone on me

I would give a 0 star but not an option. Tried to place an order but was running a little late due to traffic on a pick up and had the worst experience. Bradley Illinois, Norane or something close. lady was most disrespectful and had to cancel order and refund money! I will never order from this business again.

The lady who helped us at 4300 west block of Irving Park did a good job and delivered our order by herself on time! Those customers who are complaining on everything should always think that they are just like you, human beings, and not machines that dont have any feeling and never get annoyed by very demanding customers. So, be nice and understanding to people who cook for you, who serve you food, who drive for you, because they are not machines. Give them tips, instead, if youre not cheapy.

Even though they had about 3 hours until closing, they would not attempt a second delivery.And since the didnt deliver it I asked for a refund but they wouldnt give me one.Probably would never order from there again.

I just love this place so much and getting the arangments from this place, its just so beuatiful and joyfull sharing the joy when they see the beautiful arrangements with others.

Placed an order for delivery for noon. Its been three hours. I understand they cant guarantee a delivery time but do you honestly think I would pay if knew this would happen? No tracking or estimates of delivery. Terrible customer service. Never getting my business again.

What horrible customer service. The girl at the counter got completely rude with me when I asked if I could get a heart shaped box instead of the rectangle one. She said no she already going out of her way enough and the rectangle boxes are pre made and it would require her to do even more work to complete my order. As a multiple business owner myself if I ever heard my employee talk to a customer the way she did theyd be fired on the spot.

One star for customer service.. girl behind counter just completely ignored me when I walked in. Im assuming her shift must have been over because after i asked if they had anything already made up.. she walked to the other side of the counter and didnt say a word to me. Very strange. Another woman eventually came out and said pre-order only.

Great location, fast friendly service, chocolate covered Strawberries, bananas, pineapple, and new amazing chocolate covered apple donuts. I buy from them for every birthday and special events.
