Justin, Jamie, Johnathan and Hailey are excellent. Very helpful each and every one of them. Id recommend friends and family to come here. They help me pay and lower my bill.

This store has thieves and liars! They lie to people about prices. Jamie at this store went into accounts of people that turned in old phones and gave HERSELF great reviews before doing the factory reset and refusing to give customer back their old phone when they werent happy with the lies on price. Anyone with any kind of sense can see a lot of the great reviews are pretty much worded the same like the same person wrote them and some of the reviews are supposedly written by friends of mine that dont remember writing them but do remember turning in an old phone. This Verizon location is a joke!

Highly recommend Hayley and Jamie. They are very knowledgeable and help anyway they can! Only reason why I go to this location personally. They are such kind-hearted, and trustworthy human beings. The owner is very lucky to have these two as employees and they deserve a raise. They are so dedicated to their customers and makes sure everyone leaves with a smile on their face.

Halie and Ashley Lied to me and said that my credits from my prepaid account would transfer to my new business account. The funds did not and I almost lost a couple hundred dollars. I called to speak with her and she nor the supervisor never called me back. They didnt care about lying to customers as long as they make their commission. Usually going to an indirect store is the best, but not this one. When you smile and lie to customers they are not going to want anything to do with you. Avoid Halie and this store. They will tell you anything to get your business. True or not.

This place is terrible. If I could give zero stars I would. The store manager Jamie should be fired. All she does is lie. My bill is well over what she quoted us at. She’s tried to “fix it” and it just keeps going up instead of down. I do not suggest ever going to this store unless you want to be lied to and over charged on every bill.

The last 2x Ive been in, very friendky, understanding, knowledgeable & helpful staff. I bought a Motorola unit tendered by Dalton P. He addressed all issues, diagnosed, showed me all options & listened to my concerns in order to meet needs & provide with a perfect phone. And the second time I was there, I believe the reps name was Jesse. He had 5 customers at one time when it was 20 minutes until closing & was able to meet everyones needs all at once & keep a professional persona, very nice attitude the whole time
