My beautiful blonde and blue friend in there was SO helpful. I would have been in there for much longer, and a lot more clueless if not for her.
The lady who was working morning shift was very rude to the group of us that was in there. Lost a customer.
My husband shops mostly for us and always tells me he has a good experience in the store but I am fed up with my experience outside of the store. We were recommended two different types of hair coloring that was supposed to not bleed out and have amazing color. The color was correct but not the bleed out part. Artic Fox was the most recent recommendation and Im now PINK as well as my bed and anything my RED hair touches. Thanks but you definitely missed the mark on this product.

The lady’s here are very helpful! I went to numerous salons and spent over $1,000 to get red out of my hair and go to Sally’s once and spend about $80 and was able to get the red out of my hair with the result of a nice blonde color!
The associate Julia is very rude and not knowledgeable at all but claims she is a stylist. Julia even made my 6 year old daughter cry just because she moved their shopping cart and when my daughter thought she was putting it back in the correct spot she made her move it back to where she wanted it. I did not know customers were responsible for putting carts back after use. I will never shop at this store again. Stay away!!!!!!!!!!
I was very frustrated with this store. I purchased an at home gel polish manicure kit with uv light. The lady that was there when I bought it gave me some pointers to follow to get the best manicure. I read instructions included in the kit, Googled information, & did what the cashier recommended. But the polish still remained tacky on my nails. So I brought it back to return it. When I showed the cashier what I wanted to return, she got this terrified look on her face. She proceeded to try to convince me to keep it & offered up tips that were different from what the previous lady had given me. So I let her talk me into giving it another shot & I kept the kit. I took it home again & still had no luck with it. So I brought it back to return it once and for all & got the same reaction. The cashier paused, stared at the kit, & proceeded to try to give me pointers & convince me to keep it. I just flat out refused to keep it this time & finally got my money back. I attempted to leave a review about the problems I had with the uv light online, but Sallys website wouldnt post my review and offered no explanation other than it didnt meet their guidelines. There was no foul language or vulgarity of any sort, so I dont know what guidelines were broken. Their store claims hassle free returns, but this whole experience seems rather shady.

My daughter patronized Sallys on a regular basis. They always have a great selection of products and the staff is generally helpful
