I was looking for a cup holder for the back armrest on my Roadmaster. When I walked through the front door I was greeted immediately. I made my request and although they didnt think they had what I was looking for they searched the catalogs anyway. Turns out this store specializes in off road machines. Im not an off road rider but from what I could tell they were well stock with up to date accessories for off road. If youre an off road rider, this is the place to go for all your needs!!!!Theyre expanding the store so there is more to come!!

On May 1st I had called and talked to Rich. Great guy and super knowledgeable. No clue he was the owner. My wife, kids, and I headed to the shop. Met with Rich, found out he was the owner and the awesome atmosphere in the shop!! Told the wife and kids to head out, while I bought 2 Kayo atvs for the kids and a SSR110 pit bike for the wife!!! Rich and the gang were awesome, great prices and no pushing to buy!! Paperwork and set up was a breeze with Rich’s knowledgeable staff and mechanics!! Now after a week of riding and seeing my wife and kids faces, that’s priceless!!! Head to see Rich and his crew.... they truly are a great group of people that put smiles on faces!!! So, you may be wondering why 5 stars? I base this off of the level of knowledge of the equipment they are selling, the level of customer service I received, and lastly, do they stand behind their product or word they have given. It has only been a week or two since the purchase, so more will come regarding if they stand behind their product. Knowledge - I like to think I know enough to manage, but after talking to each member there, they clearly know this industry and have the institutional knowledge. This is hard to find anywhere, let alone a smaller shop. So knowledge, I give it 5 of 5. Customer service – I do not know if anyone makes money on sales or not, but everyone was very helpful. I talked to service regarding any known issues (none), the owner regarding maintenance and should do’s, and sales regarding proper helmets and items for my son. Huge 5 of 5! More to come, if service is ever needed and an updated Rating is warranted. As you noticed Price is not part of the equation. Could I have bought the same thing online for cheaper, yes. But, at the end of the day, did it come with a brick and mortar (non-china) company, did it come with a warranty, did it come with a person or place that will stand up to their word, did it come assembled, did it come with a full tutorial prior to leaving, did it come with $100 toward a helmet, did it come with piece of mind? Online sales did not and all that cost me at the end… $50 more.

There is a reason these people have a 5 star average review. As other people have stated the customer service and help they offer here is nothing short of 5 stars. The 3 staff members I dealt with were as helpful and friendly as could be. I drove an hour to pick up a part they couldnt guarantee they would have but would do their best to match up if they could. As impressive as the service was check them out even for riding gear, they had an amazing selection of helmets, boots, goggles, and boots.

What a great buying experience from Rick at Express Powersports! Rick, the owner, took the time to talk with me on the phone and educated me on my awesome Cheetah 150 UTV go kart before I even bought it! Excellent customer service from all his employees! Which now a days seems pretty rare. I’ve gotten a bunch of compliments on the Cheetah 150 within a week of driving my son and myself around. I’ve already referred two of my neighbors to Express Powersports! I bought a bunch of accessories from Rick as well. I will be sure to return when I’m ready to make future purchases! I would take the time if you’re looking for help, advice, or anything to do with Riding equipment, riding apparel, repairs or anything like that. Talk to Rick he’s very knowledgeable, kind and patient! This is the way a business should be run! He is there to help you and is very knowledgeable about all of his equipment. This is a great shop to shop for bikes to get repaired at I had a 301 Predator motor put on my mini bike Rick and Brandon did it with no problem thank you so much I definitely recommend this shop

Great helmet selection at a reasonable price(within a few dollars after shipping for the same helmet online).Personally, he took 20 minutes to help me test fit helmets as I wear glasses and most helmets are uncomfortable, found one that fits great through him.Shop local!
