Love Micheals. They have everything I need for my crafting plus more. They have there own crafts that are beautiful. They have gorgeous vases. Anything u need they have. Great prices to.

It was a good visit, we found what we came for. But sale items could of been marked better I my opinion. There where some things that where confusing that lost a couple of sales.

Was looking for cash gift box. And found one a sale. Also bought some black and gold paper to wrap it in. What a blessing!!

We love Michaels! And I love the discount that they give the teachers! The only trouble with this Michaels, at the location in Bradley Illinois is the woman that works as one of the cashiers, shes like a coupon Nazi. Ive gone to Michaels for the 15 years Ive been a teacher and I know the things that I can and cannot use with my teachers discount. Anyway I did really enjoy their scavenger hunt that they held the other day for the little kids. My kids had a lot of fun running around and taking pictures in the store. I do wish they had a better selection of Aerospace Rockets and I was a little bit disappointed that they didnt have more stuff for pinewood derby cars.

Great staff! Very helpful and knowledgeable. If you are a maker/crafter, youll find what you need here. Just cause the store is smaller then the competitor, does not mean smaller inventory for craft supplies!Awesome verity and well organized. You will never get everything you need in one stop cause you will always find more items you will want to try.Artists dream!

I had an ok experience in the store, a young lady helped me out with my shopping.BUT why is it when I get to the front counter and hand the lady my cash she seemed to check each bill very thoroughly. I am a person of color and it just seems like she was being extra careful due to my race... I totally understand checking bills for counterfeit ones but if youre going to be that scrutinizing get one of those pens that tells you the money is fake. They dont cost much and it would save time. I will not be patronizing Bourbonnais Michaels anymore, Ill take my business to Hobby Lobby or better yet Amazon.

Im not into Crafts but the help run from you get to the register you buy a book of water paper and its 21 dollars way over priced then look up a coupon which the lady at the register told me where to go it was 5.99 yeah just not for me.

I had checked HL first for blocking boards to finish a knitting project, and not only did they not have them but their employees were very very rude. Michaels had exactly what I needed and they were so nice and helpful! Ill never go anywhere else again ❤

Very friendly staff. I required a custom frame for a piece I was working on and since I was traveling in a few days, the staff worked with me to have it expedited. I was able to pick it up the next day and I will be taking it on my trip out of the country. The custom job was done really well and I have zero complaints. I never walk out of this store empty handed, I always find what I am looking for.

Went there to look for floral arrangements, and was completely disappointed by the lack of variety and the price gouging. You can find way more selection at Hobby Lobby and way better pricing as well.

Lots of stuff, good sales (otherwise expensive) but it extemely hard to find anyone to help you. They were out of the color of blank shirt we wanted. When we brought this up to the cashier she told us to come back another time instead of having someone check for us, we dont live close at all so that was frustrating.

Wow.... Ive been shopping at this Michaels location for as long as I can remember. The employees were always so nice and helpful. I have always enjoyed shopping here and havent had any complaints until tonight.(11-18-17 somewhere between 4:45pm and 5:25 pm)The cashier who ringed me up, seemed very agitated and impatient. She never once smiled or spoke to me in a polite manner. She often rolled her eyes as she worked the register. I didnt get her name because she didnt even give me my receipt! I was in a rush and didnt realize it until I walked out with just my change in my hand.Terrible customer service! I called in and spoke with a manager about it and what do you know...They had already received a complaint about her so I wasnt the only one she had dealt with in such manner! The manager told me that they will take care of the situation but to be honest im not so sure considering the fact that the manager was actually on duty while this took place. You would think not by the way that cashier conducted herself.Holidays are approaching and I will be damned if I spend my money here with this type of customer service.Theres always Hobby Lobby..

I usually enjoy my trip there,but this was not an enjoyable time. There dreas selection left me wondering if they bought goodwill stock and put a designers name on it,and a designer price!! I cant see myself paying 40 to 100 dollars for hideously designed dresses. If I did find a cute dress it was over priced,and to big or to small!!

Amy an employee at this store always give me a hard time! Shes quick to tell me that a coupon does not apply for certain items before she even scans the coupon & if something is discounted as clearence she says this item is not included when it clearly has a clearence sticker on it. I hate when i come in for items that are on sale & shes the cashier..
