Very helpful, we bought a lot of paint there on a 40 percent off deal. After the fact we took it back and had it retinted for free (only adding color not removing it of course). Only giving it a four because workers dont really seem like they enjoy working there, they werent rude or anything but you do feel a bit uncomfortable like your bothering them of something.

Sherwin Williams has quality, well organized products and knowledgeable staff who provide excellent customer service.

Years ago we bought some cheap paint from a big box store. I think we had to put on three coats over the primer before it looked respectable. After that experience, friends pointed us to Sherwin Williams. With their paint we seldom add a second coat when we paint unless it is a promlemmatic surface. In addition the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I wouldnt go anywhere else for paint.

I was in there for 10 minutes, no one else was in the store, no one came over to see if I needed any help. I walking up to the counter to see if I could get some help and the two people who were there continued to talk to each other. Then they both walked away like I wasnt even there. So I thought maybe they were going to come to me. I went to the paint where I was, they didnt come. I waited, still no one. A few minutes later someone came in the store they both helped her. I decided at that point I didnt need paint from there, I would get it either from either SW store (the one in Clearfield is always helpful) or get BM.

The quality of the products that you will purchase at the paint store is far superior to the quality of the products you can purchase at any given hardware store, & the prices are pretty similar.

I was impressed with their prices, speed, quality of paint, and excellent prices on many painting accessories that the big boxes do not have. I got stuff here I had been looking for forever. Tip: Check on their website for a coupon. I got 30% off paint and 15% off accessories. Im sure its a cycling deal.

Worst customer service. I went to pick up some paint for a guy who shops this location for his commercial paint business. He’s spends thousands there and when I gave his name, the person behind the counter gave me a puzzled look and said I’ve never hear of him. Then he says to his coworker, “have you heard of him” and his coworkers says “never heard of him”. He then looks at me and says my one bucket of paint will be $236.51. Not only poor customer service.. but a complete rip off. Lesson learned.. I will never go back there and I will tell everyone I know to avoid this place. I hope enough people stop going to this store and put them out of business.

The front desk folks were very helpful and professional. They were patient with answering my questions.

Ordered paint 24 hours in advance they said it would be ready Saturday morning. We go Saturday and dont get help for over 10 minutes. They dont wven have the paint mixed and we finally left 40 minutes after we got there. Not going back.
