My favorite grocery store! If your looking for a place with healthy holistic options, this place is your jam! The employees here are always so caring and knowledgeable, especially the ones over the vitamin section! Also, remember to bring your reusable bag, they do offer boxes you can put your groceries in but it’s good to know they don’t have paper bags.

It has a really good variety of wholesome, organic, etc. food. It has a nice market feel to it. However, the staff is not friendly and dont really interact with guests. Just the robotic how are you, do you want to receipt, thanks for coming in. The ones out on the floor seem to try to avoid eye contact and can rarely answer a question. So I mostly just Google stuff while Im in the store. But its conveniently close to my home and Im able to get good clean wholesome products.

Wide selection of items from all over the natural foods spectrum including a fresh produce department. Generally decent prices on packaged goods with excellent prices on cruelty-free chocolate and bulk items.

I LOVE this store. All of the produce is organic and I’m pretty sure most of it is local. The prices are very reasonable. I buy all my juicing veggies here. I couldn’t find a healthy chicken Gravy seasoning anywhere and sure enough they had it. The staff is so helpful! The guy helping me check out asked if I found everything, and I asked if they ever had lemons in and he insisted on checking the back for some. Sure enough he came back with gorgeous ripe lemons. The lady at the door is always so friendly to my little kids. Just walking in this store makes me happy.

Favorite grocery store ever. Good quality products and healthier options for everything. I do most of my shopping there and the staff is always super nice and friendly.

The people in natural grocers are always knowledgeable willing to help with the store having organic and non-GMO food and supplies is always a plus.

Customer service very rude... nobody should be required to wear a mask... it’s against our Constitutional Civil Right... I can respect the 6 foot distance... I do not respect people telling me I have to put something over my face or I can’t do business there... very sad what this country is doing to us as American citizens.

This is by far the best Natural Grocers in the Greater Salt Lake Area. We have visited from Logan to St. George, UT, have not visited Heber. Although Sugarhouse is closer to us we drive a few extra miles to Bountiful because of the Positive Energy of the Staff. Thank you Amber & Staff for all your help and care all those years. We love the staff and their knowledge. A very friendly and welcoming location you will find in Bountiful, with a great selection.

Its a great little store. If you are needing harder to find veggies this is the place and they are all organic (testament from the caterpillars and other non harmful bugs found (wash your fruits and veggies people! )). If you are on keto and need some of the sweetener alternatives you can likely get them here. Thats how I was able to find them.

We eat plant-based, were headed to a family reunion, and needed some vegan alternatives to the typical family reunion fare-just in case. Natural Grocers had everything we could want and more. My only complaint was that I wish we had this kind of store closer to where we live.

Very good groceries. It is a healthier grocery store than most. Its a bit pricey though. But well worth it.

This is not a safe healthy place to shop now. Too many customers not wearing masks and not respecting the personal space of other customers. It appears most of the employees are trying but to have the glass partition at checkout in the one place the customer doesnt stand has to be discouraging. Especially when a quarter of the people checking out have no respect for anyones health.The mask required sign at the door isnt working. Management needs to refuse service to those who dont comply. At least respect your employees. It would be nice if youd also respect the customers who care about safety too.

Had exactly what we needed.

I really liked strolling through the aisles looking at all their goods. I was shopping for produce that had organic usda non go stamped on it and they had plenty to choose from. A bit pricey so having knowledge of same thing at a lower price elsewhere is good to have. Clean and not crowded. If youre looking for better selection of Round up free produce and such this place is a good start. Alot of Gluten free choices too. Meats...breads....canned goods. Again know your prices and here you will get better quality for just a few cents more.

Very nice place and quality products. This place sells a very nice array of health food and health products. The only bad thing I would say is they sell some of the exact same products as other places for higher prices. But, if you don’t buy big brand items everything is priced pretty fairly.

I called at 8:30 when the store opens at 9:00 and Amber answered as though she had already been there for an hour. Love this store. It almost always has everything I need in one place like hard to find items for my vegan and allergy friendly diet. The staff is usually helpful and knowledgable. Only thing I dont like is everything is a bit pricier than regular grocery stores.

Finally mask free...now I will return to shop.

Love that there is a natural food store available to Bountiful! The staff is super friendly and enjoy the sales they have on produce, meat, and dairy. However I wish they had a bulk section to further have the opportunity to save on plastic bags. I also really wish they sourced more of their food from local farmers.

So glad to have a dedicated organic foods store in Bountiful. Department managers do their very best for the customer and special needs/requests are taken seriously. Produce is usually excellent and they have a wide selection of healthy food choices and supplements. Organic meats and eggs competitively priced. Smiths is our backup, but N.G. is our first stop. Their online membership club adds coupons, sales and credit rebates that lower the cost. Super friendly employees.

A good place to go for your medical and nutritional needs. Most of the clerks here seem to go out of their way to care about you and to strike up a friendly conversation. The wholesome product displays are fragrant, colorful, beautiful and most of all, HEALTHY.

Ive even seen desserts from a local bakery in Salt Lake on their shelves, which are delicious by the way. The staff is so nice and helpful, and their sales are great. In these days of big box grocery and department stores, it might be easy to overlook this small, unassuming store on one of the busiest streets in Bountiful. That would be a mistake. Natural Grocers is a gem, made even more valuable by the caring and knowledgeable people who staff the store. The first indication of how good a place is special is the attractive display of produce at the front of the store. The prices are, of course, a bit higher, but the store is 100% organic. Well worth it for the knowledge that whatever you buy is free of pesticides and other chemicals. If you get a chance, talk with one of the nutritional health coaches their knowledge is impressive, and always current with the latest science. Natural Grocers is well worth a visit, and your body will thank you for it.

This store and one other are great for finding deals on food and other things you use everyday. My wife and I have found that their different kinds of brownies seem to be staples of life. I grew up on home made burritos but their packaged burritos sustain me and when added to a nice salad I purchased there means a great meal for dinner.

The greatest part about Natural Grocers is how friendly the staff is. The prices are great, the produce is good quality (and organic!), and they tend to have what I need. This particular location has a great health coach! Shes the best!

Great store! Huge selection of vitamins and natural products. They have a small produce section which is awesome. I come here for the large bottles of kombucha and vitamins/ supplements.

This place has been open now for a while in Bountiful so my wife and I decided to do our regular grocery shopping there. My oh my is this place expensive. I get there are some people who can afford to shop here regularly and if that works for them great. But for an average family not bringing in a 7-digit income, its probably not doable. Im sure there are some things here we may drop in to buy (soap for instance) on occasion.

Good place for the disabled and service dog user. Parking is easy and staff are friendly but educated on service dogs. Was able to easily get help with special orders and help with items I could not reach.

We love shopping here. Its a little pricey, but that is kind of how it is for natural food. The service is totally pretentious but, what can I say about that. Does it matter if you get what you want or need? They rarely smile and act like you are putting them out when you are checking out, so I just try to blow it off and be grateful for the good food I am getting. I love their extra goodies, like salt lamps and sage bundles. Check the very back of the store for a shelf that holds all the discontinued and discounted/marked down goodies.

Always have what you need to eat healthy. And if they dont they will get it.

Only come here for the meatless variety.

There is a very large selection of natural and organic products. They have everything from supplements, to soap, to pie crust. My wife has bought several good gluten-free items here. Its a bit more expensive, but thats expected.

We have found great allergy friendly foods here. Gluten free and egg free bread, baking mixes, and snack foods.

I used to shop at Natural Grocers all the time when I lived in Colorado but this one was not up to par.Produce was old and wilted/soggy, selection was not great for prepared foods.I wanted to support them versus going to Whole Foods which is my usual mainstay for halfway decent vegetarian selections while on the road, but this location was a disappointment.

Spend a lot of money to make yourself feel like a better person. Haha I still love this place.

Rude staff that dont know anything, except for one guy that is very knowledgeable and helpful . i arrived on a day he was not there and had a hell of an experience. those 2 women not only didnt know anything, they also would lie to me about not having certain common thing. ill post their pictures when i go back, if they are rude again.

The store is great and has a decent selection for the most part. I wish it had a bigger selection of fresh veggies and also meats/poultry/fish.

Its good for alternative diet products. Dont get the fruit, the last two times I have I regretted it. They have a huge supplement section, lots,of vegan and gluten free things. They are weak on sugar free, paleo, and keto diets but they do have a few things such as chocolate, granola, and a desert cake bites that are amazing. They also have a good section of books.

Huge variety of items. The store is also well-organized and clean. The employees are helpful. Prices are a bit high.
