Walked in thinking I was going to pre order a Scout Bobber. Road out on a 2021 Scout. Had a great experience and the salesman Cole was a huge help. Never felt pressured and all fee’s were up front before final purchase was made. Love the bike and definitely will recommend friends about this place and the knowledgeable and friendly service.
We stopped on our way back home to Washington to see the Indian Dealer and pick up some dealer shirts. They were out and not due in for a few weeks. Got talking to Nick the General Manager and after a wile he said he would send me a shirt when came in. I got it today. Great dealership nice people. Had a great time chatting with the staff about bikes and rides in the area for the next time we are in the area.

I am in the process of purchasing a Chieftain Elite. The crew there at Young Power Sports have been extraordinary. They are not like any other dealership I have ever encountered. They cooperate with each other and even help each other with sales. I am thoroughly impressed. I havent picked up my bike yet, but they have made the experience quite enjoyable. I have a feeling this will be a long relationship with this incredible team.
Probably the worst service I have ever received from any kind of Dealership. To start the communication is non existent and the repairs were done very slow. I dropped my Indian off for some recalls after the weekend a a few days I gave them a call to find out what was going on to find out that nothing had been done. So after waiting a couple more day and not hearing anything I called again and once again nothing had been done it was this for a couple weeks. So it took me calling Indian customer service and the dealer every day to get a couple of what I was told were simple recalls perfomed. I finally got it back after what was almost a month and on my ride home the bike started loosing power and would shut off and come back on after a few seconds. After limping it home I pulled the seat off to inspect the repairs and found that the positive battery cable was not secured. Why to go master Indian tech. So needles to so I would absolutely not recommend this dealer to anyone.
I work down the street from Young Powersports Bountiful. ON 9/17/21 My Ducati oil filter had a leak failure around the crimp area shockingly and it was my ride home and I could not find a filter in stock anywhere locally that deals with auto parts. It was 6:56PM and young closes at 7PM. I rushed through the door basically at 7PM closing time. Was greeted shortly after walking through and told them I need an oil filter. They called out to a parts technician and he came out promptly afterwards asking what I needed. I told him my short story and he looked for a filter but seen that the inventory showed 0 in stock. He said that he wanted to check in the back visually for the filter before I take my leave. Low and behold he came back out and had the filter in his hand. After hearing about my incident he suggested to purchase some oil as well, of course I did.👌 I did not receive his name during my frustration unfortunately. He was a huge help and went the extra mile for me. Thank you!
I love my bike!!!. The team at Young powersports was fantastic! Everyone there was very welcoming and excited to welcome me to the Indian family. The finance manager was out the week I went in and it took a bit longer to get the paperwork done, but they were very honest about that.I had a wonderful experience when they were not at there best. I purchased a chieftain on memorial day. There was a major misunderstanding from the sales staff on the promotion they were offering. I was misinformed on what I would be receiving for the promotion. Two weeks later when I took the issue to the general manager he accepted full accountability and made the necessary concessions to retain me as a loyal Indian owner. I love my 2016 springfield and 2021 chieftain dark horse. They are exceptional machines.

I took my street bike in for a service and I can’t tell you how difficult they are to work with. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a company.It took months, no I’m not exaggerating to service it.They quoted me a price, we agreed, go to pay and it’s twice as much. I told them what it needed to be done and they charged me for a diagnosis.Brought it home two time to still not have it running well. When I gave them 3 tries to get it done right.

I just got my New Indian Scout from here and i had a great experience. Through out the entire process Alex Dayton was great to work with. Communication is terrible, maybe because Im not dropping 5 figures on a an Indian or UTV? Easily the most frustrating dealership experience Ive ever had. Many problems, some that could have been helped and some that couldnt. The ones that couldnt, could have been a lot less frustrating were it not for all the issues that could have been helped.
These guys went above and beyond when I rode in on a Saturday morning needing a new tire and an oil change. They checked the bike out and took care of some warranty work also. Definitely a good experience.
Was super impressed by these guys. I am new to Dirt Biking and they took the time to introduce me to all of the different gear and options to consider. They knew their stuff, and helped me get everything I needed within my budget. Really appreciated that they were willing to take the time to show me all of my options and help me get educated on what is best.
We live over 6 hours away and had everything lined out to come purchase a UTV and the day before leaving they sold it. Was very disappointing and disrespectful. We are cattle and hay ranchers so leaving this time of year is a struggle as is it. So we definitely were not very happy when we had everything set up to head that way, to have this happen.Luckily we found one at a different dealership, with a great sales person that made the process easy and seamless! Just as it should be.
Moto United was GREAT! Got us into new dirt bikes fast, without all the haggling back and forth like we have had with other dealers. Shane was awesome and had the best price and service from the start to earn our business. We will buy all our bikes and gear from Moto United from now on.

Came in wanting to buy a new side by side. My father and I walked around for 10 minutes trying to find someone to help us. There was one other customer in there talking to a salesman and nobody else in sight. The only other people I saw were who I assumed to be managers just looking at us while talking to each other.Long story short we ended up going to another dealership and purchasing a brand new side by side AND a wave runner. Young power sports missed out on two of the easiest sales they could’ve had.
Great customer service and awesome service department
The sales agent was friendly and willing to assist. Unfortunately he mis-quoted warranty period information, a simple mistake, but significant (about a $1000 difference). Paperwork was fast until it was time for the financial agent--this part of the process was a big bottleneck, even when paying cash; perhaps they should have two representatives trained to perform this function. Machine was gassed up on delivery, but not fully. I chose this location partly because of location, then found out they will be moving and merging with their Centerville location. There was no mention of recommended machine maintenance.

I called ahead to arrange a test ride for a 2021 Royal Enfield Continental GT650, and Alex was more than accommodating, having a bike ready to go 30 minutes later when I showed up. This was one of the best buying experiences I have had ever I’d say. I worked closely with Shane Spencer who was an absolute pleasure to work with. We purchased a sea-doo from these guys and they all made the whole experience enjoyable and exciting! Sea-doo’s are currently extremely hard to find and When we couldn’t order the one we were looking at originally, Shane went way out of his way to find us an even better model than what we were looking at and made the wholeThing hassle free for us. I went in to shop for my first motorcycle and was treated very Professionally. I didnt feel pressured into buying anything yet was given the attention I needed to test drive and ask as many questions as I wanted. The only thing I didnt like was after I decided what I wanted and got into the financing of the bike there were more extra charges than I expected I didnt want to purchase the battery warranty but they told me Its something they do on every indian bike after reading the warranty im pretty sure the battery is already covered without the purchase of an extra warranty. Nun the less I was still pleased with the overall experience thanks Young power sports im very excited about my new bike.

We walked in looking for a side by side and Chase was perfect in helping us get what we wanted and not what they wanted. He was honest and didnt try to sell us something that didnt fit our budget. The parts guy was awesome and the team behind the scenes were great too in fact the machine we liked had arrived the day we were there and Chase asked the guys in the back to get it put together so we could test ride it and they did a fantastic job. I cannot say enough how awesome the experience was. No complaints whatsoever.
The salesman (Marcus, I think) sold my husband a 2018 used Chaparral. It is common practice in boat sales to take a new boat customer out on the lake for a tutorial, which was never offered.Our 1st trip on the lake the boat wouldnt go forward, only in reverse. We contacted Marcus and he washed his hands of it so we took it to an actual Chaparral dealer. The 2nd trip out it wouldnt go in reverse, only forward. So in the 3 months weve owned the stupid thing weve been on the water 1 frustrating hour and the rest of the time it has been in the shop.Apparently its the computer module that is malfunctioning, which anybody would have known, had they serviced it properly or taken it on the lake when they took it as a trade in.And finally, we signed all the financing documents which the dealership then LOST and are now bugging us to send another copy.I would spend your money anywhere else.

I will say by far this is the best buying experience I have ever had, Derrick the GM was very friendly and nice. I love this dealership! I buy a lot of bikes and this is the first time I have worked with Moto United. I bought a new Indian Challenger, the sales experience was great. Since then I have had a few minor issues with the bike. The Moto United team has done everything possible to take care of me. After trying to fix my motorcycle for a week by myself I was unable to solve the problem, so I decided I needed a professional to help me out. I brought it down Friday afternoon. The service department kept me informed, they even called me 3 times to keep me posted, very good communication. I picked the bike up Saturday afternoon all fixed up, ready to ride. I am very impressed with this dealership. I will recommend this place to anyone and I will certainly come back!

Nice guys, but they dont seem to know much about the Can-Am side by sides. I ordered a $8K track set for X3 Max turbo but they FORGOT to order a required DPS module and they wont be able to get it until February next year. Now I either have to pay to have the tracks taken off or my $50k SBS will just sit until Feb (if they can really get it in Feb) or March and have a month to use the tracks. Its worth the drive to Tooele Valley Motorsports or High Adventure Motorsports, they know what theyre doing.

After doing our research about buying a new Can-Am Maverick X3, we found what we were looking for at Moto United of Bountiful. We decided to finally go take a look and am so glad we did. Shane answered all of our questions and walked us through the entire process. He was there ever step of the process incase anything came up. The price of the machine was the lowest around. Shane and the guys at Moto United of Bountiful were amazing to deal with and I would recommend anyone go see them. They have my business for anything else I need.Update: After having such a great sales experience I didnt hesitate taking my machine back when an issue arose. The two star review is only due to the salesman being transparent and doing his job which is more than I can say for the service department. I have owned the machine for 6 weeks and 4 of which have been spent back at the dealership trying to have a warranty repair taken care of. The person handling the repair gives no information as to the status of the repair and seems to back-burner a warranty repair for someone that just sent a lot of money with the dealership. I understand that work takes time, however it seems to take a lot more time and you are kept in the dark.

Moto United was just a few miles from my home at their last location. I went to them for parts and accessories. I recently needed to have some engine servicing done and while there are closer shops to me than their new location, I chose to make the drive. Honest, worth the shop rate, and dependable. It also helps that they are typically pretty friendly.Pros: knowledgeable staff and good communication to customers.Cons: used to be an authorized Suzuki dealer but no longer are (they do still work on them though).

Brandy and the staff at Moto United spent a goodly amount of time with me as I researched a new jacket for use during long distance touring. Every year I ride over ten thousand miles. My longest trip is frequently over a month. They made sure all my questions and concerns were answered.
