Im not sure who we worked with but he was so knowledgeable. I think he was the owner of the shop. We had heard about the speed queen washer and how great they were but didnt know exactly why. He was able to tell us all the details in depth and sold us on it! Im sure they are knowledgeable about all the other appliances too. It seemed by the way he talked, he eat, sleeps, breaths appliances. All speed queens are sold at a set price so its worth supporting a small business. Plus they will take your old appliance off your hands with your purchase!

These are just honest, straightforward people to work with. Whether its a new appliance, a repair, or a part, they will not steer you wrong. They are great at advising you on repairs if youre a do-it-yourself person. I love my new dishwasher--it was a great deal. Theyve helped me for 25 yrs. They earn and deserve your business.

Reliable and usually has the parts you need to get appliances fixed, or they will get them for you. The in house staff is generally friendly and helpful. The repair staff that come to your home can be more grumpy.

This place has been there a long long time. Very knowledgeable and super helpful. I thought my dishwasher pump might be bad so I pulled if off and took it in there. He took a minute to test it for me and said it was fine. He could have sold me a new one and I wouldnt have known the difference but he didnt. No charge. Love this place!

I called ADC about an issue with our fridge not cooling properly, and they sent out a technician that same day. He quickly diagnosed the issue, but had to order a part. I was expecting to be without the fridge for several days, but two days later, they called and had the part. The technician came out that day and installed the part. Fridge is running great now. Great service. Very honest, and very reasonably priced. This was much cheaper than buying a new fridge, and much less hassle. Appointments were all on time. Definitely will call them for any other appliance issues.

Very knowledgeable on a variety of machines. Prices are reasonable. It’s nice to shop somewhere that specializes in appliances. At the big box stores they know a little about everything and a lot about nothing. These guys know a lot about appliances and it’s refreshing!!

Weve bought a washer in the past and just recently bought a dryer from them. They are great to bounce questions off of and weve gone with their suggestions on our purchases, thankfully. The Speed Queens we have are amazing. Im glad they talked us out of the more expensive, but not as good in our opinion, front load washer. Really friendly guys, willing and wanting to help.

I have bought every appliance from ADC since my first house. Seven houses later and I have never been disappointed. They have quality appliances without all the pushy, crazy sales people. Plus they service and are happy to come out on a service call and fix your appliances rather than just make you buy new ones. They beat everyones prices so just go and see for yourself.

I was extremely disappointed with the quality of service I received. They had been highly recommended by several of my family members. Now, sadly, they have the lost our business entirely. I wont bore you with the tedious details of my experience, but I can tell you it was unpleasant. I understand the service industry. I also under mistakes are made and crap happens. However, my final straw, was when I had called several times to resolve the issues with my appliance, and was treated very poorly with an extreme lack of customer service each time. They insistently argued with me, were condescending, rude and uncaring. I spoke with 3 different people, and was treated the same way each time. Never once was a resolution suggested or any attempt at helping me with my appliance made. Im sure they are very knowledgeable and talented when it comes to appliances, but their CUSTOMER service is non existent.Youve been warned.

Called them to come out and repair my dishwasher and they were great. The price was fair and he found out that my dishwasher was recalled. So instead of trying to sell me a new one he took the time to help me with the recall. I did end up getting a new on but had to buy it straight from the factory because of the recall. We did have them I stall it for us and its been great since. Please use them if you need a repair.

Gerald difficult to work with. Didnt receive oven I purchased. Gerald insisted he gave me a better one and he lost money on deal. I wanted model I selected and do not like the one he stuck me with (he refused to refund my money.) Washer/Dryer combo didnt work properly. I finally hired an independent repair professional who found Appliance Discount Center installer had left shipping braces and hareware inside. I didnt save money on 7 highend appliances I purchased from this business. Additionally, delivery was delayed and installation even longer. Buyer Beware was excellent advice that I should have taken seriously!!!

We defroster our freezer and it stopped working. Luckily We called Appliance Discount Center in the morning and they sent someone out right away. The man quickly identified the problem and had the part on hand for the fix. He also fixed a problem with the doors not closing properly. It didnt cost an arm and a leg, however I wish he would have had us reload the refrigerator door to make sure it was a perfect fit. It is just a little saggy still. Oh well.

Had exactly what I needed! Heating element blew spent all Saturday night driving around and having people waste my time. Come in today and he pulled the model number and I had the piece in less than 5 minutes. Amazing service!

A few years ago I bought a used microwave from these guys but did not test it prior to taking it home. (My mistake) Upon getting it home and plugging it in, the digital readout was scrambled so there was no way to use the oven. I took it back, and although there was a little grumbling, they refunded me. Because of the grumbling, I swore them off. Yesterday I decided to give them another chance since my dishwasher inlet valve had started leaking. They were very quick to help and even pulled one off of a display model so I could have it that day. I feel like they deserve the 5 stars now.

Buyer beware. Installed a broken disgusting dirty black and almond stove into rental home being put up for sale and unable to view in advance as owner was out of town. Assured it was a white stove to match the existing appliances in great used condition. Upon seeing the stove and its condition a request to take it back and refund was made. Paid $260 for the stove, delivery, and installation (plug it in) and was only refunded $175. Garbage company run by a liar taking advantage of a woman out of area.

I had called to have my washer looked at because it wasnt draining and someone came out and looked at it. He told me the water pump could be clogged or bad so said he could unclog it for $150 or if it turns out to be a bad pump it would be replaced for $280 parts and labor total! He said the part would be $130 and the labor would be $70-80?? I have found the part else where for $30 and to replace it would just need to be unscrewed and screwed back in that would take 5 mins?? I dont understand why labor would cost so much? On top of that I was charged $73 jus for them to have someone come out and look at it that took all of 10 mins and I live 3 mins away from their store!? I wont be going back again as they seem to highly over charge you for everything!

NEEDED A DRYER BELT.. HE HAD IT IN STOCK AND QUOTED ME $34 ...LOWES ALSO HAD IT IN STOCK AND IT WAS $7.98 ..SOME DISCOUNT CENTER... CHECK AROUND BEFORE BUYING HERE... USE THIS PLACE AS A LAST RESORT....

Diagnostic was incomplete and ended up wrong. So I would have spent twice the amount of money to get my oven repaired. My advice - Youtube it, if you cant figure it out just toss and buy new. Repair days are over and waaay to expensive.

Appliance Discount has fantastic service! One of the two ovens in my wall oven did not work, so I took the broil element and they tested it: ok. They asked about the cook element and told me where to find it under a cover. Tested ok. Then I took out the temperature probe. Ok. Finally, before ordering a $200 circuit board, they told me to pull out the oven (heavy!) and check a fuse. Pulled the oven, fuse had a reset, Voila! And they did not charge a dime but were so helpful. They have my business for life!

They ordered a dial to replace the one that broke on my dryer that is several year old. great to replace a dial and not a dryer.
