Everything you expect from a Paris Baguette. From the bright streets of Seoul, to a small back alley in Pusan, Paris Baguette is pretty consistent no matter where you go. This location is smaller than the Edison one but has all of the pastries, cakes, and breads you would expect. Next door they do have a large outdoor eating area to enjoy your food and drink.A great location especially if Edison or North Jersey is too far for you. Dont forget to download the app to accumulate reward points toward a free pastry.

This Cafe/Baguette of Paris is really great at the moment. I think the manager does a good job of hiring the right people who aren’t slacking on the job. A diverse group of employees along with amazing fresh baked products to pair with a delicious coffee.Very clean on the inside, it’s truly a beautiful refreshing spot. Thank you Paris Baguette group!

I just went to buy 2 cakes for a birthday celebration at my office, the employees closed the doors on my face…I begged them to sell me the 2 cakes and told me they need to close..the shopping center full of people a few tried to go in but the employees just wanted to go home…this owner is loosing lots of money…this is not the first time it happened…ugh… It happened today Tuesday 8/10 at 7:04 pm just 4 minutes after closing time…I understand that 7 it’s the closing time but if people are there just to grab and pay as an employee, I would try to help my employer make more money…the employees were there at the counter another one by the door and totally ignored us and other people asking if she could just let them grab an item and pay….She said it’s closed we told her but you just closed the door it’s 7:04 she didn’t cared…not good business in my opinion. We all crossed to Whole foods bakery and spent our dollars there…what can we do…all the restaurants are open, but if after dinner you want a dessert, forget about Paris B. You won’t even able to go. It’s closed before the restaurants. Don’t make sense to me!

Best customer service and delicious cake. Manager Brian, took care of our order for custom cake and gave us the best tasting cake. Got lot of complements from guest and family. Will definitely go here for all my future cake orders.But I do agree with few comments. We were at 7:02 pm.. I just wanted to enquire something but they did not even attend us at the door. They just hand signalled that it is closed. Refused to be courteous enough to ask what was I there for. They were busy following the rules

It’s quite a smaller than other Paris Baguette I’ve been too. The place has a pretty standard selection of pastries that you find in other Paris Baguette. However if you frequent the one in Edison, NJ on route 27, you will be a little disappointed. Staff is friendly and I like the iced coffee at Paris Baguette. I like Paris Baguette better than most of the other Korean French Pastry shops as I think they have better taste.

Overall a nice little pastry shop and bakery. They have sandwiches, cakes, pastries, you name it. I really loved coming here for the Chicken & Bacon Croissant Sandwich which they seem to have removed... It would be great to see this back. I also recently bought a Chocolate Cake for my office and everyone loved it. The cakes are gourmet and definitely done 1st class, which is pretty much how most of the food is here. Hopefully the Chicken & Bacon Croissant Sandwich will be back soon.

Might be my new favorite pastry place....clean environment and good service...pastries are really good here....I ordered 2 of the fruit pastries..one with strawberries and berries....it came out to about $10...only downside is they put the chocolate chip cookies out after I ate...also no cake slices....full cakes...pig cake and bear cake were creative ( pictures attached)....But they did leave cake square samples....and unlimited samples...great place to sit and get some coffee and pastries..

Cappuccino machine down? No gluten free options.. Great retail appearance but coffee was just ok. This is an ideal location for you gluten lovers. Unfortunately my girlfriend wont let me kiss her if I eat gluten 🍞 products:(

Love love love. So happy to find this in NJ. Food is awesome as always; tried strawberry soft cake, castella, almond croissant and tiramisu tart. Service is excellent. Will be back soon. Definitely recommend.

Sep 12 2019 picked up a nice and small size birthday cake for my sister. The cashier was helpful. Don’t remember the flavor exactly but it was fruits and vanilla based, maybe the picture helps. $27, bit pricey but the flavor and quality justifies it. The packaging was classy as well.Recommendation: yes.

Got a Mocha cake from here for bday, the cake was super dry and just NOT fresh :( very disappointed!Update: store manager reached out and apologized for bad experience. Happy that they are taking customer feedback seriously!

Cute place, reminds me a bit of Au Bon Pain, the food style, not the decor. The food was good and fresh. The seating is very limited and awkward, almost dropping it to 4 stars. But the people were so over-the-top nice upping it to a 5 Star experience.

Delicious Korean desserts and the place was very clean. The heavenly cheese cake and the green tea roll were really good!

5 stars for the bakery, absolutely fresh and delicious. 1 star for the drink. I’m very disappointed about how much ice they put in the iced coffee. Almost 80% cup full of ice. I get it, the ice is cheap. But hey, if I’m paying 3 dollars for the drink, I want more drink and less ice. Otherwise, I prefer to go to the grocery store to buy a huge bag of ice.So please, don’t trick your customers.

I used to live nearby this place and go everyday. Well, I still do but I go everyday for breakfast! Their place is so neat and its almost like seeing a big buffet. The interior is like not any other typical bakery. Looking forward to eating breakfast there again!

Coffee was just alright for the price. Bathrooms dirty. No gluten free options. Lots of baked goods all individually wrapped. Vegan muffins. Good ambiance with plenty of seating

Order placed online in March for April pick up....and 2 out of 6 items unavailable . they did substitute. BUT what is the point of ordering if its only by chance they have the item in stock? I had to speak to 3 people (ended up with Brian co owner, nice guy made best of situation apologies etc ..... ) before it was brought out to car.... but overall unimpressed. Have learned Im not the only one let down by their POS . Not good enough really. If Brian hadnt been so apologetic I would have given them 1 star.

Enjoyed this bakery until our visit today. My husband and I walked in and immediately 2 employees sitting at a table started staring at us and snickering to each other and obviously mocking us. We are overweight, yes, but do not deserve this type of treatment. We left without purchasing anything and will never be back. Employees need training on how to treat customers.

I was so happy to hear that one was going to open up locally. When it did, at first I was a little shocked it didnt have much on display (meaning a full menu availability), but later found out you can order any cake that Paris Baguette offers.Now you might ask, why did I give it only 4 stars? Within the last month Ive celebrated two birthdays. My business partners daughters birthday and a friends birthday. I ordered the same Blueberry Green Tea Chiffon, twice. I got two different versions of same cake.The original Chiffon was this beautifully elegant looking white frosted cake with a hint of grapes.The other? White frosted with a bunch of blueberries thrown on top of it.Funny part is, the first time I got the cake, they told me they had to have two days in advanced. I said, no problem. Paid in advanced and it came out exactly as intended.The second time around, same process, picked the cake up, but didnt have time to check the cake. I thought, why would I need to?Its unfortunate that this occured because the killer of any business is inconsistencies, so I hope this review ends up being helpful and this doesnt happen to anyone else.Typically, I love surprises, but not in this case.I understand that they just opened and building a proper staff and infrastructure takes a bit of time and requires patience. Theyll definitely still have my business for now. Like anything in life, its all about taking accountability and learning from our mistakes.Hope this helps!

Let me start off by saying this place is my favorite for pastries and cakes. On Monday around 2:00pm I went in to order a birthday cake. My birthday is Christmas Eve and I did not want any Christmas decorations on the cake. The nice lady in the front went to go ask “the manager” ( I put this is in quotations because I’m not really sure if he was the manager) if he could come out to talk to me to place an order. He sounded very confusing and did not know what he was talking about. He told me I couldn’t get any cake besides a Christmas cake. Then he told me he could take the decorations off but it would look plain. I told him repeatedly I did not want a Christmas cake or a cake with mixed fruit. All I wanted was vanilla cake with strawberries. He then told me I could order a chocolate ganache cake. I didn’t want chocolate. I then asked if I could place an order for the Two tiered festive cake that he shows me in the Pamphlet that was vanilla with strawberries and decorated with fruit for $98 dollars. I then said can I order this one. He said “my boss would be mad if I place any special order cakes right now” even though in the pamphlet it says they need two days notice. I started to get the feeling that he just did not want to place an order to begin with which is a shame because I am a regular customer here. I left the store very upset thinking I was not going to get a birthday cake. I then looked on the Paris baguette app and saw that the cakes were still Available to order through the app. So my advice is to not go in and order which I used to do. Order on the app. I am still getting my cake from here but I just wanted to let someone know about the bad service I had on Monday and I hope they don’t mess up my cake order.Update 12/26- I received a cake which I was very happy about. I got the two tiered festive cake with strawberries and cream. When we cut it open the bottom layer had strawberries and cream but the top tier had like chunks of mango or pineapple which was not disclosed when you order it. I do not like any fruit like mango or pineapple in my cakes. Was disappointed that could only eat the bottom.

I have taken Choclate strawberry cake an 8 month ago. It was super tasty and everyone enjoyed it. I have taken the same cake today after visiting 4 shops, I got my cake again . It was super tasty. I do not think, anywhere else we get this tasty other than in this shop. Two times I got the fresh cake.

Im very happy with the rainbow cake Ive ordered here. It was ready on time and inscribed the way Ive asked. Both the batter and the cream are light and not too sweet. It was enjoyed by everyone at the birthday party. Thank you to the baker and the owners! I will most certainly order cakes here in the future.

Best place for pastries and bread. I usually get the white bread from here. A must try small garlic croissants.

The lady who took my order was super unfriendly, she messed up the order and when I told her she gave me bad attitude. Had a bad experience, will take my business elsewhere. The manager was sweet, he stepped in to resolve the situation.

I’ve been to many Paris baguette cafes. Both in Korea and here. I was surprised when the man behind the counter served my coffee in a dirty cup and lid. He was a little rude and seemed to be annoyed by something. I’ve never had a problem at any of these chains. Other than that, the coffee is good. And my sandwich was good also. It’s a cute cafe, and if your in the area. It’s a cute date place. But I won’t be coming here anymore, I would rather spend my money where the customer service is always 100%.

I LOVE Paris Baguette! I use to go to the one in Edison, and I was so excited for this location to open up cause it’s very close to me! I give it a two star because they never have anything out. If your going to open early people would expect for everything to be out but instead you are the one waiting for them. Went there around 9 am on a Saturday. A little disappointing. Don’t mean to compare but when you walk in to the Edison location EVERYTHING is out! I hope they’ll get better because it is a good location. But definitely 5 star for The pastries!

The food here is always tasty and the decor is tasteful. If youve been to the one in Edison this one is not much different, although the layout is a bit more organized and a bit smaller. Would love to see more variety of pastries offered in the future. Overall, expect me to be coming here over and over again!

Purchased the strawberry cream cake slice. The cake looked better than it tasted. The actually cake part was very dry. Not worth the 6+ dollars for one slice.

Food is great but they ran out of everything in the store around 2 pm and the store was closing at 6 pm. I’m not sure why they don’t bake more items because this is the second time this has happened to me at this location.

Stumbled upon Chimney Rock location last week. Where has this place been! Everything or almost everything is deliciously decadent but in a good way. All pastries have calorie counts listed. Bread lasted over a week in refrigerator. Croissants are the real deal ( could put a bit more chocolate in one half moon shape) Everything is fresh and when they run out for the day they run out. Cakes are like works of art! Management could not be nicer and eagerly offers free samples of new offerings. Highly recommend- especially now that Desert Plate in Somerville closed.

I order cakes for Christmas. When I went to pick it up, they said they lost my ticket and didnt make it. I told them to go back there and make me something and their response was that dont have anything to make. And the best thing they can do is give me a $20 gift card. I was irrated. I ask the manager of that store to give me the number for the regional manager and he lied and gave me a random number.Thankfully the one in Edison have a couple of cakes left.they save my holiday. For now on, Ill be going the one in Edison

If youve been to the other Paris Baguettes (Edison is probably the closest one), then youll know what to expect in terms of pastries and drinks (pretty good!). The layout here is actually set up a bit more like a coffee shop and is a pretty good place to work - theres a lot of seating and power plugs.

Awesome food and great atmosphere. Stopped by after a round of golf and the frappes really hit the spot. Plus the chicken mozarella in croissant was amazing. Help revitalize me after a trying time on the course lol. But great little shop surrounded by other little great shops. Was pleasantly surprised in how good the bakery is and the great location. Food tasted excellent. I have never been to a Paris baguette before. I walked in and asked for a menu and the staff looked at me like I was weird. One said I could take picture of the food for my friends and leave. Very confusingI bought 2 products and ate them in house them bought another 5 to go. Very good foo but staff seemed a little confused

Ive been to the Edison location, two other locations in Fort Lee and this one at Chimney Rock... lovely presentation with their food especially their desserts. Often take time out to visit one of their sites.

We have been getting all birthday cakes from this location since it opened - great service and the cakes are delicious!My favorite is the blueberry yogurt cake.

Love the pastries but I like to drink hot coffee and the few times I have visited and ordered hot coffee it is never hot. I was there recently and I had to return the coffee because it was cold I also had to wait a long time for my order because obviously they forgot I was there.
