I bought one of the rooftop tents. I really like it. However, I have since received a FedEx shipping bill. The shipping was supposed to be paid by Simple Outdoors. Now they seem to have closed and I am stuck with the bill. Anyone have any additional info?

The store front is gorgeous and its located in a great spot. Along withe the aesthetics the folks who run the shop are great. The are very knowledgeable about their products that the sell.

Great display to see their tents. Lots of artic gear. Call and talk to check if you intend to pickup a tent in store. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Not a good start, I ordered a Skyloft online from this shop, I live in Albuquerque and was excited that they where in Bolder, CO. since I thought the delivery would be simple since they are less than 475 miles away.Well it did not go that way, my Skyloft shipped out the next day from Huston Texas not Bolder (which means they are just a front for a bulk retailer not a good sign) but it is being sent to the wrong place, The FedEx representative verified that it is on its way to MONROE, North Carolina! So I tried calling Simple Outdoors to have the shipping address changed (FedEx says only the shipper can do that) they do not answer their phone, the store hours are from 11 to 3 p.m. Tuesday to Friday, I have been calling for three hours now and no response, and they do not have an answering machine just a recording saying the voice mail box is full (not a good sign) I also tried email, and also no response. Hopefully this is not indicative of their normal service. So far not a good start at all. I will update the review as it unfolds.Update:Never received a call back, but I did receive an email telling me they had gave me the wrong shipping address. Once I had the correct shipping address I was able to track down my tent. After some back and forth with FedEx over the phone (they hold the package at the warehouse until you call them to make delivery arrangements) and my package was delivered last night.It was boxed very well, the outer sides of the box had taken a few hits and had one side was torn half way through (the cardboard is an inch thick) but the skyloft was unharmed. all in all I ordered it on a Friday night and received it on a Wednesday that is pretty fast turn around.I just hope I dont have any problems because reaching someone on the phone seems like an impossible thing. it really seems like this is an online seller that does this as a side business part time in the evenings.
