Amazing service from a great, knowledgeable staff! They figured out how to get my Kymco People 250 back into tip-top shape without hurting my wallet. They checked everything during the diagnosis and gave it multiple test drives to make sure it was actually performing like it should - they care about scooters here and want to help you get back on the road.

Every time I have been in, they have been nothing but incredibly kind. The first time I was there I knew NOTHING about scooters and they were very informative and let me test drive a few which was AMAZING. Since then, everything is fair priced and very quick. Great sales team and good service. Whatever you do. Get a great lock and ALWAYS lock it to something. Mine got stolen after about 6 weeks in downtown Boulder, which is much more common than I thought according to the police. Don’t leave there without a strategy to lock your bike at all times.

JP and the guys at Sportique are knowledgeable and friendly! They have answered my questions and shared advice even when I wasnt sure I was buying anything, and now they take great care of my 50cc Kymco People. Its clear that they love scooters, and theyll make you love them too.

Use them for all my scooter needs. Always dependable. One time I broke down in a random place in boulder and they came and picked up my scooter to fix it, which was super nice of them.

Ive brought my scooter to them for over two years and the service has been amazing. The customer service has been great and theyve always taken time to help me understand what the problems are with my scooter and how to best maintain it. Theyre very transparent with pricing and JP is honest and highly knowledgeable. Youd be crazy to take a moped anywhere else if youre living in the Boulder area.

JP and Floyd are exceptionally knowledgable and helpful. We may go the full-blown motorcycle route, but if we buy and service a scooter, it will certainly be at Sportique. These guys are passionate about scooters, and they treat customers very well!

I have never had any issues with their work. For anyone that ~reads~ the reviews : They have undergone a change in ownership in the past month(s). Previously, Customer Service was ( as other reviews might indicate ), lackluster - putting it kindly. I have been going there for close to 9 years - and I can tell the difference now... I couldnt believe how rude one of the guys working here was. I came in with a Chinese moped that I had just purchased on Craigslist that needed a minor fix and not only did this guy insult and question my intellect buying a Chinese scooter, he told me to get that thing out of his sight. I never leave bad reviews, especially for local shops, but this guy was just so rude I couldnt help but throw in my two cents. He could have just said we dont work on Chinese scooters instead of literally choosing to invective me. There was one older guy that was friendly and apologized on behalf of his co-workers behavior and tone, but regardless of one friendly staff member, I highly suggest taking your business elsewhere.

Very nice and convenient! The main guy was helpful, seemed quite honest and tuned up my scooter in less than a day. Also, and more importantly, my scooter runs much better.

Ive had a great experience with Sportique Scooters in Denver, but cant say the same for the Boulder shop.My Genuine Buddy 50 was recently stolen in Denver, so I went into the Boulder shop to see their selection. The worker at the front desk (dude with glasses, cant remember his name) was very unpleasant to talk with - unhelpful, condescending, and made zero effort to assist me or sell me a scooter.Since the shop in Boulder had different colors of the Buddy 50 than the one in Denver, I was curious if it would be possible to buy one in Boulder and have it shipped to the shop in Denver for pickup. When I asked the worker, he seemed offended and told me no without explanation.The whole experience was pretty bizarre - hopefully, management here finds workers who actually want to sell people scooters!

I have nothing but good things to say about JP and the Boulder location of Sportique. I just bought a 2008 Stella 2t and JP went out of his way to make sure it was up and ready. I was going to pick it up on Tuesday, but after we got there, it had a little malfunction. JP asked if we could return the next day, and I was fine with that. JP not only fixed the Stella, he ordered some new parts for it, had a new battery installed and all at no extra charge. I had a great experience at the Boulder location. Thanks JP and Mike for everything.

Good advice, even though I was doing the work myself. They dont have much inventory, so look elsewhere if you need gear.

100% Honest and Reliable. Caring. It is obvious the JP loves his profession and is excellent at it.

Poorly organized. Staff is unfriendly and unprofessional. Service was relatively quick, but they did nothing to stand out or make it seem like the customer is a priority.

I embarrassingly broke the lock on the storage seat so I popped by and JP kindly helped me on the spot. Great service and JP also answered all my questions about my scooter.

THey were very informative and gave me a scooter 101 on what to buy and not buy and they told me to come back and test drive some scooters when I had more time!

Super nice and knowledgeable

I brought my scooter into Sportique after waiting 2 weeks for a tune-up appointment... The guy at the desk was very unpleasant to talk with and right off the bat told me my TGB (Taiwan Golden Bee) scooter was basically Chinese crap (its most definitely not!!!). He also boldly accused my last repair shop, which I highly trusted, of scamming me.Furthermore Ive never even had to pay a dime at any shop until I got my scooter back but they wanted a $150 deposit for a $120 tune-up which makes absolutely no sense to me at all. Any semblance of good, friendly customer service was completely non-existent. He could have just smiled and kept his mouth shut but instead my visit was quickly turned into an unpleasant debate.I cannot speak for the quality of their mechanics because I am taking my business elsewhere.Also their scooters seem to be priced up to twice what they should be.I highly recommend checking out other shops before you deal with Sportique.
