The guys here are fantastic. So knowledgeable and anxious to serve. I’m fairly new at the oxy-gas torch system; Steve is always quick to help me out, answer questions, and offer encouragement. Such a great guy. Thank you, Steve.

I work for an auto repair shop and need to fill tanks from time to time. The guys at General air in Boulder have been incredibly helpful especially when I wasn’t quite sure what exactly went into the two tanks my boss sent me there to fill. They unloaded and loaded the heavy tanks and helped me to understand what I was asking for. They also have free drinks from the soda fountain machine which was a major bonus especially on a hot day! They made me feel very comfortable even though I was walking in a bit clueless. I want to say thank you to the kind gentleman at the front desk for making me feel comfortable especially being a female in this industry it’s really nice to be treated with respect and as an equal when walking into a situation that I didn’t know much about . I highly recommend going to the Boulder general air. They deserve more than 5 Stars 🌟

This store is great! Ive been using them for many years and the service is always excellent. Yesterday, I had a piece of equipment go down and really needed to get work done over the weekend. When I went into the store it turned out the only replacement was at their Aurora store. On figuring that out, one of the guys said he would drive over and pick it up and have it for me by that afternoon. Totally saved my weekend!Thanks guys!

I work for a company that frequently ships frozen products on dry ice. General Air has become our ‘go to’ for dry ice. Last night they went above and beyond staying open past close so I could grab some dry ice and still make the fed ex cutoff for an important shipment. Highly recommend them for their great customer service!

This place was great- I called them super last minute with an urgent dry ice request for a food shipment and they had it ready for us as soon as we arrived and we were in and out super quick.

I work all week and off weekends. I really wish General Air opens at least Saturday. It’s frustrating that I can never go get some stuff from this store! They are closed when I get off work!

Business as usual it seemed, exchanging a skid. When I had the displeasure of dealing with Steve.. who, to put it simply.. is someone who just shouldnt be in any sort of customer service position. He was VERY disrespectful, condescending, and rude.Spoke one word to me inside.. after yelling at me in the yard, Shrugged me off. And ordered me to park on the street.When I asked how his day was, trying to get past his disrespectful attitude, he replied good. Then Walked away and didnt speak another word to me, just left me standing at the counter.. I was there exchanging for a Business, as I have done many times over the last few years, this was the first time I had to deal with Steve. And hands down the worst experience Ive had at General Air.Disappointed.

They always go above and beyond to keep our business going. Even if its not something they usually stock they will order in. If its a box of cutoff discs or a pallet of rod they make it happen

I leased a helium tank for General Air several months ago. Their response time in getting back to me was very quick and they worked with me to find the option for my needs. I needed the tank on short notice and they were able to accommodate that right away. They even delivered the tank and stored it for me where I needed it to go without me moving a muscle. They will definitely continue to get my business.

I went to get my B-tank swapped out today. At the store it felt light and that was mentioned, and the guy said its a newer tank and those are lighter. Uh, ok. I got to my studio, hooked it up and it was only half full. When I called them, they said why it was showing only 40 psi was because its cold outside. It was 60 degrees today! He also said, its full, we get them from our supplier. I do not appreciate getting B.S.ed. I had to drive back across town, bring the tank and my own regulator, to find a tank that was full. Not even an apology from the staff for the HUGE inconvenience. The only reason why I am giving them 2 stars instead of 1 star is because I did find a full tank eventually. My advice is if you go there have them prove the tank is full so you are not getting ripped off. I will not be back.

I had a fantastic experience with General Air! The other day I visited to fill up a thermos with liquid nitrogen to make Dippin Dots. They were very friendly and quickly filled up my thermos and asked me what I was going to use it for. After telling them it was for Dippin Dots they cut me a huge deal! They have definitely made a long-time customer out of me!

These guys are great! My MIG welder was broken. They sold me a $20 part and installed it for me, fixing the problem. Very happy with their service.
