Very rarely is it super busy or requiring a wait. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and its not a like some other bigger dispensaries. Highly recommended

I love shopping at Options! Been going here for the past 2 years and their prices are great their flower is honestly some of the best I’ve smoked but I think the most impressive part of this place is the deals they run. They always have a daily deal, their shake oz is pretty potent and at I think it’s $50/oz for their Sunday shake you really just can’t beat it. The lady who manages this place is really fun and likes to have competitions like an annual pumpkin decoration contest that gives away prizes. Over all this place is dope and if you stop in say hi to Mike, he’s one of the awesome bud tenders there.

I used to go to Elements (about a block or two away) until I found Options. Dont waste your time and money there. The quality of nugs and honesty from staff stays consistent at Options!!!

I used to swear by another dispensary here in Boulder that shall remain nameless, until I visited Options for the first time. I came here for the first time last week and was pleasantly surprised by how good the wax + shatter I got for $20 was. It was better than what I’d pay ~$30 for at most dispensaries. So I went back.Today as I was picking up my order, they informed me of a deal saving me $30 while getting me more product.So; friendly and helpful customer service, and great product. The wait was about 10 minutes each time, which isn’t bad at all considering the health mandates right now.

Extremely poor customer service! Staff is condescending and makes you feel extremely unwelcome. I’ve noticed the unprofessionalism goes to management as well. Prime example, watch how they react to negative reviews. There are too many shops here in Colorado, for me to wast my time and be treated poorly.Helpful hint: Try starbuds, they haven’t failed me yet.

I live in Louisville and although I have several dispensaries by me, I drive into Boulder just to go to Options. To start, all the girls that work here are amazing, theyre always warm and friendly. The budtenders are all amazing too, I love how they remember me and they truly care for their customers. You guys have an amazing rewards program too, please never change that! :)

Impressed with the wide selection, very nice shop setting, and some TOP DRAWER flower puts the cherry on top for this place. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with a budtender named Justin? Boulder has been my new place to get good priced bud and finding this place then finding out that location was new made me feel like I found gold. They have amazing specials every day and Sunday having 4/5 strains at a bill out the door for a zip is great. Love options and will be a frequent shopper here.

(Edited) id give 5 stars the customer service is great cheap weed pretty good quality but sometimes has seeds and if your not carefull youll get shorted... they have great deals on quality live resin wax and shatter only on certain days (i never got the message you were closing early just the one you were going back to normal hours)

My first time ever coming to this dispensary and I didnt have a good experience. Honestly I got the worse top shelf Ive ever seen since Ive been here in Colorado. I payed full price for a half just for the whole thing to be full of seeds. I will never come back to this dispensary. I feel like I got robbed for the amount I paid for the quality I got.

This place deserves its’ high rating. Their product selection is huge, quality is extremely high, and the prices are unbeatably low, especially on deal days, which happen constantly. If you’re looking for a top notch dispensary in Boulder, look no further.

Good flower. Especially liked the Grapefruit Ghost Cookies and Star Killer. They always have a $15 OTD eighth, usually a couple options at that price. So far so good with this spot.

I have gone here for years. Used to love this place. I made the mistake of asking if they were going to have more variety and the bud lady got offended and spent the rest of the time smouldering and put on a big B face. You guys have the best and easiest job. If u cant smile and show appreciation to customers who have stuck with you for years and instead act entitled and rude your customers should go somewhere more chill. Down with the angst!

The weed is okay. Not the best in boulder but it’s fine, better then terrapin or MMJ. Had a disappointing experience where the power went out. At first staff was reassuring us to stay and that it would be fixed fast, we were understanding and patient but after some time we all decided to leave. Once we told them we were leaving they told us they had no clue how long it would take for the problem to be fixed. I asked if I could get a discount for next time because of the unpleasant experience and they said no. I will not be shopping here any longer... not because the power went out but because the lack of honest communication & the lack of consciousness towards the customer. I work in the industry and I know it’s possible to grant a customer a discount or at least offer a voucher for a penny joint for the inconvenience .Edit in response to reply: I am very unimpressed with that response. Central, north and south boulder still had power, it certainly wasn’t ‘most of boulder’. It seemed to really only affect your strip and the closest traffic light, I would hardly call one block most of boulder. When the power outage first happened your employees were very confused. I even said ‘if this were me at my dispo I would get everyone outside’ which they then did do 5 minutes later. I haven’t been in the industry that long and even I know the second the cameras go off, get people out! Your employees were too busy speculating why a battery powered computer wouldn’t have shut off in a power outage while open weed jars were left between customer and employees in the dark. It’s also very confusing that you didn’t have any coupons available because the manager was on the phone. Seems that there is no correlation between the two. It would have taken no trouble at all for one of the employees to have written down our names for a coupon whenever next available. I am disabled and the whole situation ended up wasting a lot of time and energy in my day.
