Adam came out and I was in a rush, I literally wanted a measurement and a price. I wasn’t looking for the sales pitch. He respected that and was very quick with getting to an installation cost. He was not pushy gave me a great price and was fair in knowing my main priority was keeping costs down and quality. I would recommend out of all 5 window companies I got quotes from, I went with them. Very good at reading what the customer needs and caring about doing what’s best. Very honest process throughout the contract signing. Much appreciated went above and beyond.

We put three pane windows in the basement in 2016. It made such a difference. We’re so impressed with the windows keeping temps outside where they belong. Now we are installing three pane windows in an upstairs bedroom. Looking forward to keeping the weather outside and blocking some of the noise from a busy street.

We love our windows. They are triple pane. Will definitely be using them again for our upstairs windows.

Adam Griffin came out to our home to show us the windows made by Ameritech. We were just planning to learn about the company and the products they sell. After 1 1/2 hours we were convinced that these Windows are far superior to anything else we have seen so far. He’s very professional, he made a very thorough-there’s a lot to cover-presentation explaining the product, process and the science my husband and I love to geek out over. He answered all of our questions, actually made it fun for us…and that has not been our experience with most home presentations.My husband is in sales and has an industrial engineering background so he asks a lot of questions (I have a customer service background). Adam didn’t miss a beat. It was a pleasure having him in our home and we are excited to get our new windows soon.

Overall disappointed with the Ameritech team but glad I got new windows.The communication after I bought my windows was very little. I had to call them to schedule an install date and check on where my windows are. Not sure what happened to my project manager.After install there are no follow up calls, just take your money and run. When I first saw the installed windows there were metal and wood shavings in the tracks and made for a grinding when opening and closing.Also the windows don’t open very far. There is a plastic stop in the track. Not sure if I can take that out or not. Also we have trouble getting the windows to close far enough to lock them. Hopefully it gets better with age.Installers are very friendly and did a good job but should wear a covid mask while in your house. Wife had to ask them to put on as we live in a tiny house. Outside we don’t care.Oxford Windows do help with noise and seem well made minus the issues I am having. But for the price I think I prefer the Champion windows we also have. Make sure you don’t jump at the Ameritech initial price and talk them down. I would have been very disappointed if I had paid asking price.My sales rep/ project manager was pushy for a 5 star review when getting a down payment. Up until then Ameritech was friendly and easy to communicate with. Installers asked my wife to review them as they watched her fill out the form. Feel like these practices lead to the company thinking they are doing a better job than they are and are awkward.

Excellent work and service. My wife and I first used Ameritech 4 years ago and are now replacing the rest of the windows on our home. My wife had a concern with one of the windows being slow to open and they came out the next day to fix it. Love how responsive they were and how professional the work was.

Brian Anderson was a very professional product manager, and did a great job of telling us about the windows and what a great company Ameritech is and to work with. We ordered the windows and a sliding door, they have been installed. Robert did a great job of installing the windows, and almost a great job of installing our sliding door. When Robert installed the door he did not finish the job and it would not lock with the key only the dead bolt. The screen door did not have a bug seal installed and there was a tear in the screen door. I called and talked to Jennifer in the service department about when I could expect the repairs to be done. That was 2 months ago and I still have not got a date as to when I could expect someone to get the repairs done. Well, the other day I just purchased the screening material and bug seal. I also took the time to figure out why the door would not lock, and repaired it myself. The quality of the windows and doors are fantastic, bar none. The screens are not of the same quality as the windows and door. So I probably will have to replace the screening material in the near future with a better quality screening material.If the service department is this poor to respond to a simple repair, I will be very leery if we have a real problem with the windows and door.Sales gets 5 stars, install, and they are not W2 employees, gets 3 stars and service get 0 stars.

We asked for a quote to replace the windows in a home we recently purchased. Although the product seems to be of good quality we will not be using this company. The sales person that came to our home literally would not leave he was in our home for over three hours. Even though we let him know that it had been too long and that we were literally in the middle of dinner. We will never get these three hours of our life back..worst experience ever! Unprofessional and rude!

We have been using Ameritech Windows and Doors for 5 years now and love them! They are great to work with from start to finish. The windows are the best quality around, solid and keeps the winter cold out of the house. We originally had 1978 single pain windows so changing them out for the triple pain windows from Ameritech is a huge difference. The installation always goes smoothly and they leave my house looking clean and tidy. I’m extremely picky with things that involve my home and honestly they do not disappoint with the quality of work they do. We have enjoyed working with Sophia, Ben, and Don over the years and we are super excited to be finally getting our patio doors done in the next few months. The team has always been super friendly and not in your face pressure to buy sells which we instantly say no to from other sells people when they get like that. It’s been a process getting all our windows and doors done over the years and they have been amazing and helpful through it all. The warranty they offer is also a huge selling point. You can’t go wrong using them!! Our 5 year old windows still look brand new and work as well as they did on day one. Absolutely love their work and products!

I would like to relay my warm appreciation for the 2+ hours that Levi Rhyne, your well trained and professional Project Coordinator, spent clearly explaining Ameritech Windows business strategies and the products being offered. In my opinion, Levi did a great job answering all of the varied questions raised by my family.Due to Levis efforts, we are set to have 9 windows and a sliding glass door installed. Upon completion, this review will be updated with our experience.

Thet came back and fixed all of the items of my concern following..Front room windows were installed; one of the 4 screens had 2 holes in it. The patio door/screen was installed without complete calking down the sides of the door frame. Interestingly, the entire door frame rests on 3 sections, not connected, of wood stacked about 2 high and about 4-6 long to hold the patio door frame in place. Having left 4 messages on the installers voice mail (Brad) and 2 for the owner/manager (Don) over a 2 week period, we have not yet had anyone back out to fix any of these things, nor to even follow up to look at the issues. The large kitchen window was installed without any issues.

I havent had the windows installed yet, but I wanted to send my appreciation for the sales rep, Scott Colin, for being a very professional and personable representative of our company. He was very thorough without sounding sales-pitchy. You should be very proud to have him as a face of your business.

We are getting our windows replaced and have chosen to go with Ameritech. Hayden Gitchell met with us on 4/17/2021. He was personable and very informative. He let us know the pricing of everything up front. Hayden was very patient with our questions about pricing for bay, two and three molded windows, and three section sliders. He even gave recommendations on which one would be best bang for our buck. It’s been a pleasure working with Hayden and the Ameritech team.

I wanted high-quality windows to replace existing ones that did not open. Great quality product that apparently exceeds Andersen Renewal that was simply too deep for me as otherwise my expensive Hunter Douglas blinds would no longer fit. W2 employee installers, not 1099 outsourced, and made in USA in PA.

I used this company back in 2012 in a different home and loved the quality of the widows and service so now I have a condo and needed windows again and I am happy to be doing business with them again .I would highly recommend these windows to anyone looking to replace there windows .I also got triple pain for a double pain price the quality is awesome with the life time warranty is transferable .

He was knowledgeable about the product hes selling and very easy to understand and very helpful he was able to answer any and all questions or concerns. Great windows! We upgraded from our original builder grade windows. I am surprised how much I have noticed such a huge difference! The house is much warmer in winter and cooler in the summer. They really do a great job of blocking the outside noise as well. Very solid and the security of the windows and sliders is a vast improvement.

This review is solely based on the quote consultation I had. I was told wed rather tell you 90 minutes and take 60 than 60 min and take 90--their consultant was in my home for 2 hr and 15 min, and this was after I asked him to skip parts of his presentation & move on. For over 90 min he went over every other window company and their warranty including various contracts and pricing from the early 2000s (not very helpful). He never once went over Ameritechs warranty (still dont know what it looks like) or any of their contracts to compare. By the time he got to talking about their products, I was burnt out, annoyed, and uncomfortable. About 2 hr in, I was begging him to just give me the quote and the rest of my evening (it was 7pm at this point). He continued to play games and encouraged me to guess the price in their version of the price is right and to remember all the contracts in his presentation (from early 2000s & other companies--how does that help me guess your price?). At this point I just wanted him out of my home as it was getting late and I was starting to feel uneasy about his reluctance to give me the quote and leave. He finally told me the numbers but said he could not give me the quote b/c he had to return it to his manager but said I could take a picture of it on my phone instead. I asked if he could email it to me and he reluctantly agreed; I still have not received the quote. I would respect this company more if they spent time selling their products rather than telling me for 2 hr why every other company is terrible. They showed no respect for my time nor comfort in the situation.

Had a great experience with the people, very honest and knowledgeable, and I really appreciate a company that sells quality products that last. The bay window we had them install is beautiful and you can feel the difference of the triple paned glass compared to the rest of the double paned windows we have in the house. I would definitely recommend giving them a try.

We love the windows, they are top quality by far. Our house looks much better and is extremely improved inside by the insulation of the high quality and tint from these windows.The installers were friendly and communicated well and wore masks when speaking to us.We wish there was a little more communication and updates between ordering the windows and installation, but they did respond when we contacted them and assured us they hadn’t forgotten us. Also, after the installers left we have found 4 or 5 pieces of glass and one small piece of metal from our old frames on the grass in the back yard. Since we have children in the house we are wary of letting them play where the old frames were dropped on the grass during installation. Maybe a tarp outside would be helpful where they drop the old frames.

We love our triple pane Ameritech windows. It really keeps the noise out of our house. We’ve had them for over 10 years and they still look great. We love how easy they are to open and clean in any weather. They are secure as long as you lock them.The only reason I didn’t rank them 5 stars was because the sales process was uncomfortable. The sales guy literally spent 5 hours at our house and it felt like he wouldn’t leave until we purchased the windows. Don’t get me wrong, we have no regrets at this point, it was just a very memorable experience that taught us some lessons.

Recently had Ameritech out for an estimate. Having gone through more estimates than I care to mention, my experience with Ameritech was refreshing. Jeff had reached out through a text message so I responded honestly, without much hope from what I had already experienced. Jeffs candor and honesty was refreshing as he told me that Ameritech is never the cheap option, I appreciated the fact that they only sell and install high quality products. When Sophia came out, she was great- awesome sense of humor and candor. Gave me several options that I hadnt thought of previously!! Anxiously anticipating the install of our windows and french door soon!!

We have been working with Ameritech for the past 3 years replacing windows and doors in small batches and they have always been awesome to work with. The sales team is always great when we call them up to start more work. The installers are professional, quick, clean up after themselves and even helped me rehang blinds in a hard to reach area. I have recommended them to everyone who talked about replacing windows or doors and will continue to do so. They have a customer for life here.

Its a wonderful window but just not right for my needs.

I was looking into getting some windows a few months ago, but decided not to, but several months after the fact, these guys started cold calling my brother talking to him like I had already scheduled them to measure the windows.Well, I never asked them to and the tactic is incredibly shady.

Love my slider door! The effects from having a well made door on the temperature in my kitchen was immediate!

We had a visit from a competent sales person, but she wouldnt provide a proposal in writing. The company then called and called and would not need our request to wait until we were prepared to make a decision. Hard sell. Nothing in writing. We will never buy from them.

Our sales rep Brian was professional and explained Ameritechs products and how they compared to others in a way that was informative without being a lecture. He worked with us to find a solution for our project that met our needs as well as fit our budget. So far our interactions with Ameritech have been exceptional. Once our project is complete, Ill update the review with our experience with their installation crew and the final product.

We researched Ameritech and are happy to finally be getting our windows. Levy is a professional and full of knowledge. An added bonus is that levy is very pleasant.

Scott did an excellent job of showing me why that was happening and I choose to put on the Oxford triple pane windows. They look great and have a great warranty. Scott and Ben have been great to work with. We are wanting to do our windows a few at a time and they are great about being flexible with us. Ive been getting multiple quotes from contractors to replace windows. Jeff from Ameritech insisted that my husband be there too. I dont know if thats misogynistic or a marketing ploy for high pressure sales with both decision makers. I can handle it by myself, thanks. Ive been the salesperson, and Ive never seen this as a requirement. Honestly, its insulting. I have other bids coming in. So Jeff asked to cancel and reschedule when we both could be there, I declined. Lets not reschedule. Another company gave me a bid that is good for a year.

Brian came to our rescue on our window. We love our new windows. It made the house very quiet. After doing extensive research this was the best quality window we could find. Triple pain window with Delta 8 gas we can’t hear our neighbor now his lawn.

We already have windows from Ameritech and fully know the quality of the product and will always recommend this product to anyone looking for high quality awesome windows. With our mountain home we already knew which way we wanted to go. Ameritech sales manager, Scott Brill, came to give us an estimate on replacing windows. Scott was extremely knowledgeable and took his time looking at all of our windows (we have 30 plus windows in this home). He answered questions and made great suggestions with regards to styles for any window we’d be replacing. It is only appropriate that Scott would be as transparent and have as high of quality as the windows he sells. It was a pleasure to work with him.

We had a patio door installed about 4 years ago. We love how much it improved the temperature in the room, so when they called us back recently, we jumped at the chance to get some of the other windows done as well.

Ameritech installed a replacement patio door for me. They were right on time and very professional. The work was exceptional, efficient and quick. Terrific job on the cleanup when the installation was completed.

We had a very positive experience with Ameritech. They came out to see us several times in order to fully answer our questions. They were kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. In comparing Ameritech doors to other doors, Ameritech doors have phenomenal qualities and offer some amenities that other door companies don’t. We proudly display their front door and look forward to purchasing a back door as well.

We really enjoy our new windows! We had a very hot, south-facing bedroom. The new windows reduced the summer heat so much! The cold winter draft was also gone! A huge bonus was the noise dampening, nice and quiet! The staff, beginning to end were great. We had a small issue with one window whenawhen it was installed; they fixed it quickly and with no hassle! We are purchasing more windows this year from them!

Terrible sales tactics. Probably good windows - didnt buy them. If you want to experience a hard sell, contact these folks. Their sales people setup an in-home consultation and bring their props to condescendingly show you how good their windows are which takes 2 hours even if you said you just want a quote, then they try and get you to sign a loan agreement right then and their and threaten to take away a deal if they dont leave without an agreement or down payment. They make you feel like a crazy person for not wanting to buy them right here on the spot. You have to tell them no so many times and be downright rude just to get their sales people out of the house. I seriously felt trapped in my own house having to listen to this. About a year later they had the audacity to call and ask for a survey of how they did...well that is what reminded me to write this review so congrats. I wish I could give less stars.Edit: This is follow up to your reply. Why would I call you back to get sold again. This doesnt make any sense. You need to reexamine your business strategy and who you hire before blaming me for your poor service. As you can see by the other comments, I am not the first to have this happen which just goes to show this is part of your tactics and goes back years. I did not hurt you, you hurt yourself.

Started with a new sliding door from Ameritech a few years ago, and couldn’t be happier with it. Need a new picture window and of course called up Ameritech. Quality is fantastic. Yes, you can find cheaper elsewhere in a big box store, but the quality and workmanship are well worth it.
