I have used Moros Fabrications on several different projects and there service, responsiveness and products have always exceeded expectations. I have made the mistake of using other vendors and was surprised by the issues that I had never experienced with Moros. On my recent project I needed it done quickly due to a family emergency and they worked very hard to make that happen for me, communicating to me throughout. Bad smelly diesel truck!!!

Our installation of carrera marble was an unpleasant experience. There was an issue with the level of the base cabinets. Instead of taking a step back and making sure it was right, they forced the install. I was able to get one of my contractors resources to assist in leveling the base cabinet while Moros was there, but Moros workmen were very hostile. One made rude, sexist remarks to me. The marble also arrived with what appears to have been a gloss finish converted to matte. We ordered honed. The resulting surface does not look as it should. So they returned to work on it, but its never looked right. Its 7 years later. The stone is cracking in one corner. The sink is falling out as well. I will be calling Moros. How will they respond, I wonder.

This is the second time weve used Moros Fabrication and they have been terrific to work with both times. Their templating and installing process are both perfect and their crews have been professional, and on time. This time, they handled the removal of old countertops and installed new ones. In the process, our garbage disposal was broken, and Marty took care of that right away. It always feels good to support a local business. During these pandemic times, it feels even better.

We are 100% pleased with the entire process of selecting our new granite kitchen and bath counter tops. The Moros team ensured that every step was smooth, that we understood the timetable and installation schedule and that we were satisfied with the job. The installation was done on a snowy day, but the crew was careful to keep our floors as clean as possible.This is a local, family owned business, and they take pride in their work. I contracted with Moro’s Fabrication twice over the past nine years to fabricate and install a bathroom shower, vanity and kitchen counter area at my home. They are five star. Their planning, template work and install work is within 1/64 th of an inch. The entire process from initial contact, to selection of stone and final install was great. Their level of constant communication and checking was excellent.i would most definitely bring them onto a home project again in the future without question.

I had a simple bathroom granite counter put in and needless to say it was not a good experience. I think the staff tried very hard, but I got an invoice well before the job was done. I had a hole in my drywall and when I asked about it the response was that I should get a drywall person to fix it. The time it took to complete the job and the overall quality of the work was not worth it. I had to get a handyman to fix things because the backsplash looked awful in contrast to the mirrors. After all this, I would go elsewhere for this type of work.

Highly recommend! Moros provided counter tops for our kitchen remodel and the entire process was a smooth as could be. They pulled out all the stops to keep our project on schedule after a delay with the contractor who was installing our cabinets. They also have a terrific selection of products you wont find anywhere else.

Moros performed greatly even after my bathroom remodel designer (or the supplier - never too be determined) botched the first vanity top fabrication. Without a flaw Moros provided as specified the re-fabricated vanity top and then gave me a fair price for the back splash. Thanks Moros. I can only hope that the designer (to be unnamed) provide the same service.

We are very happy with the beautiful job Moros did installing my new quartz counters in our kitchen in Boulder. The only negative was that several times they arrived MUCH later than they said they would.Arron was always professional & went out of his way several times to help. Im so glad he was always available.Julian Martinez couldnt have been more careful when taking out the old tile. I especially liked how he cleaned up after himself. Had a great attitude too.I hope someday Moros will put in quartz in our bathrooms too. Carolyn Touchette

We had a challenging surprise when we learned that Moros was scheduling countertop installs a minimum of 3-4 weeks after templating. We hadnt seen this timeline with Moros on multiple past jobs and were expecting install 1-2 weeks out. It was scary because countertops have to go on before appliances, sink, backsplash - basically an unusable kitchen for an extra month+.We had an anxious day trying to figure out of we needed to go with alternative fabricator on short notice, transferring the slab elsewhere if they couldnt move the schedule up. But Jaimie worked some magic and put us on a waitlist and solved the problem so graciously despite us being freaked out and trying to sort out an alternative (while really Moros was our first choice, if at all possible).Ill update once we get the countertops in, but so far Im really impressed with how well Moros and Jaimie handled a freaked-out client Weve liked them on past jobs too so this was a real relief. I always like to work with and support long-time local businesses whenever possible. Thank you Moros!

Watch out! They give you one price and then ask for more money later to complete the job. The deposit was paid, stone selected and everything scheduled.

The experience we had with Moros was disappointing. Based on reputation and reviews, we expected a stellar installation. Instead, we ended up with an average installation. When you are spending thousands of dollars on your kitchen counter tops, you expect better than average. The issues we had were as follows:- Prior to installation, we appreciated the level of patience Marty and Jaimie had considering the problems we were having finding the right piece of stone. In this regard, they exceeded our expectations.- The quotation process wasnt the smoothest with several discrepancies in pricing. We kept getting different quotes which put us in somewhat of an uncomfortable position. Our recommendation would be to ensure that you get all your pricing in writing (which fortunately, we did).- Our job never made it through engineering!! If it hadnt been for our contractors professional eye, we would have ended up with a potentially precarious situation in which our stone slab on the island may have broken off. This was a HUGE over sight!!! In the end, our contractor and Moros worked together to resolve the issue.- Our Eco Terra recycled glass counter top arrived at our home with scratches all over the top. The installer and then Aaron did their best to buff them out, but they should not have been there in the first place!- The installation team came and went and left us with a mess. They installed the sink backwards, so they had to rip it out and reinstall it. The seam was sloppy and bumpy, so Aaron had to come back and re-do it. The bathroom countertop was finished on the back edge instead of the front edge. One of the perimeter corners was not cut to specs so it had to be redone onsite and as a result it is not quite as round and smooth as the others. Another corner by the refrigerator does not quite fit so it ends with a lot of space and a sharp point. The gap between the wall and the counter top in the bar area was too big and is only acceptable because the painter was able to save it. There seemed to be little attention to detail, and a lot of attention to getting out the door quickly on a Friday afternoon.We researched several fabricators and selected Moros because they came highly recommended to us by several contractors. However, we were very disappointed by our experience. It is our belief that perhaps they have grown too quickly and that they need to slow down and look into what they can do to improve the quality control of their operation.

Thinking we would save money by shopping outside of Boulder, my husband and I visited just about every granite yard and countertop gallery in Denver. What an education. By they time we were through I was positive the kitchen and bath portion of our home remodel was going to be a huge expense and an even bigger pain in the ass. But due to a last minute switch in our build schedule I ran to Moros to scrounge up some scraps for the shower benches and hopefully buy us a little more time to secure a subcontractor for the kitchen and bathroom countertops.What a breath of fresh air! Marty, Jaimie and the rest of the gang were lovely. Shopping in the yard was clean and easy and they provided what we needed quickly and at a very reasonable cost.Because of this experience we made the decision to move forward with Moros for all of our kitchen and bathroom countertops.Their design input was experienced. Their pricing was reasonable (in fact I was able to eliminate our GC and save some money by managing the process on my own) and the level of care they showed while in our home was exceptional. I cannot say enough good things about Moros.

Moros Fabrication did an exceptional job fabricating and installing our new granite countertops. When we first bought our house last year, we had Moros build and install a granite peninsula for us. We liked the work they had done so much that when we remodeled our kitchen, we insisted that our builder use Moros Fabrication for the countertops, even after he suggested a more affordable alternative. The job included removing and modifying the original large, very heavy peninsula, plus installing new, matching countertops throughout the kitchen. The configuration of the kitchen walls and cabinets complicated the installation, but the installers did a terrific job. As a result, we have awesome granite countertops in our new kitchen. We would strongly recommend Moros Fabrication for the quality of their work and their overall professionalism.
