I use to work/shop here but both the service and the management has declined severely since this the most recent months. They treat there employees like there robots and the pay is barely sub pare and denied raises where they were due. Go in now it’s always dirty, items not where they should be and again the staff oni is the last good worker they have and David is the best manager I worked for I praise them for working there. Honestly if you want Quality and great customer service visit Circle K on the corner it’s worth the few extra steps. If you can’t treat your workers the way you value the customers dollar you shouldn’t be a boss of an Establishment. Boycott shortstopP.s. get new air fresheners or cleaning supplies stores shouldn’t smell like a sewer.

Changed me .25 for Hot Water and brought my own cup, refused to give me the managers name and number and the corporate office number.

Was getting gas when the clerk comes out and starts claiming I started pumping before I put my card in (is that even possible?) There was this woman pumping gas next to me and the clerk says something along the lines of I took 12 dollars worth of gas from the woman. I go into the shop to discuss it and the woman is in there chatting and hanging out with the clerk clearly they were pals. If I didnt know any better Id say they were trying to extort money from me. Stay clear of the clerk with an honestly disturbing amount of freckles on his face. Every other trip there has been ok though.

Car wash: bought the cheapest setting. For 7 dollars, I got absolutely no improvement. Very little soap applied, terrible cleaning quality. Sad

Vandalized but clean restroom

I am a Boulder professional, and I was treated like a criminal. The most shocking disrespect Ive ever experienced. I was basically challenged to a fight by the clerk after asking for a car wash refund. If you value your safety DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT

Clean store well presented. Clean and maintained bathroom.

The worst car wash Ive ever been to. $6 got me just about one minute of wash time with no dry. Hardly any soap used. Not impressed. Note: Im from Michigan where a car wash actually goes on for about 4 minutes with dry- same or less $$
