This place is amazing! The staff is extremely nice and fantastic food. I came here for the first time and the head chef came out explained the whole concept and I love it. 100% coming back here as much as I can and with a huge menu I can get something different every time. Really well priced for the amount and quality of food.

Food was mediocre at best. flavorless and really not good. Overpriced for what it was (cheesesteak).Not the kitchen staff’s fault. Kitchen staff are fine and the workers are always kindLow quality ingredients and recipes that are not great, equals low quality food. I figured people should know about the screw that my husband had to spit out after taking a bite out of his burrito bowl. We are not from here and have to wait till Monday to get to the dentist because his filling fell out. Ordered via DoorDash sent a complaint through them as well.

I had low expectations from what seemed like could have been fancy fast food, but this is really well done, and perfect for families like mine who juggle a combination of vegetarian, Low FODMAP, diabetic, low-calorie, and just plain picky dietary needs among the four of us. Two of us ordered a bunch of sides and the other two ordered custom bowls.The kitchen shows a deft hand at balancing tastes and ingredients, and the portions were generous enough that each one is two meals. One star off for missing bacon in one of the bowls and avocado in the other. They were, however, really good even without them. I look forward to going back.

I ordered several lunches from Scratch Kitchen for a company meeting because they have so many options. Everything was made correctly, on time, and best of all - delicious!

Scratch Kitchen has something for almost everyones tastes, definitely works well for our family. Two things, not dealbreakers: you always wait on your order for pickup though; and I wish that the chocolate vegan pudding could be packed with the gelato instead of with the hot foods?

One of the best chicken sandwiches I’ve had. Great taste, portion, etc. Fries as well (fries rarely travel well with delivery) were super good! I will 100% be back.

Let me preface this by saying I work in the restaurant industry. 3.49 for like 2 oz of reheated fries? 11.99 for 5 tenders where one arrived half breaded and one was a third of a tender? Somehow the driver arrived and had to wait 15 minutes and the food didn’t arrive hot from a restaurant that’s a 7 minute walk from me. And to top it off, you all won’t answer your damn phone.

I’m very sad I wanted to like the food but I ordered a portobello burger and got a real burger instead. I checked my receipt since I ordered on grubhub and it was very clear at the top. I expect this from places that only allow write in substitutions but their menu indicates that they have plant based options and allow you to select which burger “patty” you want.

If you’re looking for something quick and healthy, Scratch Kitchen is your place to go. The chicken parm sandwich was delicious - with a side of pasta salad that tasted very fresh! Not only do that have delicious food but they also have drinks, snacks AND ice cream to go!! Super convenient and the employees are very welcoming!

The Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich is the best I’ve had in Boulder. I used to order from another restaurant and the quality went downhill. Lucky, I gave #HIGHLINE a chance with their Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich. It is so delicious. Just the right amount of fire. Fresh pickles and and plenty of cole slaw to add that bit of coolness to the bite. We tried these guys via Ubereats. Food was NOT good, but I still gave them a 4 star review (benefit of the doubt for a busy place) with a note about food quality. They were quick to publicly respond to me, thanking me and telling the world they would issue me a full credit for my meal and invite me back for a 5 star experience...NEVER issued a credit, NEVER contacted me after trying to inquire about the missing credit. Frauds...

Overpriced, underwhelming food. Pretty much a 4/10 across the board in terms of taste and portion sizes. It would have been a 2 star review if I didn’t get FOOD POISONING from Little Fish. All of the restaurants in this place need to readjust their prices or up their food quality. One of the two.

Grabbed food to take to a brewery after skiing and boy was this place good! My friend and I each got a salad, I had a steak salad (steak was delish) and we shared the cauliflower wings. Both were so so good and I can’t wait to have them again. Dreaming of the cauliflower wings....

Came across this lovely place a few days ago walking around town. Its conveniently placed close to downtown for pickup! Me and my partner shared the chicken tenders and a southwest salad. Best Ive ever had! Lola was so welcoming and friendly, and talked to us about our visit as we are not from Boulder. She gave us some lovely recommendations for other restaurants we tried out as well. Thank you Lola! We will be coming back before our visit ends!

There are so many different foods that you can get.

I like delivering for them, the pickup process is great and they are helpful.

We thought wed try this take out experimental food hall and we were simply bowled over by how everything tasted SO GOOD! We shared the turkey and provolone sandwich and my husband said somehow this reminds me of Christmas. The tomato bisque was thick and rich red, the chicken noodle soup was hearty and wonderful. We even tried the steak salad and the steak was so tender. Even the dill pickle that came with the sandwich must have been home made. The flavors were exquisite. Absolutely 10 star fantastic.

Potentially the best fried chicken sandwich in boulder. Annoying that the only napkins they have to give you are part of a silverware set creating a lot of extra waste even though I’m sure the point was to have less waste using those sets. Add some normal loose napkins and I’ll come back and give you guys the 5th star ✌️

It is clear from the reviews that this place usually has good food, but my goodness, please reassign whoever was cooking tonight. First time trying this place for delivery, and we ordered the 3 piece fried chicken, cheese biscuit and honey butter, and the mac n cheese with an assortment of veggies, and a side of roasted Brussels sprouts. The Mac n cheese was almost $20 with the veggies added (no meat) so I expected something good. Where do I even start? The Mac n cheese was more like just mac. The barest very runny, mostly milk sauce with a hint of cheese poured on it. It wasn’t just mediocre. It just plain wasn’t. Even the box stuff is better. It had barely any seasoning except salt. At least the veggies mixed in were decent. The Brussels sprouts were nearly raw, and devoid of any seasoning at all. I couldn’t even finish them, and I love Brussels sprouts in most forms. My partner says the fried chicken was dry and flavorless. The cheese biscuit was minuscule and mediocre.I wouldn’t normally roast a restaurant like this during the pandemic, but I felt like this was bordering on a scam. The prices are HIGH, and for that you expect quality food. I’m from the south, and would’ve even settled for some bad cheap southern comfort diner food. This tasted like it was hurriedly tossed together by someone who just today met the inside of a kitchen. Not by any stretch of the imagination worth the cost.

High quality food and traveled well. I had the Boulder Bowl with the Green Goddess dressing. I also ordered some chia pudding with berries for breakfast the next morning. A great way to start the day. It hit the spot for something healthy, flavorful, and filling.I will definitely be going back again and trying some more of the menu.

Oh my goodness! What a wonderful little treasure this is to have in our neighborhood! I noticed it today and decided to try their Southwest Salad for lunch. I could not have made a better decision—simply AMAZING. Everything tasted so fresh and that cilantro lime vinaigrette is to die for! As someone who has struggled to keep an appetite lately, it felt nice having something taste so so good and I look forward to the next time I get to enjoy it again! Super convenient and tasty! We ordered online, got a text confirmation and a text when our order was ready. They delivered curbside to our car so it was very easy. We had an order of Mac & Cheese with bacon and it was amazing. My daughter asks for it daily! We also had an order of the chicken fingers and a Buddha Bowl...both were great. Loved that you can pick your bowl ingredients. Highly recommend!

I live in Denver and I’m fully addicted to scratch kitchen. It’s really hard to find comfort food like Mac and cheese/chicken pot pie/ and great chicken fingers. Love this place, worth the drive and really convenient to take on a hike or picnic! Highly recommend!

The food was good but the price was awful for what I got. Maybe the Uber app has the steak priced wrong, but I paid a $12.99 upgrade for steak over chicken, total bill was about $30 before tip and delivery and I got a steak about the size of a hotdog. Very disappointed in the value....really really disappointed, but the food was good. Id give the food 4 stars and the value a negative---------2/19/21 updating to 4 stars as management made an effort to correct the issue through the uber app.

Quality is very inconsistent.My first-time order was excellent, however the quality dropped significantly in following orders.One large order of chicken has chicken than smelled like it had gone bad and still was cooked anyway.Ordered roasted veggies several times and they were steamed instead of roasted.

Scratch is already set up to be an ideal solution in a time where most restaurants need to rethink their model, and offers a surprisingly large selection of groceries. We recently discovered this place, and it has instantly become our favorite new spot in Boulder. It is pretty spendy, and I hope that they can fix up their pricing a bit on a few items, but so far most of what weve had in the few times weve gone so far have left us not only happy, but enthused. Nothing is bland, everything is fresh, and its all extremely well put together.

Great options for many tastes. Incredibly easy pickup and they’re doing curbside these days to keep everything safe and easy. Easy to order and you can get items from all the different concepts in one cart, and cooked in their beautiful new kitchen. Everything made from scratch! Chicken pot pie is epic!

Ordered delivery. Disappointing. Guac and chips was two tablespoons of guac (if that) and maybe 12 chips. Side of pickled veggies - about 2_tablespoons full. Entered the code for free delivery and was still charged 3.99 for delivery. Food was pretty bland.

This is a great new eatery in Boulder. They only do takeout and delivery which could not have come a better time. Their customer service is top notch and so is the food. It’s great you can customize your order and they bring it right out to you!! Can’t wait to go back!!

I’m surprised this place has such positive reviews. I’ve tried Scratch Kitchen a few times, each time because of the convenience of prepared food and groceries delivered all at once. Unfortunately, the food just isn’t very well-prepared, and I’ve ended up feeling icky afterward. The groceries are overpriced, and when I ordered bananas, they were past their prime. I’m done giving them chances to improve. Disappointing, as I really wanted them to succeed.

I tried scratch kitchen when I was visiting my sister in Boulder, awesome vegan and vegetarian options. I had the Boulder bowl with tofu and the chia pudding. I will visit again, really good food!!

Quick, easy and delicious. We order online and it’s ready before we even have a chance to walk over. The cave dweller bowl is fresh and healthy. I’ve had it 4 times in the last month with a different dressing each time. The ability to pick and choose toppings and dressings is so nice!

Scratch Kitchen is delicious! I have had several items from them already, including the Cave Dweller Bowl, Greek Salad, Buddha Bowl, and several sides! I love that they have three different restaurants in one space and varying options for all types of eaters and specialized diets. Im vegetarian and found many options for myself. I noticed that if I want something that does have meat I have the option to remove it and they take the cost off as well! Then I can also add something if Id like. Ive never seen a restaurant do that before. I loved the curbside pick up option. The staff were friendly and I noted from my car that the space looked very new and clean. I would highly recommend this virtual restaurant to others. Its a great option for all!

Omg this food! YUM! What a nice surprise this place was. This is some delicious, homemade goodness right here. Everything was cooked to perfection and super fresh. Ordering was easy and they got everything right. Food arrived fast and was still warm. Plates were cleaned and yums were heard round the table. Happy tummies!!

I was so excited to see a Mexican concept added to scratch kitchen. I already really enjoy the food here but after trying a few items from casara, I cant wait to try even more. The posole is awesome! You cant go wrong with the carnitas tacos and a side of street corn. The enchiladas were also a favorite in our house.

Ordered on grub hub - Didnt come with one of the items placed. Also was a black hair inside my sandwich. Be a little wary.

The food was pretty good, but the portion sizes for the sides are not worth it. Side of fries was $3.89 but basically a kids version fry from McDonalds.

I ordered literally one of everything for a bunch of guests I had over. Then I just put it all out like a buffet. Everyone loved it. I was surprised how delicious it was. Best Mac and cheese ever. Loved the meatloaf. Super chicken pot pie. To be honest, the food really exceeded my expectations by far. I’ll definitely be back!!

Buttermilk fried chicken was dry and mediocre. Real butter milk fried chicken is soaked in butter milk for two days to tender and moisturize - this was obviously not done. Brussel sprouts were average. Mashed potatoes were basic and gravy mediocre. Very disappointed.

Wow! The food here is delicious. Made with excellent ingredients, much better and healthier than we expected from the genre of comfort.

All I can say is, AMAZING. Just ordered through Door Dash and would highly recommend. The chicken katsu bowl and carved turkey&provolone sando were incredible 🙌🏻

Burnt and small portions for pricing.

The food is ok and a bit on the high side price-wise. They are also stingy on supplying napkins on take-out which I find strange. The site to order from is bulky and time consuming, sometimes it simply doesnt even work. You call and no one answers, honestly its eventually easier to just order elsewhere.

Nice combination of items - Cobb Salad and bowls are nice, along with fried Chicken. Give it a try!

Tried three sandwiches from Club House at Scratch Kitchen, the cheese steak, chicken parm, and meatball. They were all ok, but kind of bland, especially the cheese steak and chicken parm. Given the price and size of these sandwiches, I expect much more in the flavor department.
