One of the managers, an older gentleman, has refused to let EMS personnel utilize their restrooms due to a counter that tracks people coming in and out of the store. Apparently a few EMS people coming in to use the bathrooms every now and then really affects their bonus...We do city street posting so we have to rely on public restrooms to relieve ourselves. Im stuck in an ambulance for 10-12 hours and he cant let us use the restrooms occasionally. Surely 1-2 people every now and then cant affect their numbers that much...I would also like to note that our company purchases supplies from this company from time to time.
What a great staples! We were able to find all of our back to school supplies for our young ones in whatever color they wanted. The toilet paper with personality was amusing, definitely brightened our day up! Also was able to find a nice comfortsble office chair for our new office. It helps to be comfortable!!
I was stopped at the door by staff member and asked what I needed. I had a list of items, the guy heard the first 2 items and said they dont have it and was standing in my way. Didnt even care to hear the rest of the list which included printer ink and paper. The guy just didnt want me in the store. I like to think the color of my skin has nothing to do with it, but I know it did.I am glad we have Amazon! I am sure Amazon will eventually gobble up all of these outdated retail stores, and they should!
A young woman named Nikkala (I think) saw me struggling, dragging my purchases to the counter, literally tripping over my cane. She ran up and grabbed my stuff and helped load it in my car. I dont think theyre supposed to do that. But now this Staples is my favorite office supply store! Cheers!

I bought the wrong Quickbooks software here: Windows instead of Mac. I took it home and opened the package before I noticed my mistake. Thankfully, I didnt scratch the License Code off. When I returned it to Staples, they gave me a full refund. I was/am very happy.
Went in to browse and get some information on printing. I was not greeted and no one even asked me if I wanted help until I got to the counter. While looking through their technology section everything was covered in a thick visible layer of dust and I didnt want to touch anything. When I asked about printing the man at the counter told me he wasnt able to do what I wanted, he told me to go to FedEx printing because the office depot near by didnt have printing services. When I went to the office depot they did have what I needed and they were able to help me print. This store has horrible customer service and is very gross and dirty. I wouldnt recommend anyone going here.
I couldnt find kleenex or paper towels or toilet paper anywhere except at Staples. People have bought the stores out because of this virus. Employees are very helpful and polite there and the store carries a lot of items I need on a given day. Great store.

I recently printed a scientific poster at this location. The initial version had a glitch (due to the printer not recognizing a mathematical symbol on the poster). Joshua was super in fixing this issue, allowing me log onto my google drive to remove the offending symbol. The problem was fixed promptly at no additional cost to me.
I go to this store a lot. I dont usually have a lot of problems, (besides if you need help, it takes forever to for someone to show up). But this one time I needed some letter size papers cut 3 times. 3 very simple cuts. I was told that it was $1 per cut. So 3 cuts + tax, somewhere around 3 dollars.After the papers have been cut, they ring the bill and it was around $9. I asked what happened, I am sorry, it appears prices are actually different, but dont worry, I only charged for two cuts.So I was actually going to be charged somewhere around $12 but he was so nice he charged for only two cuts.For some reason they also charged an express fee. Next time I should tell them a few days ahead so I can get some papers cut.Go to fedex. Honestly, so much cheaper, they sometimes do it for free too.
I would like to point out that I had absolutely no problem with the employee the other reviewer was ranting about. Adrian is one of the kindest and sweetest cashiers I have ever had the pleasure to meet and I APPLAUD Staples for hiring her. If you do a little digging, you’ll notice that both of those bad reviews were made by the same person on different accounts. Also, as a former retail manager, it’s doubtful that a cashier would be trained to do the copy center. I also think that it shows a strong lack of morals to out someone, and use their name, on two different accounts. I had a fantastic experience at this Boulder store.
Very rude staff! Wanted to print a simple 16 page flyer to test out our layout and all I got was attitude from whoever was in charge of print services. Incredibly curt answers and rude remarks and I finally had enough and finally walked out. I am taking my business to FedEx down the street AND I wont be shopping at this staples for anything again, ever. Learn how to at least be cordial to customers, folks, this is 2019!
Feel like paying 4 times as much as you should for office supplies? Well COME ON IN! We would love to rip you off. Its not often you walk away from office works totally happy and satisfied! Jocelyn is amazing! She helps me every time and knows a lot! Whats best is shes super fast, tech knowledge is sublime and always got a smile on her face. Very funny girl! No matter my mood, I walk out happy. Just wow! Go to this store to buy stationary!
Went in on Friday and had the best experience. Friendly floor staff, very sweet cashier, just a nice environment to shop. I recommend that if you don’t like it there then shop at Office Depot which is very close by (off 28th).
This particular experience, poor. Twice on different days I was told they could fix my iPhone screen after giving them the model number and then when I showed up I was told that they haven’t been fixing the model recently nor any longer. Waste of time and energy to show up with my phone and organize my calendar to not need my phone while repairing it.Re original I PhoneSE
WOW boulder should open up a Office Depot because the customer service here is beyond horrible the WORST!!!! ADRIAN or so her name tag says is so rude and blows my mind how she works here or how she even has a job. I went in to do what I thought was the most easiest job print something I sent through email she wanted to check if I was on a list and some how didn’t understand what I need what I sent to your email printed. She had to call the manager. Please someone help this lady find a job that suits her better.

Adrian is the worst employee there.... once I sent soemthing to staples email so once I arrived it would be quick and I would just get it printed.... she was looking me up on a list she had... then obviously accepted she had no idea what she was doing and called the manager... sent a fax and overcharged me for it. Today I go in and her manager I assume who I spoke to about how much I got charged last time said no it’s not that much and still tried to over charge me with something else... only god knows if anyone else has been overcharged by her or had their time wasted... she might be new, but she makes it seem like she’s new to the world... W-O-W
I walked in to a store with 4-5 employees standing around a checkout counter engaged in conversation with each other. Nobody said hello. I walked every single isle of supplies twice before I heard a good breaking point in the conversation. At this point I actually felt like my presence was interrupting these slackers and inconveniencing them by needing help finding some plastic luggage tag sleeves. Sure enough, a visibly non-enthusiastic employee broke away and put on his radio while asking if i was finding everything ok. I stated that i was not, but that i didn’t want to interrupt their conversation, i would continue to struggle on my own. He shrugged, radioed that message to the front and walked off. I promptly ordered everything i needed on Amazon and walked out. Thanks Staples, and to think you’re so close to my business. It could have been a wonderful relationship, but alas, its not me; IT’S YOU.

This is my worst shopping experience in my life.I ordered this item on 4/23 and it said I can pick up this item in store on 4/27. When I placed the order, the item was still available. However, on 4/26 morning, I received an message and it said this item was no longer available and the order was canceled. The most funny thing is that at that time when I checked this item online, it still showed that this item was available but my order is canceled anyway.So I went to other retailer store and brought one.But things does not end. I received another email on 4/28 and it said my order was ready to pick up. So I have to went to the store and check if they really sent me this order. I did find a package in the store with my name. Ridiculous things happened again. The package was empty!!! Staples sent me my order with an empty box and notified me that my order is ready to pick up!! How funny it is!! I have nothing else to do but just called the staple and made sure that they dont charge my card.I must say this is the most funny and ridiculous shopping experience in my life. I will never ever buy anything from Staples. Staples really really sucks!
Poor customer service. Woman was rude and their items scattered. Expensive. There were only 2 employees on a weekend...who does that. Woman kept yelling at a customer who wasnt doing anything but wauti g about the fact that there were only 2...then kept him waiting and checking out people. Bottom line, they helped people checking out the they can get their money versus the guy who it place than order and was waiting to pick it up even though he was waiting longer
Well from the other review of this store, it looks like things have not changed much in 7 months. I went to Staples this week with my girlfriend to get some software for my small business. After waiting around for 20 minutes trying to get someone attention, finally one of the Assistant Manager employees came over to ask if we needed help. Finally! I thought to myself, someone to help us. Well, besides not knowing anything about the software I was thinking about purchasing, he was also quite rude to me, talking down to me like I was a kid or a moron. This person also could not keep his eyes off of my girlfriends chest and body, which really began to irritate me. At one point I had to ask him to please look at me when he was talking to me, and not at my girlfriend, who was bending over to see some of their Ipad accessories. I will NEVER, EVER go back to a Staples. As a matter of fact, I will go out of my way in the future to never enter a Staples again. Rude, obnoxious, and salacious. NO THANK YOU, NOT EASY.

Quick and helpful, I needed to quickly print my resume and they were able to get me what I need fast and correct. Not a very busy location, but staff wasnt sitting around they helped me immediately when I walked in.

Poor customer service. I was one of two customers and there were about 8 employees, yet it took them 15 minutes to figure out who I should talk to about picking up an order. Then told computers were down and no one apologized, they just said they were down internationally as an excuse as to why my order wasnt ready. Called the next day and was put on hold and then hung up on. Not using these guys again!
