Stalked their IG faithfully during the Pandemic. The boards and ingredients always looked incredible and as soon as they posted they were open we made the trek up from Pueblo with our chilly bin for some charcuterie treats! Service was amazing and I was told a story about cheese mongers singing to cows on more than one occasion. Which was a true delight! Just the human interaction was a delight! And they made you feel warm and welcome. No cheese snobbery to be found anywhere!

Cured catered a womens empowerment event that we hosted and blew me away. Not only was the food delicious, the display was beautiful, and they went above and beyond with the service.

Dont go here at prime lunch on a weekend with the expectation to get a yummy sandwich. You will be greeted with a disorganised mess and a shop that cant make sandwiches as they have no bread. Its 12:02 Saturday. Also dont buckle and go to Dish across the road either. They have bread but a $10+ sandwich will leave you wishing you went to subway instead!

I really wanted to love this place....its in my neighborhood and so convenient. But, the service and attitude changed my mind. Dunno if they are rude to everyone, but they have been dismissive and rude when I have done business with them. Ill never return.

Here is the interaction that I had today at Cured...Me: [Looking at the gigantic overhead menu] Hello, may I have a ham sandwich?Deli person: Were out of sandwiches, thats why there are no sandwiches on that counter.Me: Oh, sorry, I was just looking at the menu....Deli person: [Smiling broadly, unapologetically, with condescension] Yes, I know, its very confusing. We have bread and other things if you want to make your own sandwich.Okay, so lets pause and dissect this conversation so far. Here are my questions:* If Im clearly in the market for an assembled sandwich, why are you trying to sell me sandwich components? Is it not your job to make sandwiches?* Why do you have a gigantic menu advertising sandwiches that you dont have? Has this deli person never been to a restaurant before? Am I really the confused person in this scenario?* If this is a recurring problem, as she implies, why not do something about it? Why not put a sign up? Why the abuse? Why would I tolerate that if I dont even get a sandwich out of this negative interaction?I related the story to my friend that was getting an espresso at Boxcar (which is an awesome little coffee shop btw). Her response:Yes, I have had the same exact interaction with them more than once. The place would be tolerable if it werent for the sh*tty attitude. Thats why I dont shop there.Well, that makes two of us.

Amazing charcuterie plate. I ordered the charcuterie plate for the first time yesterday and it was worth every penny! I requested to have the cheese and meat to be separated due to an allergy and they were super accommodating. I also wrote a note asking to add an alpine cheese and they did! and it happened to also be my favorite cheese .I was so impressed with the aesthetics of the platter too :) they added some fresh 🌸 flowers and super fresh fruits. The cheeses and meat came in a to go boxes but as soon as I transferred the goodies on a cheese platter it looked even more delicious. Highly recommend getting this platter from them :)

Sandwiches was unique and quite good. I wish they had a meal combo with a drink or some sample jams, cheese or sauces.

Wanted to come here to browse the selection of items they have and nobody is allowed in, which I think is overkill as of right now. The girl at the front door asked me what I was here for and I said just to browse and she just goes “yeah...sure...” and then just stared at me until I said never mind and walked away. Makes me not want to come back even when they do eventually allow people in which will be who knows when.

Need the goods for Friday night cocktail hour? Cured. Christmas gifts? Cured. Lunch time sando and soup on a cold Fall day? Cured! The pretzels are a religious experience. Try them with the Dijon mustard too. The sandwiches are great, including the breakfast sandwich.

Love this place, however it seems like the portion sizes have shrunk lately. These are fantastic sandwiches, but for the price and the smaller sizes I question if its worth it.

Cured has a great product selection cheese, and make very good sandwiches, and dinner items. Youll pay a premium for all of this which is fair but would feel much better if there was any feeling that they cared at all about the customer and their experience. I waited at the cheese counter while all of the employees were diligently listening to their manager give the daily update. Several looked over but dare not walk away to help a waiting customer. Add to this the single bathroom, tiny tables, and erratic hours and a great array of products is dragged down by a lack of interest in the persons paying the bills.

Love this place from top to bottom. The cheese and meats and groceries are awesome but its the people who make it all exceptional. Unique gifts, tasty healthy snacks, hand picked wines and homemade sandwiches...what else does one need?

Cured is my go to for charcuterie platters whenever I entertain or need to take something to a party. I have been ordering from them for years. This year I frantically called for a last minute platter, fully expecting them to tell me no because of the time of year and wanting it for the same day. I was pleasantly surprised, not only did they take my order, but they created the most beautiful platter I have ever seen. It was nothing like I have ordered before even though I was always happy with the prior orders. I am hoping to upload a pic with this review. Thank you, Cured! Next year I will be ordering my Christmas gifts from you. BTW, did I mention they have the best customer service ever. They really make the entire experience superb! 5+++ stars

We live close by and generally love this place but...We ordered Bourbon Pecan Pie for Thanksgiving and it was very disappointing.The pie filling was just wrong!

Both were awesome with crusty bread, flavorful meats and cheeses and best of all, they make them grab-n-go style for the days you need to get in and out. Solid gift selection as well. I’ve used Cured for four gift baskets this holiday season. I’m super grateful for them! The baskets (boxes really) look great and taste delicious. They will customize any of them or create a new one to meet your preferences and budget.Love this place and will be a regular!

Excellent sandwiches and service

I stopped in to Cured yesterday to find a goat cheese from Cured that was brought to my house months ago that surprised me - I didnt like goat cheese until this one. I didnt remember the name but it made enough of an impression I could describe its characteristics. Not only did the Cured staff member identify the specific cheese, she helped me explore other cheeses for next time - now I have a list of cheeses I want to buy and try. I was never big on cheese, but Ive been converted - turns out I just need quality cheese. Thanks Cured for adding pricier delicious cheese to my grocery budget. All in all, great staff, a positive environment you want to be in, and quality local/global products.

The sandwiches are exceptional but the service is far from exceptional. If you say 2pm, mean it!

This place has wonderfully tasty things no matter if you like salty or sweet. We bought a ton of chocolates we’d never even seen before and I don’t regret it a bit. (We also paired them with coffees from Boxcar because when you have the opportunity to get good coffee and good chocolate you only say “no” if you’re on a juice cleanse. But then also ask yourself why you’re on a juice cleanse and get the dang chocolate!)

Get the Spicy Frenchman! Hands down the best sandwich Ive had in a LONG TIME! Between the creamy & buttery brie, salty prosciutto, sweet jam & crunchy banquette, it was freaking incredible.

Best sandwiches in Boulder bar none. You have to try them. Super fresh bread. Really awesome deli, meats, cheeses, chocolate and more. Even better they share space with boxcar coffee roasters so you can satisfy all your non-alcoholic needs at once. Then sit out on Pearl St and people watch.

We got a really nice gift box from a business associate from Cured. Upon opening it, we were amazed with the lovely and unique assortment of all the Colorado-based gourmet treats! We liked it so much that we ordered a gift box on line for a family member in Oregon who loved it too! Great customer service. Super great product!!

Watching them prep for the day made us want to wait for them to open up. We waited a half hour and it was so worth it. The bird was delicious, wish the bread was toasted but honestly it was such a good sandwich that it wasnt even a big deal. Would definitely come back when I revisit CO.

I could not write a higher review for Cured. Nicole was amazing to work with and made adjustments for my dietary restrictions. Lentine is an amazing Chef and we are still getting rave reviews from guests saying it was some of the best food theyve ever eaten at a wedding. The displays were gorgeous, the food scrumptious and the service impeccable. I would highly recommend Cured for all occasions that you need catering. We had Cured cater a brunch at our house the day after the wedding and I am still dreaming about their lemon biscuits. Thank you so much for your hard work, getting back to all my anxious emails and being a pleasure to work with!

Costs a pretty penny, but OMG this place is great! I work in downtown Boulder and this place just makes amazing sandwiches. They cure their own meats and you can tell. The best thing for me (as a downtown employee) is that they are constantly making and wrapping their sandwiches all day so you just grab one and go pay for it. Amazing flavors! Great bread! Yes! Yes! So, youre going to spend $11 on a sando, but really this is what you should spend a little extra cash on! Get one. Trust me (and all the other reviews!)

Although this place is expensive it is worth it! Great variety of cured meats, cheeses, wine, and just about everything you need to put on a great dinner party. The daily pre-made sandwiches are a great option for a fancy treat while hiking! Nice variety of gourmet chocolate as well.

What a find! We stumbled on this shop in search of its sister store, Boxcar. I haven’t seen such a concentration of high quality food products anywhere else! Everything we bought was excellent, namely some chocolate, cheese, and ginger beer. The staff were incredibly friendly - Katie and Becca feel like true friends after only short conversations! If I weren’t just visiting, I’d love to return.

Delicious offerings for a reasonable price. They let us sample the cheeses so we could narrow down on a selection that would satisfy everyone. Various types of meats and cheeses and great recommendations for a wine pairing as well. There was a wide range of chocolates to choose from too. Very helpful and friendly staff. Everything we had was fantastic and the plate they made for us had just the right amount of food. Totally worth checking out!

To have this selection available in any City, I mean any, within walking distance to your home is incredible! We love Cured! Cured has a great selection of cheeses and cured meats. They also have a few sandwiches for sale every day that make for a great lunch. Grab the sandwiches in the morning though because they are usually out of the popular ones by lunch time.

Fantastic selection of cheese, cured meats, beer and wine, and specialty products! Theyll put together a tasting plate for you of cheese and meats for very reasonable prices. The coffee shop that shares the place is stellar as well!

Pricey, but the best place to go if youre putting together a gourmet picnic. Happy to let you try as many of the meats as you want. Prepared sandwiches are great as well, when youre not in a do it yourself mood.

They have 3-4 pre made sandwiches each day which are high quality and European in style. They also have a meat or cheese plate each day. These items can be eaten at the small tables inside or taken away.They also have a great selection of olive oils, pasta, salts, honey, and other specialist items.In addition to all this there is a great little liquor store in the back with hard to find beers, wines and liquor.For a treat, perfect picnic or lovely lunch, Cured is the best in Boulder.

Need I say more?Finding truly artisan cheese in Boulder was a desperate situation for me; we moved from a boutique, wee neighborhood in Denver and hadnt found our cheese/meat/wine home for the first six months.We stumbled upon Cured (and Boxcar) and have been having a love affair since. We had the opportunity to purchase a couple bottles of wine from the owners, who were nothing short of lovely, knowledgable, and absurdly welcoming. As soon as I am no longer housing a parasite in my uterus, we will be opening one of the highly recommended bottles and returning for more.Also: pretzels COATED in cheese.

My mom was visiting over the holidays and was very excited to check out Cured. She went by herself while I was at work and accidentally tasted some crackers that were on display, but that were not actually set out for tasting. The woman working yelled at her and made such a scene that she left in tears. Sad.
