Under NEW MANAGEMENT! In search of a battery for my ceiling fan I had the good fortune to meet the new owner of Batteries Plus. My experience was a five star encounter. Not only did I leave with my new batteries along with instructions but I made an impulse buy for a new FOB, which Ive been desperate for at a price that beat the local competition.
On 9/24/21 I went to this store in Boulder to have the battery replaced in my I phone. The guy at the counter acted like I was putting him out to help me. He priced the battery at $67. dollars and told me it would be 1 1/2 hours. I came back 10 minutes early and he told me Im way to early and its not done. I waited and finally got it back almost 2 hours. Somebody from back of the store brought it up and charged me $70.00 and was upset when I told him I wanted a receipt . Later I checked the receipt and It had someone elses name on it and the battery number for a Samsung phone however my name was on the receipt in the billing area. Last time Ill go there, you make your own choice. They had me give them the passcode for the phone which I understand but he entered it in his computer so its on file. The next day for the first time ever I gat a message that hackers are watching you. Hmmmm...
IPhone XR fixThe ease of making an appointment and getting the phone back is incredible. That was great. Price for my phone I considered reasonable. At this moment, the phone screen does not appear like the original, I could be mistaken but it appears that the backlight is somehow more visible.
I would give it a zero stars if I could. Made an online order, with curbside pickup. The online system asks for insane amount of information, especially considering I’m picking up the item. Received notification that it was ready, made my way to pick it up and called in per the instructions, only to find out the employee had no idea what he was doing, asked for my information more than once and finally i had to go inside to pickup my order only to find out no one even knew how to help me and my order wasn’t ready at all. Even after explaining things more than once the manager kept saying he didn’t know what was going on or why I was so upset. The manager even tried to hand me back my dead battery as my order. Do not shop here. Completely incompetent.
I trust the expertise of their staff. Ive used the Boulder store and the Lafayette store, and Im always impressed with the knowledge and effectiveness of the staff Ive encountered. In addition, due to a problem with the installation of a new battery in my Google Fi XL phone, they took half off of the price, without me even asking. Honest, too!
Great service! Did not end up having the specialty item I needed in store however the guy was very kind and knowledgeable! I wish all customer service was this good.
Help was timely, efficient and knowledgeable. He exceeded my expectations, I will definitely shop there the next time I need help with batteries.
The gentleman was patient and kind, went in yesterday at around 5pm. I needed separate receipts and some extra guidance, which he provided without hesitation.
Terrible customer service. Wasted trip. I would avoid this place. I was very happy with the cell phone repair shop on the hill.
I have done business at 4 different stores. One in Tucson, AZ, and 3 different Colorado stores. All of them offered exceptional service with a smile. My last experience was at the Boulder, Colorado store and once again I received exceptional service from Dennis, the store manager. Many Thanks from a loyal customer.
Dennis was wonderful. He gave get customer service. He was very caring, knowledgeable, and was provided great service.
Just the worst. The guy behind the counter was incredibly rude and despite making a purchase, wouldnt let us use a trashcan to throw out some small trash / packaging. Avoid if possible.
Great service, quality repair, and fast! This is my third visit for an iPhone repair. I hope to not return soon but if needed, itll be B+B.
Excellent customer service!! Low prices and super customer care..
I just had the most pleasant car experience of my life here on 12/15/2020. I needed a new car battery and the employee, I forgot his name, was the nicest most helpful person I could have asked for. I was pretty frazzled and he installed my new battery AND new headlights in the FREEZING cold. He went above and beyond. This guy was a saint. Great price too on the Duracell battery and new lights. Thank you!!
Store clerk couldnt see my order sitting in front of him because he didnt know what a battery terminal looks like.
Easy to order, liked the 10% off for online ordering, pick up was a breeze and staff were friendly.
Great customer service. Got my iPhone battery replaced and now the phone works like new.
Great service and good value. The guy who did the repair should get a raise. Hes that good. I had my phone screen repaired and it took only a few hours and also was 10 percent less than other local repair services. While I was at it, I had my battery replaced. Its great to get a virtually new phone in a couple hour turnaround. The guarantee is nice also.
Dennis, managing the store, was pleasant, unhurried, and helpful. He knows his inventory and how to find just whats needed. He repaired my iPhone so that its better than ever.
Worst place to go get your phone fixed, I went to this place trusting they would do a good job but they ended up making my home bottom not working, they lied to me saying they would get me a new phone, I waited 2 weeks got a used phone, that glitched wasn’t the same color as my phone and not the same gb. Had to go waste more money in getting my home bottom fixed somewhere else worst place
Good service, looked after my needs, friendly interaction
Fast and convenient. I was able to get what I needed over lunch and get back to work ASAP.
Great customer service!
I’ve been here twice! Great customer service and they ALWAYS HAVE WHAT I NEED! Also I never waste my time looking for stuff they are always happy to help!
Theyve got everything! I needed an oddball camera battery the other day. Found it and purchased it on their website. My local store had it in stock for pickup.
Good advice on the phone, installation available, online discounts, and friendly staff doing the installation of my car battery. Thanks.
Easy to schedule service online, competent polite techs in the store. Not a 10 because it wasnt obvious how to schedule two services, such as a new battery and new glass for my phone. And the system the tech had to use to checkin my phone was ssssssllllllloooooowwwww so it took ~10 minutes instead of 90 seconds.
How can you survive if you cant honor the hours you have posted on your door. You like every other retailer who.thinks thy can call there own hours are.going to fail..
Batteries+Bulbs replaced my iPhone battery in about an hour and a half. Earlier that day I tried going to the Apple Store, and they said they couldn’t do it until 6 days later. My iPhone works great with the new battery and it was super convenient. Needless to say, I’ll be going to Batteries+Bulbs from now on when I need special batteries or iphone service.
Charming little store. Fun light bulbs. The service was good and the clerk was nice. Had the battery changed on two items under their for lifetime warranty. Best deal in town! Pay for it once, get battery replaced at no charge.
Didnt have my headlight bulb Couldnt order it.
Went the extra mile to make sure I had what I needed and that my phone was properly repaired
The people there are ALWAYS helpful and straight forward, and have most everything Ive needed in stock.
The store person giving me a new battery broke the metal piece around my terminal - a $300+ part on my Honda. There was some corrosion but he cranked down on the bolt like there wasnt and completely severed the piece where it was not guaranteed I could even drive it to a repair place. He gave me a slight discount that did not even make a dent in the expensive repairs and having my car in the shop for 3 days.
Have had a couple of good experiences here w/ pleasant staff. First involved replacing the battery in my key fob...my fob passed the test they have in store and I was a little frustrated, thinking it was something wrong with my car. The guy explained that it was likely still a dead key battery, as the machine tests more of an absolute is it working or not - sure enough, replaced the key fob battery and all was good.Car battery died last Friday and I needed to drive to the airport at 3:00 a.m. Saturday morning. Needed it replaced ASAP. After a bit of a run around at Advance, took it to Batteries+Bulbs and Elliot couldnt have been more helpful. Steered me in the right direction and got it installed as fast as he could. Price was very competitive with what I had seen around town, too. Really it was just nice to chat with a very nice/pleasant employee while he installed my battery. All-in-all, it took about 45 minutes - he was the only one working so he had to help folks that came into the store...it wouldve been nice if there were two employees, but with a store that size it doesnt make a ton of sense.Anyway, will head back here whenever my next battery issue arises.
Wonderful service and kind staff! I had my car battery die about two weeks ago, right after Halloween. It had just snowed and I couldnt get a battery delivered from AAA so I jumped my car and drove here around 6:30. The battery was the cheapest I could find and I called ahead and they offered to hold it. They not only applied a discount but they also happily installed it for me. After all the stress of the day they were the best service and price and am SO happy I went there for my new car battery!!! Thanks for helping me and changing the battery without a coat on such a frigid night. It was so helpful!
This store is completely outdated and a thing of the past. If you need a battery or lightbulb you can either order it via e-commerce, or go to an auto-parts store. I went there to do the one thing I thought the store might still be relevant for, changing a phone battery. They botched it. Broke my screen and some other things and it took hours. They offered to fix it. Just going to get a refund and get a new phone.
I had the worst experience here. I bought a motorcycle battery from them. They informed me that they needed to fill it with battery acid and charge it over night and I could pick it up the next day... So, the next day I returned, picked it up and drove the half hour drive back home, where I found it was not charged or able to charge on my charger. I then brought it back to the store where they told me they had not filled or charged it. They then over filled it with battery acid and gave it back to me uncharged. They were absolutely unapologetic and could care less that they had wasted lots of my time and money. In short, this place sells basically 1 thing. And they have no idea how to do it. I DO NOT recommend giving them you business.
I had a very rude encounter with the manager at this location when I attempted to return a defective iPhone battery that was a little over 3 weeks old. After my phone quit charging and would not turn on, I went to the closest iPhone repair shop to my work because as you imagine, I needed my phone repaired as soon as possible. U Break It We Fix It were very personable and explained everything thoroughly. The battery was dead. When I told them where I purchased it at, they advised I call Bulbs and Batteries to see if I could get a refund. I did and was told by the person who answered that as long as I brought the battery in, I would be reimbursed. When I was able to bring the battery in, the manager was the only one working. He was gruff and not very personable. He insisted that I had needed a warranty. When I told him what I was told on the phone, he back tracked and said yes, batteries are covered by a free warranty for a year but that I should have brought my phone into a Batteries and Bulbs to be fixed. He lectured me, mansplained me, completely my explanation as to why I didn’t come in: U Break It was close to my work (I bus to work from Denver to downtown) and I was told by one of his employees it was fine to just bring the battery in. I am a manager in a customer service industry. There is a better way to handle a situation. An apology at the least. And I know as a manager he could have overridden the system. I was polite. He was not.U Break It We Fix It has similar rates and better customer service. Apple stores at least treats their customers with respect.
Quick, courteous, knowledgeableable service
Always prompt and professional service. Very knowledgeable staff. Carry vast array of inventory. Worth paying a little more for the convenience it provides.
Got some Awesome flash lights from them, They always help me out tons. Yes it cost more to buy local and support your local job market than buying online from a different state. But with them here I can go today and get a light bulb for my car or a battery, Keep it up GUYS!!!
Bought a Duracell battery in September of 2018, as proven by the sticker on the battery. Battery has a supposed two year warranty and the clerk in the store finds a piece of paper and claims that the battery is not under warranty because the care sat for 6 weeks without charging. Furthermore, they have a new system and not all records merged when they came over, he can’t find a record even thought there is a batteries plus sticker on the battery. He rudely refuses to cover the warranty claim, after less than one year. Poor business practice, he loses all my business.
THEY SELL BAD/DEAD BATTERIES - DO NOT SHOP HERETHEY SELL BAD/DEAD BATTERIES - DO NOT SHOP HERETwo weeks ago my wife bought a car battery at this location which was dead on arrival. We installed it that evening in her Jeep and it was even more dead than the battery we had just removed from it. - Completely worthless. The mechanics report clearly states that the battery was completely dead. But, Im not being reimbursed for the cost of the battery, or for the bill for the mechanic, because, as they say, they dont know what occurred with it.I dont expect every business interaction I have to go perfectly, but what matters to me is that a business have enough integrity to make things right when they create a problem. Im terribly disappointed with this company and still feel owed for the worthless merchandise I was sold and for the mechanic bill that I never should have had to pay in the first place. - SEE UPDATES BELOW; they have now been dishonest with me - I believe they told me a check was coming just to get me off the phone, and now Ive been told in writing that they do not intend to make any payments to me. They LIED TO ME ABOUT A MADE UP CHECK - is this someone you would want to buy a battery from? Please, dont take a chance on a store that will sell you a dead battery and not even have the decency to make things right. Let alone LIE to you about a check being in the mail. Shop anywhere else.- UPDATE: It has been weeks and I still have not received the check I was told I would be getting as a refund for the tow. So, at this point theyve done nothing to correct their mistake.-UPDATE #2: I have now been told in writing that they do not intend to make any payments to me. So, I was told I was receiving a check and that was never true.
I was visiting from out of town and my battery finally died and wouldnt turn back on. I found your store on a google search. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I would absolutely recommend your store anyone. It was a wonderful experience!!!
Great to be able to find all of the odd batteries. They are very helpful. The young sales clerk helped me reset the remote functions on my key after I had dropped it.
Incredible customer service. A mistake happened from their side (no one is perfect) for one of my purchase and they dealt with it very professionally unlike many shops I’ve been to. I rarely write reviews here but my experience with them was exceptional.
They sell substandard products. Ive bought two things from these guys. Both turned out to be nearly useless. The first purchase was of some batteries (Ray-o-vac, I think) that they said were just as good as Energizer or Duracell because they were made by the same manufacturer. Not so. They lasted less than half the time of a Duracell. The second was a motorcycle battery. The first I returned after 5 months because it would not hold a charge. That replacement lasted just 6 months before it, too, failed to hold a charge–pitiful, especially during the summer when I rode the bike often. Both were tested and found to have “bad cells.” Because the second battery failed after the warranty period, I was SOL.Do yourself a favor. Pay the extra 10%-15% and get good, name-brand batteries somewhere else. In the end, you’ll get a better value.
You need batteries theyve got bulbs to LOL good place.
Great products!
Ben was knowledgeable and courteous. I always feel like batteries are such a boring thing to shop for, but he was such a positive force. I left their feeling recharged.
Did a bad job fixing my iPhone screen. Came loose in a few days. Leavingtwo areas where moister and dirt can get in. I came back in and he blamed it on a warped phone. First lie. Phone was fine except for the screen. When I said why didnt you tell me when I brought the phone in that it was warped so we could have dealt with it then he said i did. Second lie. Right to my face without flenching. Never even offered to try to fix it or give my my money back. Unbelievable. Boulder is a small town and I will do my best to make sure everyone I know knows what a shady business this is.
Excellent service, and I have always enjoyed my shopping experience. For example, I had a broken laptop power cord. I was going to buy a new one for $65. They told me how to fix it myself for free. It is rare to get the quality of customer service that will save you money and cost them business. Every experience I have had with them is like this. I like to support stores with that type of ethic, and I try to shop there for more than just batteries.
After a short wait, my car door opener batteries were tested and replaced. The staff not only gave me the 10% off (the promo code I had seen online), but they also installed a new battery for me car ignition key, free of charge! They were very nice and courteous.
Great deals and honest advice. Highly recommend.
Paid about 40.00 for a need battery, got it home and it was dead, had to put it on a charger.
I had not really heard of this store before my phone battery developed bloating issues, but the other day I ended up learning that this is THE place to go in Boulder if your mobile phone battery needs to be replaced.Learn from my mistakes; dont waste energy going around asking various electronic stores if they carry the battery your phone needs. They dont, but most of these staff members will recommend that you go to Batteries Plus Bulbs instead.I needed my phone working again in order to get a Lyft home, and the clerk was quite kind - he let me charge my phone until the new battery had enough life in it to get me a ride home. One visit won me over. Im not bothering with any other stores if I have future phone battery problems, now I know where to go.P. S. Getting some goodies at the Mediterranean market across the lot while I waited for my phone to charge was certainly an added bonus to my experience that day.
Great service!
Amazing experience! In all honesty the wait for my ipad was a little long but they have great pricing and their customer service is phenomenal. Jesse the Tech took care of everything and made me feel confident in trusting them to repair my ipad. If youre looking for honest prices and wonderful customer care, this store is for you! Ask for Jesse ;)
Great product selection and customer service.
When I bought a laptop battery I realized Id probably pay a little more than if I shopped online, but thought it would be worth it to have help with things like installing it, getting instructions for initial use, and getting rid of the old battery. I really didnt get any of these things without asking, and thought the manner (at least of the store manager, not the other employees who were nice) was brusque, and he handled my laptop fairly roughly when I asked for help installing the battery. Since I paid more than twice what I would have paid for the same item on Amazon, and didnt really get much in the way of the customer assistance I expected in exchange for that, I was moderately displeased.
Dont throw away your electric toothbrush, wireless phone, etc... these guys will fix it! BPB technician Micah hooked me up with a new battery AND did the soldering necessary to install it - very happy with this place, will definitely go back to have them look at my electric bike.
Absolutely amazing experience. Everyone here is so friendly and helpful and really incredible. Thank you guys so so much!
This place is horrible!! My computer was not holding a charge, and I wasnt sure if it was the battery/ cord or the computer. Spent $150 on both. Well, turns out the computer was just busted, so I went to return the battery and cord. Even though both had a 14 day warranty, they refused to take the battery back because it had been used. How was I supposed to see if that fixed the problem or not without using it? And the lady at the desk had the audacity to cop an attitude with me about it. I returned the cord and they said that they would mail me the refund and never did, forcing me to go in there and try to track it down. I still have not gotten it. So overall, I lost $150, not to mention time and energy. Batteries plus SUCKS. Dont go there. The people at the Boulder BestBuy are MUCH more friendly and willing to work with you on your problems.
Brought my laptop and charger in and received a large yawn and no assistance whatsoever to help investigate and solve my charging problem. This location apparently does not have any testing tools and no power chargers at all. What batteries plus does not have these things? I drove 15 minutes out to another batteries plus and received much better service there.
Great selection of garage door opener, cordless phone, car and watch batteries. Nice people will track down whatever obscure bulb you need
Very helpful and knowledgeable i forget the gentlemans name that hrlped me but he is a keeper give him a raise ben? Maybe? Sorry but i have crs anyway he was bustin hump last monday the 22nd.
Got my s9 phonescreen fixed there. Fast and affordable.
Top notch staff here.Mike V. the district manager and store manager Montrele were an unexpected pleasure to meet today. They also had what I needed on hand which at this point is almost secondary. Check it out.
Over five years Ive bought three or four high-dollar (AGM, around $200) car batteries from this store at full retail prices. I know what I want, so its usually an in-and-out deal. About a year ago I bought another Optima with guarantee. Recently it would not hold a charge, in four or five attempts, so I took it back for a credit against a new one.First salesman was cooperative but said they would have to test it overnight, come back tomorrow. Did that, second salesman says, We forgot to test it. Come back tomorrow. Did that, third guy says, Its good, we cant do anything. I took the battery and left. These people are incompetent. Having messed with car batteries for 60 years, I know what Im doing, but they blew me off. Look at the other bad reviews here, and youll see that many others have shared my bad experience. Then B+ responds, Thank you for your input, well improve our training, blah, blah, blah. But the bad reviews just keep on coming.Stay away, go to the Longmont store, or buy elsewhere.Edit: Chris wrote below that he would reach out to me, but I never heard a thing. So much for follow-up. Nice job, Chris.
I brought in my iPhone because it had a broken screen. Picked it up and drove 3 blocks away to discovery my home button didnt work. I brought it back in and asked why they had given my my phone when they clearly had not checked its functionality...Employee insisted they had checked everything and made me wait in the store for 30 minutes to swap out a part that takes all of two minutes.Fast forward 4 months later. Home button stops working. I open the phone to discover that the bracket that holds the home button in place was not secured and had severed the connector. 2/3 screws that were supposed to secure it were found in various parts of my phone, while the other was entirely missing... Call to have it replaced and they explain that they dont have the part in stock and it will take a week + to get in stock...Also, their warranty period is 180 days so I would have fallen outside of this and would had to have been charged for repair....Long story short...Dont go here. Buy a part for $2.99 on eBay and do it yourself because these people are no more qualified to do the repair.
I brought my HP mini to the store to purchase a new rechargeable battery. They did not have it in stock. So for an extra $20.00 I had it shipped to my house. Well they ordered the wrong battery. So I returned it to the store, first the manager tried to force it onto my computer, until I told him to stop and not break my computer. Then the manger intimated that I wanted this incorrectly ordered battery because it had a longer charge life than my old one, and thus it was my fault that the wrong battery was ordered. I was never given an option of a battery, I was just assured that the one that was ordered would fit. He then noted that the proper battery was in stock at the store all along. He also wanted to charge me a restocking fee on the incorrect battery, since it was specially ordered albeit it was his mistake. The manger was abusive and patronizing during our interaction. Well I got my money back in full, sans the mailing fee of $20.00. This is a horrible business. They are incompetent, abusive and do not own up to their mistakes. I finally ordered the correct battery on line, and guess what it was made in Korea, and not China as the junky one they tried to sell me. I will never darken the door step of this establishment ever again.
Highly recommend for phone screens. Benny fixed my iphone screen in about 2 hours and saved me hundreds on a new phone.
I called them on the phone before visiting. They put me on hold and ended up hanging up on me. So I called back and was told I would be put on hold again. Instead of saying OK I asked if they had the battery I was looking for. They told me they did. I drove straight there to get it. I went inside and was not greeted or even acknowledged. The two clerks just kept looking down at their desks. I was the only customer in the store. I finally interrupted and told them what I was looking for. The clerk at the desk said the only ones in stock were spoken for and he had no other options for me. Very bad customer service. Not to mention their prices are way higher than online stores. The reason to shop at a store like this is for the extra customer service and immediate availabalility. You will get neither shopping here.
The employee that helped me (Jesse) was very knowledgeable and professional. I got the right battery and was out the door in less than 5 min, Fantastic.
Good customer service with friendly, informed staff. Stocks AGM motorcycle batteries. Was able to look up age of last battery I purchased from them in 2013.
So easy to work with incredible customer service. Had a issue with my car battery and they were so helpful!
Bought a battery for my motorcycle, plugged it in and immediately shorted out. This wasnt their fault, but when I drove 35 min back to the store to replace it on Sunday, 8/13, they were closed and no one was inside during the business hours posted on their door. Seems like no one decided to show up to work. Wasted trip, and if I didnt have to warranty the battery, I wouldnt go back. Hopefully theyre open next time.
These guys are great for any battery need and for iPhone repair. Top drawer.
The guys in there helped me with my LED bulb upgrades and saved me about 50 bucks on my total purchase by going with a different brand that had great reviews but wasnt going to be stocked there anymore. Thanks fellas
This place has the candlelike compact florescent light bulbs for chandeliers. I love these kind because they dont need replacing hardly ever & they also dont get hot and melt my little lamp shades! This store had them in stock and in a variety of watts. They also had an array of batteries to stock up my house. I also found a power adapter for my kids toys. Perfect! I saw that they will replace iPad screens and also smart phones. Really liked my experience! Will go back again.
I had never been in a Batteries+Plus store.....but I needed a battery for my HD motorcycle....so I saw the storefront located at 1137 Diamond Circle, Lafayette, CO, and sent inside....I was greeted by Sarah and was astonished by how knowledgeable she was about batteries....so personable and professional! She shared with me that everything she knew about batteries, she learned from the in depth training she received from her Employer - very impressive!
This place is great and the employees are extremely helpful. I purchased a car battery in August of 2014 (Batteries Plus was the cheapest place by $20, not including the additional $10 rebate they offered at the time). When I returned from a three-week vacation in July 2015, the battery was dead (WAY dead - about 5V when it should be closer to 12V). Must be something in my car drawing power. Their warranty policy covers manufacturer defects and clearly states it is invalidated if the customer allows the battery to drop below 10V. I was bummed that Id have to purchase a new battery because the failure was obviously not due to a manufacturer defect. However, without even asking for it, these guys replaced the battery under warranty, free of charge (they must have seen the concerned look on my face). The employee also offered several steps to take to diagnose the power drain issue in my car. Batteries Plus was recommended to me by a friend who loves them and Im convinced; Ill be recommending this store to everyone who needs batteries, bulbs, power supplies, etc.
Great help. Price was half what I saw at Safeway.
I drove across town only to realize that they decided to close 30 minutes early. A woman pulled in after me and tried to enter as well. Throwing away business and wasting our time. If your hours are until 8pm on weekdays, dont close at 7:30.
Nice selection of batteries and bulbs. Great service!
Conscientious staff and good service.
Total psycho employee. After going in to ask about a specialty battery I was shown one and given a price. This being 2016 I double checked online to make sure I wasnt getting completely hosed, but found similar items for half the price. Upon realizing I was checking online the employee initially tried to tell me those are all defective, batteries from the internet are defective, and when I told him I didnt think thats how online shopping works, he loudly and forcefully told me to get out of his store.
If youre looking for a battery or a bulb its there. Bring your checkbook.
Very fast and excellent customer service
I booked an appointment to fix my phone screen online an got 10% knocked off the price! The man was very friendly and they did a great job!
This store needs adult supervision. Two inept clerks who were totally baffled at the job of replacing a cell phone battery. After making an on-line appointment (which apparently is meaningless), and waiting around for two hours, I left without a new battery - and they mumbled about having a problem removing a screw. Dont waste your time here. Wish I could give a 0 star review.
Super helpful with a warranty issue for a Genius charger that I bought on Amazon. I didnt have to do a thing. Thanks BP!
Great price, great service. The guy even carried out my heavy 6v RV batteries for me and I did not ask him.
Great place, and had all my questions answered promptly by Jared. Walked out with a new motorcycle battery that wasnt in stock at any local motorcycle shop.
Please do not take your iPad in for screen repair at this store. Unless of course you are willing to wait 2-3 weeks to get it back.
GOOD LOCATION.
Got my phone working again!
Breanna and Mika helped me figure out a vital charging solution before our upcoming product lauch. A few minutes of their time and expertise saved hours of my time and prevented potential customer catastrophes. Way to go Guys! Thanks a million!
