They held a gel polish I needed until I could get there and were very nice! Would definitely recommend! I was able to find gel toe separators, buffing block, nail file and white gel polish that they didnt have at the Boulder store. Also got a heel file for like $5. Now I have everything I need to do a pedicure. (With the remaining things at home.)

I was looking at hair colours and a young woman with gorgeous vivid red hair (I’m sorry I didn’t catch your name!) helped me tremendously! She was informative and so comfortable to talk to. I don’t often come to beauty stores, and I know somewhat about hair care, but she made me feel like I belonged there. Her being a hair stylist, I knew she was an expert. Her advice was amazing and I can’t thank her enough. She truly cared about me and the outcome of the products I chose, as well as the ones she helped me to decide on. Absolutely a wonderful person and I loved talking with her!!I’ll let you know how the teal/purple turn out!~Noah

I bought a pair of earrings that turned out to be defective on the clip. When I went to the store to return them I was informed I couldnt return them even though I had my receipt there had to be an exchange. I wanted to exchange them for a different kind of earring seeing as how Id had a pair already that was defective I didnt want the same kind. I inform the sales person that I didnt want the same kind of earring and she told me that was too bad that I didnt have any choice. I exchanged the earrings and asked for the manager who was not on duty at the moment and when I asked what the managers name was the employees sighed and rolled her eyes at me.Ive been a regular customer at this store since they opened here in Boulder and I am extremely disappointed with how I was treated on this trip. Its a shame they let a good customer go over a $7 pair of earrings.

Went in for some hair products and was helped by Nikki. She was very knowledgeable and so so helpful. She really knew her stuff! She pointed me in the direction of awesome products at a fraction of the price I was expecting.

I went here looking for toner and processing solution to make my highlights ashier since quarentine is making it tough to get into salons. I dont know much about hair stuff but was told by a licensed stylist that I needed toner and PROCESSING solution. I asked the girl at the register for just that and she had no idea what processing solution was and told me I must need developer. Not knowing better I said sure and bought the product. Now my hair has patchy orange all over the top and the toner made minimal change to the highlights. Never trusting anyone at that store again.

Came in to get some supplies to dye my hair. Logan was super helpful at helping me find everything and made recommendations. She was also very friendly. Will be coming back :)

I felt attacked by the employees at this store. I went to purchase some hair color and they made me feel like an idiot! She told me the color I was buying wasn’t going to look good and was going to ruin my hair and recommended something else. I bought what she recommended and my hair looks absolutely ridiculous! These people are rude and don’t know what they’re doing! I will never visit this Sally’s again.

Shocked at the lack of customer service with this company. I bought some products yesterday and then decided I wanted to do something else. I realized the lady didnt give me a receipt, so my husband called and explained that to them, and they said no problem theyd refund as long as we had the credit card we paid with. And then we get there and they wont do it. Not even credit or anything. Dont waste your time with the looneys and teenagers that work here. Go to beauty brands or even target instead.

Awful store with racist, creepy employee that they wouldnt fire. I am a Muslim employee who used to worl at this establishment and a man by Jason Mahrling pulled a box cutter on me and called me racial slurs and yet they have not fired him. DO NO SHOP HERE!! This place needs to get sues and leave Boulder.

Helpful staff and fully stocked shelves. The guy mentioned in the reviews below was fired months ago.

The manager harasses people of color and yells and shouts at them by threating to call the police. Clearly they need a change of management.

This store never opens on time and the staff are rude, racially biased, and disrespectful.
