I love stopping at JoAnn when I travel to pick up different schools or team fabrics. I was very happy with the selection at this store, plus finding other regional fabrics was a real bonus. Staff was incredibly friendly.

Sales clerk wasnt interested in reading a coupon off my wifes app... Its already on sale. Wife got a coupon read for discount in three other nearby Joann stores for the same item. When my wife commented that the sales person could be more polite, sales person followed us out the store to verbally acost us.Last time we visit the Boulder Joann store.

The seasonal selection is very good this year and the prices are competitive along with coupons.

You need to update your hours on google. I just wasted my time driving all the way out here for you to be closed, and google says 9pm. The Boulder County Health Department released on Monday that they are now back to level orange, hence stores can be open up to 25%, therefore you can open your stores linger and actually offer more then curbside ..

Slow, didnt have my order from 24 hrs ago filled, and then said they sold out of the yarn I needed because they didnt fill my order the same day I placed it. what a waste of time

Theres always something new in addition to all the usual staples of sewing and crafting. The staff are always very helpful and accommodating. Make sure you download the app and use the coupon

Hours at the store do NOT match the hours that Google and Joann’s website has listed. Just entered store at 5:10 PM and was told they were closed, even though Google and Joann’s website have their hours listed as open until 9 PM this evening. I made a special trip to Boulder, looking to complete some garland for my Christmas tree, and I would hate to see others inconvenienced as I have been. Please update your hours online!12/14: I see the hours have now been updated on Google, but are still unchanged on Joanns website. Hopefully customers will know to check here before traveling to the store....

I was going to purchase some fabric here, but.. I am from another city and needed to use their restrooms. LOCKED!! Forget it! Ill go back to my Joanns.

I go here before considering Michaels because they will almost always have what Im looking for, as well as having things I didnt know I needed. I love the mom and pop feel to this location which makes the whole experience that much better. The staff has always been friendly and very helpful.

Unfortunately this store is pretty small so products are very limited, like to the point that it’s worth it to drive all the way to the Westminster one (which is the next closest Joann’s to Boulder) instead of coming here. However the staff is very nice and you’ll never have to wait long to check out, so it’s two less stars are purely for the fact that their inventory is quite lacking!

They have nice fabrics. The people working in their work kind. But they shipped the wrong order.

The lady checking me out was kinda rude and I was trying to show her a online coupon and she told me that was only for online orders. That’s fine but then I asked where the in store coupons were and she there wasn’t any so I paid full price and when I got home I saw she lied to me and there was in store coupons. Not to mention I saw her scan a coupon a lady had in font of me. I talk to my mom about what happen and she told me she absolutely hates this location and the people there are rude. Will not be going back.

You need to update your hours on your website. It says you are open until 900pm but yet when I arrived it says you are only open until 400pm still. This has been over a few weeks of you only open til 400pm so why have you not updated this for your shoppers?

A resource for all the little tools and accessories that I can’t find anywhere else. More than a sewing store but that too. I get ideas just by walking through. They carry jewelry making stuff, paper for creative uses, lots of decorative items. Prices are great, and coupons available on line. And always open with good people who work there.

Bought a measuring tape that they did not have at Target. They were not where I was sent to find them.

Great experience! Traveling through Boulder and stopped in for a quick look around. My expectations were low as its setting is in an older part of town like my nearest Joanns. Yet unlike my local store, this one has a bright interior, was clean, well-stocked, and laid out in a way that made everything easy to find. Even the clearance items were neatly displayed. Store was well staffed for a midweek day with associates who were friendly and helpful. Nice to see a well-managed store and I will definitely shop here again when in the area.

Neither me or my daughter likes the lady who cut our material she was rude, but the lady at the checkout counter and helpful!

Had to go back to this store multiple times picking out Home Decor Special Order Fabric because they dont take down anything thats been discontinued by the manufacturer. They didnt check if it was in stock before I ordered it either. Prices were also WAY cheaper online and more informative about availability.

What a fun place to spend a lot of money but if you have coupons turns out perfect. And keeping your hands busy get you off your phone and you accomplished something. So I highly recommend this place the people are friendly really really wonderful place.

Lots on sale, clean, with social distancing measures adhered to, staff helpful and pleasant though sparse. Restocking and tidying needed possibly d/t heavy foot traffic and current increase in sewing trend.

This is my favorite place to get arts and crafts supplies as well as sewing supplies. I feel like I can find almost anything here, like acrylic paints of all shades. Theres also a huge selection of materials for sewing. I can always find Good coupons on the website as well, which means I never end up spending that much.

Joanns staff were experience and quick to help! I had ripped off my tail to my cat suit for our convention accidentally and Joanns staff were able to help me stitch it back together in pristine condition. No one could tell the difference! Thank you so much!

Love this store and this particular location!!!

The cashier was extremely friendly and helpful but when she needed the manager’s assistance in giving me change (I had a $100 bill for a $35 purchase- the cashier told the manager she didn’t have enough change in her drawer) the manager came over and was rude and surly to the cashier and all but ignored me. The manager slammed, on the counter, $10 roll of quarters and a $5 roll of dimes along with the $1 bills and $5 bills that made up the rest of my change. I felt as though I was being punished for having a large bill. And the poor cashier was humiliated. This manager has no business being in customer service.

Happy 75th Jo Anns. I do enjoy shopping this store for the great variety of craft selections. The staff however; often seem upright though.

This is a great store if youre looking for costuming type fabrics or quilting supplies, but if you are looking for garment fabrics and nicer quality material theyre very limited in selection.

Thisll be your new Happy Place.... Best store in Boulder! Granted, I have felt like this for a while, since I work there. I love Jo-Ann Fabrics and Crafts. Thanks especially to Jim Koenig, the former Store Manager, who gave me a chance, but everyone there has been fantastic to work with. This week marked my 10 year anniversary with the Team. 😊❤️ Much love to them, as well as the greatest regular customers whom I almost always look forward to seeing and hearing from. Location is a bit challenging but there is plenty of parking. Lots of selection although minimal staff so you may have to hunt down help.

Well stocked for fabrics and hobby things. Staff not to knowledgeable in all parts of the store. I was looking for crochet thread and I still am.

We came in 15 minutes before the store was closing, and the staff all but refused to help us because we were not there early enough. They should be willing to serve customers until they close but instead, they really reminded us of the closing time three times without helping to expedite the process. Instead of helping us find what we needed, the staff member helping took what we were looking at up to the front desk to announce store closing without telling us she was going. The trip should have taken less than 5 minutes, but we left empty handed looking for simple brown felt. Rude staff, mediocre selection.

Smaller than other stores and selection maybe limited

They have a lot if useful sewing/cosplay items and can be helpful in determining what you need.

They are super short on staff right now which makes anything needing servicing, take an incredibly long time.

Worst Customer service! I was checking out with items that showed on sale on online along with a bunch of other items. Two of the items were on sale online but not in the store, but their company policy is to price match! The employee checking me out refused to price match and said if I wanted the sale I would have to buy online which is against their company price match GUARANTEE! I need these items for a project ASAP so placed an order online for same day pick up and now they are telling I must wait for an unknown amount of time to pick up the items! Manager does not care that they are not honoring their own policies and offers no apologies. Terrible experience!

Decent selection and nice employees. Slow service on most days, though. And although you might have coupons, they never work because Jo-Anns always has a sale running at the same time. I hate that!

I was so in love with the variety of fabrics!

Always find a good deal, but finding staff to ask questions is nearly impossible. The store is nearly always understaffed, and when I do find an employee, they are always rude and passive aggressive. I wish I had an alternative close to my house. I have not walked away without a sour taste in my mouth yet.

It is a craft store, not just a fabric store. Prices are reasonable

Members of our sewing circle making layette items for a Denver hospital have been given amazing treatment at the Boulder JoAnns store for the past 5 years. Customer service, assistance and other services have been exceptional, especially as it may take up to 3 hours to cut fabric when we come in for a major sale - yet everyone is positive, upbeat and professional during our transactions. Staff works really hard to maximize coupons, discounts and promotions allowing us to stretch our fabric dollars for needed materials. We would be unable to produce the output of baby wear needed by the hospital without our access to JoAnns in Boulder and we really appreciate their constant help and encouragement for our program.

Slowest staff that Ive ever experienced at a JoAnn. I normally prefer JoAnn, but the Boulder Michaels is way better in terms of staff, product selection, and price.

Worst store ever! The manager of this store is severely rude and all times you go into the store. She refuses to allow you to use coupons. I’d rather drive to Loveland or Northglenn than deal with this store!

I wanted to check if they had high density foam sheets in stock before I headed over there to purchase, but I was kept on hold for 10 minutes, then hung up on!! I called back - only to be put on hold for another minute, and hung up on again!!This store isnt the best Jo-anns. Go to the one in woodland hills - best customer service around!!

I have been shopping at Jo-Ann Fabrics & Crafts since 1973 when I first moved to Boulder, CO. I shopped at Joannes when the fabric store in Table Mesa didnt care enough of a variety of beautiful fabrics like Joanne did and does. I have been buying everything for from Halloween fabrics to Christmas, Easter etc. made several trusseaus for family members since my first visit in 1973. Perhaps the most interesting and fabulous thing about Joannes is that the store keeps up with times. In the craft division we can find anything we need from canvasses and paints to scrapbooking needs. For a store to remain relevant and busy speaks volumes for the manager and staff, who, by the way, no matter how busy, is always ready to help us. Thanks, Joannes! (P.S> I have bought two sewing machines from them over the years (and maybe even more than that!)
