Quick, delicious, clean, excellent customer service and a BEAUTIFUL view. What more could you ask for? The customer service was also fantastic!

I ordered the $7 bagel box this morning with 2 cream cheese shmears for $12. The employee behind the counter was training but was super awesome!!! I do have one issue with the quality of bagels I received. After bringing them home and while transferring them into some ziploc baggies. I noticed that the cinnamon raisin bagels are flat. As if they never were able to rise properly. I have received many bagels from einsteins before and have never had this issue. They are dense and not good. I ordered 3 of them because they are my boyfriends favorite. You can tell in the picture that they are not up to the normal standard. I have them in a bag with a blueberry one for comparison of how much they did not rise.After speaking with the manager he is going to replace my bagels for me.

Great place, friendly staff. Good quality bagels. Ninja squirrels in the parking lot who may have a taste for fallen bagels.

Ordered a Deli Turkey and Cheddar and a Tasty Turkey Sandwich to go and first they gave my partner someone elses order He returned it and got our order and we headed off to a picnic spot. Unfortunately the Turkey and Cheddar had no cheddar. :( Still the sandwiches were good, but would like what I ordered to come with everything as advertised.

I had a warm welcome from staff upon entering, which is a great way to start the morning. My bagel came out quick and was light and chewy.Oh, and my dog loved his crispy bagel biscuit!

Ordered a breakfast bagel. The guy (owner I’m guessing) rings it up with 2 eggs. I question him about it and he says “Most people prefer two eggs so I just added it for you”F you

When I called about a burnt bagel I was chastised by the manager who claimed to have made my bagel and said it wasnt burnt. Ill let the photos speak for themselves. Just as black under the cream cheese and completely inedible. Things happen, but customer service matters!

This location is a joke. The parking is awkward and small. There was plenty of staff but the manager insisted on only one person on the register after another employee jumped on the second register with the line out the door on a Sunday. The bagel was fine but the ham egg and cheese was half cut with the egg gooey. Avoid this location, terrible staff and execution leading to an awful crowded experience!

They make a good sandwiches. And they are fast getting your money or cr.card.amd they hand you a plastic tray for you to place the money or cr.card and the person at the register just picked up the cr.card, or money and rang u up. Then places your change or cr.card back on the plastic tray and hands it to you. After they could be spreading germs around. lol

Such a fan of the Nova lox on periwinkle. But lately Ive been concerned, I understand its pricey stuff, see attached picture for how little lox come with a $9 sandwich. Perhaps just Kentucky windage, but I felt inclined to take a photograph this time as my heart just keep sinking every time too less and less. Also? Farm fish? Maybe youre doing me a favor

This location had awesome bagels! Einstein is usually just ok, but this one was really good. Parking can be extremely challenging as there are only a few for both Einstein and Starbucks. If there’s no parking you have to circle the block and try again.

Caribou coffee was literally water. i drove back across town to get another one, and was given colored water again

Came in this morning to get a bagel and they practically had a line out the door. However, the team working today was amazing. Two gentlemen, an older one that was working the cash register who was ridiculously easy to talk to and a younger gentlemen making all the bagels that was cooking fast and effectively. Good job guys. The best bagels around. My favorite is the pumpkin spice schmear bagel. Yummy!

Get there early. Convenient for RTD routes. Good coffee plus traditional and unique bagels. Small outdoor seating area is nice. Tough for automobiles at times. Walk or bike.

I LOVED this Einsteins. I got a breakfast sandwhich here and it was absolutely amazing, and the people there were really nice. Definitely a nicer one than some of the Einstiens Ive been to in Denver.

Not that impressed with customer service, or watching two employees throw bagels and garbage at one another while at the dumpsters and tossing out the expired bagels for the day. I also dont think that cracking jokes about all the rats in the restaurant is wise, even though I realize they were not serious, it doesnt very good to hear. I also think that two giant trash bags full of bagels could go to a shelter or food bank, or at least be handed out to homeless people around town, but I get if there is a policy against that set somewhere. It was just disappointing to me to see it.

This location says it’s open until 2am, but when we arrived at 5pm, it was closed. The corporate website for this location also has a 2am closing time.

Good, reasonably healthy food for the price.They need to put more tomatoes and onions on their Nova Lox though. Its a little plain.

We are Einstein Bagel addicts, so we always have a bunch of gift cards for Einstein which we purchase at Costco (at a discount, of course). Well, when we were in this store, which was our first visit to this location, we accidentally left a plastic baggie full of gift cards on the counter, and promptly left for Denver and then on to Houston. When we realized the cards had been left behind, we called and spoke to the manager, although we thought there would be less than zero chance that the card would still be there. Much to our surprise, she told us she had them in her hand and was hoping to hear from us. She promptly mailed them to us, and would not even accept my credit card number for the postage. Wow!! We are definitely returning to this store the next time we are in Boulder!

Small little place. Staff was very helpful. Only one inside table. Several outside tables, but patio is right next to road and so you cant hear each other talk over traffic.

The man behind the counter made my day!! I mentioned that I was starting a new job and when I told him I was just a nurse, he bought me a coffee or soda of my choice and told me there was no such thing as “just a nurse.” So sweet!!

As a regular I have an expectation to be treated as great business. This location frustrates me because they’re not aware of their own promotions 99% of the time. Today they refused to honor it even though I pulled up the email. That is just lazy employees and false advertising. I have sent a complaint to corporate and unsubscribed because of how unacceptable that is.

Theyre open nice and early. The hot chocolate was good, and the French Toast bagel was messy but delicious!

Prices are sort of high for plain bagels, but thats not the locations fault. Their plain bagels are much better than Moes IMO, and I also love their (unflavored) coffee. Limited parking is a problem during peak hours.

I came here with my family early Saturday morning to grab something to eat. First off I was quite alarmed that the bagels in the case were covered in flies. But after waiting in line for 15 minutes, the cashier proceeded to tell me I needed to get my food to go because she had not yet been on a break. I was given my food and asked to leave. Customers were trying to come into the store but another one of the employees locked the door and was telling customers to not enter.I was in shock that the employees were turning away customers and asking people to leave because they wanted to have a break. I had to go to Starbucks to eat my Einstein bagel! How ironic. I will not be spending my money here ever again.

Amazing bagels, quick service, and the cream cheese is fluffy and plentiful! I love these bagels, and they have catered at my work. Yum!

Taking forever to make customers orders. Young female employee argued with another paying customer about a plain bagel she did not receive.

For what you are charged, I’d rather go down the street to pay the same thing and support a local business....Moe’s Broadway Bagels.Last few times I’ve tried going first thing in the morning, the door is still locked after it says they are open. So I end up walking around the building to Starbucks.Parking can be a pain as there are only a few spots for both Einstein’s and Starbucks.

The manager in the morning is rude and takes her job personal, I walk in with a large venti Starbucks coffee and she all rude about it and ask would I like anything to drink as she looking at my coffee! No I don’t want Einstein’s coffee is the same reason I don’t want Starbucks terrible breakfast sandwich

Good food and hardworking employees but didnt like the lack of labeling of the bagels which left us with a mystery bag of food.

I have had great experiences at this chain before but had not visited the Boulder one on baseline. The place was dirty and definitely looked unhygienic. I saw an employee wipe off the counter with just her hand. The bagels were cold and not as good as they were elsewhere. Definitely NOT going back to this location. Hopefully the one on 28th is better. Very disappointed. The experience Ive had at Einsteins in Longmont and Westminster really got me hooked to this chain. Also, the employees were much friendlier in those stores, like Hannah in Westminster :)

I liked the food but the woman who helped me out was criticizing her other co-workers in front of all of the costumers. Not sure if the woman was a manager but I felt bad for the other employees and it makes their business look really bad. Furthermore, the woman was short with me and you would tell that she didnt want to be there. Not very good costumer service.

I normally like the food at Einstein but this time I asked for no cheese on my bagel sandwich twice. The girl that took care of me nodded. I opened my sandwich halfway up flagstaff and there was cheese on it!!! Ugh! I asked for no cheese because Im allergic...so I couldnt eat my $5 sandwich.

I usually am too lazy to make a review, but I went through the process of creating this account and writing the review, because that is how dreadful this place is. My friend and I had an absolutely awful experience and would not go here again. To begin with, the staff was very unmotivated and unprofessional. When they took my order, I waited five minutes before I was informed they ran out of both plain and Asiago cheese bagels; in fact they did not have many choice available, its a bagel store, how they allowed the inventory of their main appeal to run out is unacceptable. When they began creating the two orders (Spinach, mushroom, Swiss cheese, fluffy egg bagel sandwich) the girls behind the counter were messing around and while they were actually preparing our food, one girl exclaimed she had an itch on her face and her and another co-worker attempted to itch her. By the time I left with our completed meals, I was hesitant and slightly disgusted at the thought of eating it, but heck since we paid for them, we had to get some worth out of it (college students :D). For the sandwich itself, the bagel was burned on the edges and the inside was soggy. The eggs were rubbery and the entire thing was flavorless (we actually added our own seasoning to it). Im sure this is the same at all the Einsteins but, everything that is inside the sandwich is in frozen patty form, put into a microwave and slapped between a sliced bagel. I realize I am naive, but I guess I expected a little more. I guess that is what $4.80 gets you, it is a fastfood place anyways. Yet, at the very least, they should try to mask that fact with some sort of flavoring (heck, Ive eaten my share of fastfood and with less money, Ive gotten food that actually has a satisfying flavor). Not only was the service terrible, but the food wasnt good at all. I recommend you pass this place up, try somewhere else. At the very least, if you absolutely have to indulge in the hype (which we both did), go to a different Einstein Bagels.
