Bob did an amazing job on my engine rebuild! The truck was very important to the family since grandpa bought it new in 1969. I gave Bob creative freedom on the build with just a few things I wanted to make sure it had. I was not disappointed! Bobs attention to detail is incredible! Bob is the best ford technician in town

I needed a mechanic in a pinch to get back on the road quickly and found Bob through a Google search. He had many great reviews so I felt good about my choice. True to what people say, Bob was a genuine and caring guy and I quickly saw that he truly cares about his customers. Bob and his crew did an awesome job fixing my van and minimizing the financial burden by telling me what I needed to do and what could wait or be worked around. He proved himself to be upfront, honest and fair. Highly recommend this pro!

Bob has been taking care of my vehicles for a few years and I cannot recommend Bob and allegiance automotive enough. Bob is honest and conscientious and an incredible mechanic. I almost look forward to oil changes so I can take my vehicles into him.

Oversold job on oil leak repair, charged $800 and failed to verify that leak was fixed. Technician missed issue common to vehicle that couldve been handled during repair with no additional labor charges. Different shop completed repairs in significantly less time with less cost. Correcting the mistake made by Allegiance was not covered under warranty network. This shop is all about charging the highest possible amount and does not care about their customers. I would recommend to anyone to find a different shop for their repairs.

Bob explained everything very well and seemed genuine with what he told me about the repairs he did and why they were done. Also, after getting our car back it started making a weird noise a day later (may or may not have been due to the work done on it, not sure), but they took it in and fixed the problem (very minor issue, a loose spark plug) free of charge in a very timely manner. They are definitely a great company and I highly recommend them.

This place is great! Bob is very nice and extremely honest. I was sure my car needed new brakes and tires. I gave him plenty of opportunity to do work on my car and he told me that the car was fine for at least the next six months if not longer. Other places Ive taken the car told me there was lots of work that needed to be done and it was relatively urgent.

Bob Ralph and his team at Tilden Car Care in Boulder have given me the best service Ive ever had in my 50 years of owning cars. Bob is a knowledgeable and hands-on owner. His wife Charlene often is there to talk and work with customers. His team does great work at a very reasonable price. Ive have always gotten good recommendations on the work I needed done and the estimates were right on the money. Most of all, I have found Bob to be trustworthy and concerned about what is best for me. I recommend his company highly!

These guys are great! I recommend going to Tilden over ANY other shop! They took every opportunity to ensure I was satisfied, kept informed, and inquired where they could do better. Dont waste your time anywhere else! I was returning to Boulder on a 1300 mile road trip over the holidays, and my truck broke down just as I was passing Denver. The whole situation seemed bleak. It was New Years eve, I had significant plans the next day, and I was stuck with very little options. I contacted Tilden and spoke with the manager Jim. He recommended a great towing company that really worked with me to get my truck to their shop in Boulder. Did I mention this was the afternoon of New Years eve?! Jim and two of the mechanics, Kelly and Marcin, worked through problem after problem to get my vehicle fixed that evening. It was not easy finding irregular parts given the timing. They were even willing to stay open later if need be, since the shop was going to be closed for the following few days over the holiday weekend. Throughout the entire experience, each staff member went out of their way at some point to make sure I was taken care of and kept informed of the progress. I have never experienced customer service on such an exceptional level before.

Feels honest and full of integrity as most other reviews have been sharing. Great communication, Jim calls to check in before proceeding with any expenses that go over the estimate. Appreciate the care they take and reasonable pricing.

This shop is wonderful! Ever since moving to Colorado Ive struggled to find a mechanic that I can trust. Most recently I was horribly over, and incorrectly quoted for a completely unnecessary intake repair. It looked pretty sketchy but I didnt know enough to do it myself, I took it to Allegiance and they went through the other shops invoice, checked everything out, confirmed that most of the other quote was padding or incorrect, and got my car running great in time for a road trip. I am so thrilled to have found a shop I can trust, who updates you as the repairs take place, and are genuinely helpful when you have questions. Not only that but they have reasonable rates too. Theyll be the only place Ill be going for car repairs in the future and have already recommended some friends to them.

I live about sixty miles to the south of Boulder (Castle Rock), and often drive my old car (95 Volkswagen Jetta) to Boulder. The car still gets great mileage (36mpg - gas), but has a few miles on it (400K). OK, so I try to get the most out of my cars...but on the way up to Boulder this time, my car developed a noise in the right front axle area. I had just has the struts replaced, so I thought it might be just a splash guard/protector that had come loose. A friend of mine recommended Tilden Car Repair, so I gave them a call the next morning, they were able to get me in, and quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem by the end of the day (turns out, my axle - half shaft - was failing). The cost was reasonable, and repairs were speedy. I highly recommend Tildens (Chris and Bob) for any work you might need. And its reassuring to know there is someone I can go to (away from my home town) where I know the work will be good, and the prices good. Thanks guys!
