Stopped by on a whim and was given a tour of the whole facility, including their studio. Got to meet Paul and some of the lovely people they employ, and of course listen to the Infinity IRS Vs. They turned a detour on a road trip into a main event, and we spent the whole drive home to Texas wishing we could go back. Highly recommend giving them a visit!

I shop ps audio online because of covid.I didnt know where to find a dealer so maps took me to Boulder Co. Ps audio is COST EFFECTIVE good stuff at a good price.The fact that its made in Boulder is great and convenient.

I bought a Sprout 100 to go with my first, entry level hi-fi/analog setup last year. The product itself is sleek, versatile, and sounds amazing! Extremely satisfied with the product.I recently lost the nifty remote included with the Sprout. Sent an email late at night and had a response by the time I woke up. Called in the next day and dealt with James who was very helpful and friendly. Replacement remote cost much less than I expected; a nice surprise. Cant wait to try their higher end offerings one day when I decide to upgrade my system. Will certainly look at PS Audio first when looking at sound products in the future.

A high-end sound gear manufacturer. When I visited my son in Broomfield, I dropped by to visit this place( no appointment). A friendly sale representative (sorry I forgot his name) gave me a site tour from room to room and floor to floor. Also I am able to listen my favor music in their listening room. The only regret is that Mr. Paul McGowan wasnt there.

We toured PS Audio today with Jake and it was great. We had lots of fun and we were able to see and hear their new prototype speaker.

I must say I am genuinely surprised by how great this company has been to work with so far. Very friendly and helpful customer service, and I even received a hand written thank you card for my purchase. Thats a first in the audio world for me.Keep up the great work!

PS Audio makes some of the best hi performance audio equipment on Earth. Their equipment is designed, engineered, and then handmade in house, right in Boulder, Colorado. The folks that work here are about the nicest group of people you can imagine. They are also extremely knowledgeable and professional, and not out to just sell you expensive hifi audio equipment. Paul, the CEO is a down to earth, genuinely nice guy who just happens to have a passion for hifi audio, and doesnt settle for less than stellar performance in the products they build.

My experience with PS Audio is top notch from Paul McGowan all the way down to employees, customers service is 5 stars for sure every time I called or emailed Paul for questions or advices they always answer my questions. My Bhk 300 monoblock,Bhk preamp, Direct stream DAC are wonderful products. I can’t speak highly enough about Mr Paul & PS Audio company . Had the pleasure of touring PS Audio. Scott McGowan personally showed us around and we viewed everything from the engineering wing to music room one. Everyone was very friendly, and the music room was incredible.

TJ and Mark were superb in time and cognitive commitment directed toward solving my minor, but perplexing, problem with matching the Snowmass DAC update with my preamp for output gain requirement. The problem was solved with no repair necessary for the Memory Player, DAC, or preamp. The sound quality has returned to its prior excellent and satisfying character! Try Cassandra Wilsons cover of Harvest Moon on her Half Moon Daughter album, for instance.....

The staff, especially Eric, went way beyond the call of duty in giving us a tour and listening session. Good folks!

Theyll take you on a tour, which is neato. Then theyll let you listen to whatever you want on the AN3s or IRSs. Paul was too busy to meet me as advertised, but I did get to meet Gus Skinas. Pauls cool and all but Gus has worked on such cool projects including records I listen to regularly. He demod a Pink Floyd mix hed done in surround sound in the soon-to-be-Octave-Records, & gave the inside scoop in how it was made - pretty sweet.Not bad for $0!
