Big store, where you can buy many different things. Im really surprised, because I thought that there would be only Hoover Dam and all. The store has a large selection of souvenirs that you can buy for yourself or someone as a gift.

Everything you need to take as a gift, very good service.

Clearly it is still business hrs but they closed early for the day. A worker came out with an attitude and said they were closed for the day ... Many of us came from so far but sad we all left without a souvenir 😢😭

I give Hoover Dam Mercantile located at81 Hoover Dam Access Rd, Boulder City, NV 89005 FIVE STARS. This souvenir store has a helping staff and many, many souvenir options related to Hoover Dam. PINS, TEES, POSTCARDS, MAGNETS, COLLECTIBLE COINS, and Sooooooooo much more. 5️⃣ 🌟s Its even connected to a small Cafe.

An amazing story

After walking Hoover Dam we shopped for souvenirs here. We all left with great souvenirs and much needed drinks. The parking garage is great, our ram crew cab had no problem in there. You gotta see the Pat Tillman Bridge from the dam, truly amazing. Thank you Mike Penuelas. I highly recommend including Hoover Dam into your trip when in the area.

If you come visit the dam, this will be the only place near by to eat and grab souvenirs. The building has plenty of parking and offers some good views. This is were you will park if you decide to do one of the two tours offered. I recommend taking the dam tour. It’s $30 but well worth it.

Lots of souvenir options including solid copper tokens. I collect pressed pennies and they have a machine here that will give you change to use it, which is really nice since I never have enough change. They also provide a bucket of pennies on top of the machine if you dont have any. There are more penny pressing machines in the cafe as well. They sell the books to keep your pennies in.

Associate friendliness not-so-great cleanliness wonderful no one came to ask if I needed any help. I bought several souvenirs I go back. And Id recommend to other people

Visited on 30/8/18 and had a great tour round the dam. Very interesting and informative so was looking forward to buying something in the gift shop.But my lovely morning was cut short when I went to pay for my purchase.I served by a very rude assistant called Rachel who said neither please or thank you, she stated how much the item was and that was it! But she suddenly became animated when a fellow assistant started talking to her and gave her all her attention. Not good.Im a big advocate of customer service, but sadly she had no skills in that department. Maybe a course would help?Rachel should remember that people come from all over the world to view the dam and many will stop in the gift shop. She is part of their experience and she should make it a good one.

Lots of people stop here before or after the dam tour, or while waiting for others who are taking the tour. Snacks here, benches, restrooms. Around the corner is cafe with indoor and outdoor seating with deli sandwiches, cold drinks, ice cream. Souvenirs everywhere.

Prices aren’t terrible but I would still recommend you bring your own dam food. Just pack a dam lunch and maybe a dam snack. And don’t forget to grab a dam souvenir on your way out!

The store is a bit over priced but with good merchandise to take home as souvenir of the dam. You also get a great view of the area and have some great photo opportunities. You can see a lot of the history of the dam, with posters, and other things that are arranged very nicely for people to see.

Take a break from the sun & heat at Hoover Dam and visit the gift shop. It is well stocked. Refrigerator magnets & other typical souvenirs are available.

Interesting items for sale. The parking lot by the store charges unless you have a handicap permit. There are 2 other parking lots on each side of the Dam that are free, but you will have a to walk a little to get to the Dam.

Pricey but one of a kind souvenir

Great gifts and FREE has small snack shop and gifts of all prices. This is actually the only place you have to pay to park and its covered too. Free disabled or $10.

The Dam is amazing, however the shop....I fell in love with an arrow at the store & was hesitant to purchase considering I’m from N.C. & have to fly the cashier reassured me that it was fine everything they sold was TSA approved. WRONG! I’m leaving today & having to do some finagaling to take the arrow home because it needs to be checked...if it comes home broken it’s gonna be a bad day. Moral of the story ARROWS ARENT TSA APPROVED, even if they are decorative & have no point.

Nice little store. Good place to get nick knack gifts for people who couldnt make a trip to the Dam.

Horrible junky and loud place. Im pretty surprised because the rest of the entire area is amazing. The choices are well, NOTHING.

I purchased a dream/prayer box for $9.99 just to get home, take the price tag off and find out it wasnt Native American made, but made in China. There is on excuse for this store, located in part of the country steeped in Native American history and life to deceive people bringing in cheap imports. I would NEVER have purchased it.

Today 42 is too hot, but the Hoover Dam tour. It is the heart of the west, on the border between Arizona and Nevada. After the 9/11 terror, the security is severe due to checkpoint search, etc.
