Nice location in heart beat of Boulder City, NV. Historic downtown. Must visit, plenty of parking, super friendly staff. I recommend to order in advance 😀

The people that work here are friendly, but... Ive come here every morning for the last 4 days and I sit at the same table. I dripped one tiny drop of coffee at my table the first day. On day 2 I noticed the that small drop was still there plus some very small crumbs. Day 3 more drops from others and my small drop were still there + minute crumbs. Day 4 a smear of someones hand print was added to the others. It would appear that if they are cleaning the tables at all it is just with a dry rag and not a wet rag. I moved to another table but there were also small crumb particles and old dried drips of drinks. The place isnt filthy, dont get me wrong BUT even if a tables looks clean from back behind the bar, it may not be totally clean. I would suggest that they clean all the tables with a wet sanitizing rag several times a day, not just the ones that are obviously filthy.

I stopped here on my way to the Grand Canyon west side. I ordered a quick coffee. The staff were friendly and professional enough. The location was clean and had a good atmosphere. Good job.

Starbucks is always great, but the women who work here make it exceptional. They are always friendly and handle orders quickly. Yet another place in Boulder thats better than the norm.

Its coffee made with more coffee... noone can bad review Starbucks.. just the employees but I havent had a single bad encounter here..there fast and very nice..only complainant Ive ever had was the one day my phone was dead and it was urgent I charge it and they had electrical problems and no outlets worked. Asked for a extra sweet mocha. They just kept adding mocha instead of sweetener. Resulted in a bitter mocha. Someone should explain to the workers chocolate is not sweet without sugar. Very very disappointed

Went in at like 5am so it was empty and thats perfect. The barista that helped me out was very kind and patient with me. Got my coffee and got out, perfect experience to me.

I tally like Pikes Place iced coffee with hazelnut and cream. I also like the iced Frappacino Java Chip with whipped cream. Theyre delicious! Try the double smoked bacon sandwich they are tasty!

It is Starbucks coffee. If you havent had the experience yet, by all means, go get yourself some coffee. Just be prepared to pay way too much money for a cup of coffee. I had a gift card so I used it.

Very slow service. I use the mobile order app, I order ahead and I still have to wait for my drink to be ready with 5 people behind the counter. Drive thrus are faster.UPDATE:. Much better. Havent had to wait since the last post.

I give four stars because the location is ideal when passing through town of staying the night. Otherwise its just another Starbucks, nothing exciting. But it has a view, you can ride your bike to it easily from anywhere in town.

Another Starbucks that cant make a shot in the dark, had to explain my order three times.

THIS Starbucks is awesome. I mean...seriously. Its crazy. I travel a lot and theres nothing more convenient for meeting a client or killing an hour waiting for a bus/plane/taxi but I hate Starbucks. I dont like how theyre all exactly the same and in that sameness they suck in all the exact same ways. Im an opinionated computer programmer who has spent far too much time in too many different coffee shops to like Starbucks.In fact I HATE the general mediocrity of the Starbucks thing, which is why I want you to take this review seriously. Starbucks Boulder City should be the template for all the Starbucks across the land. The crew there has managed to turn the soulless corporate crapfest that is Starbucks and make it...wonderful. It has spacious, comfortable seating. It has an unbelievably friendly staff. They ALWAYS have blond, medium and dark roast on tap which is amazing and great for me since I cant stand Pikes Place Roast. Its simply a great place to grab a cup of coffee and relax and, when it comes right down to it, thats all I want out of a coffee shop.

I had a really great coconut milk mocha mac. And the shots of espresso were perfect! No bitter after taste. I love the new drink. And the store staff is really nice:)

Stopped by on the way back to Vegas for a quick pick-me-up and warmth. Though there was 5 other people ahead of me (we walked into the store at the same time), it took the baristas many minutes to make our drinks. Docked off a star because of this. Otherwise, service seemed okay and the place fairly clean, other than a random unkept fellow sleeping in the corner by the door. He seemed to be a regular as the staff greeted him.

Nice place to wait 20 minutes for the homeless folks to clean up and wash clothes in the bathrooms. Im all for helping out but Id like to use a clean restroom at the places I frequent .

On my way through back to San Diego..quick and efficient.

Came to Boulder City for a funeral. I asked where I could find places to eat close by. The desk clerk at the hotel I was staying suggested China A GoGo. Their menu was extensive. Sushi is also on the menu, which I went with, while family members who joined me stayed with Chinese. The portions are more than generous! And the food was very very good. Staff was friendly and polite. Im recommending anyone who wants good Chinese and Japanese food to try China A GoGo. Expect to take home what you cant eat there. I give five stars because of the overall good food service and friendliness.

First time in a long time that it wasnt too overcrowded and slow. The staff is generally nice, but they become hopelessly mired with just a few people in the store. I travel for a living and this location is one of the slowest for its large size. Maybe the new freeway bypass is helping make Boulder City small again?

Comfortable and familiar Starbucks. The staff, at least on our visit today, seem to enjoy bantering to the point of distraction. I dont think they know their loud and joking banter is a little over the limit.

This location was probably the first Starbucks I have been to with the friendliest staff. There was no one at the register when I ordered but the guy making the drinks asked me what I wanted and he made me this incredible drink. I asked for a caramel brulee frappachino but he told me they were out of the syrup so he started describing to me what he could make that was similar to what I wanted. Whatever he made me was wonderful. I live in Henderson but if I could I would want to come to this one way more often.

Super friendly staff especially CLANCY. She manages to smile and be kind no matter how crazy busy the place is. Definitely an asset to Starbucks.

Love Starbucks oatmeal. But was very disappointed that they were out of brown sugar. They should have sent someone to the grocery store to pick up a box so we could put a spoonful on our oatmeal.
