While under a load delivering to Mesa low coolant warning came on in our Peterbilt was able to pull into Railpass truck stop once we stopped hose clamp broke and lost all our coolant. Arron was able to bring everything we needed to continue down the road. These guys went above and beyond in customer service. Thanks for your help. You rock!!

I work for a business down the street and occasionally come here for parts. I have always found the store employees at this establishment friendly and helpful. Today I experienced some of the rudest customer service in my life. I wish I had asked for the older mans name, unfortunately I did not. The man basically started our transaction by telling me spark plug wires and ignition coil wires are not the same (both are officially “high tension leads”) his patronizing tone led me to try to educate him as I am a vehicle technician of ten years and would appreciate if he didn’t miseducated his customers. After several more patronizing comments from the older man he told me that he couldn’t help me, obviously. I am a good person and good technician, this man should be ashamed of how he treated his customer today.

Lost my business. Counter man told no part was available for my older engine and would not spend any time looking for a replacement. Went to OReillys and found an exact fit replacement part sitting on the display shelf. There is one individual still working at Boulder Auto parts who should not be there - worst customer service in town.

Very helpful employee, but got completely gouged by the stores prices. Needed a headlight bulb for night drive, couldnt find elsewhere and these guys were near closing. They had the bulb, but was $100!! Needed it, so I bought it, but found it for anywhere from $30 to $60 online. I like to support local stores, but not when I get gouged like this!!
