I am highly disappointed that the customer services we used to have no longer exist.I was charged $3.00 for them to tape the top of my box.Amazon is a customer-oriented company that makes the company so successful. UPS customers’ service does not align with Amazon’s business motto. Amazon should get a different supply chain that is more aligned with Amazonian business value!!!
Very rude and some employees dont have good knowledge on when the service will be delivered or not. They give incorrect information and if we ask why, they say please contact UPS Customer care and they are not responsible for delivery times
They charged me for taping the packages which all the UPS does as complimentary services. Definitely not going to them again. Go to Millcreek UPS. Avoid these guys.
Just had a poor experience here. Front door is locked, but there is someone inside vaccuming the floor. I needed to drop off an Amazon return on my way to work.This was at about 8:20. I assumed they opened at 8. I thought the guy might let me drop off the package, since he was there by the door.Instead, upon seeing me standing there, he just shook his head, waved me as to say GO AWAY, then walked away.I was already running a bit late for a morning meeting, so couldnt wait for him to open the door.Not sure I get why he couldnt just open the door and let me hand him the package and return label. No money needed to change hands. I didnt care to get a receipt.Just kinda bummed about this....

I was making an Amazon return and had a label on my phone that I was to show the clerk. He said I had to print and package the merchandise. Ive never had to do this before and I told going that. He didnt offer any help or even guidance. A lady in line was offering help. Ive returned before with no problem. I went out of the store, cancelled my return and started it again and then I did receive the QR code I needed. When going back in I told the clerk what I had done and straightened it out, basically saying that I now have it correct. Again he hardly spoke with me to acknowledge the correction. Im basically saying there was no customer service, even to the degree of just being pleasant. No excuse for this.
Completely unwilling or too incompetent to help me with an issue. No interest in the customer at all.

This is a busy hub of activity! Theres a lot of shipping and printing going on, and the staff are busy at all times. The atmosphere is friendly, and the staff are very good at their jobs, so the wait is never very long.UPDATE 9/1/2021 - After a year of renting a mailbox here and handling all of my shipping needs at this store, I wish I could add a sixth star to my review! The staff work very hard to navigate the multitude of shipping services and scenarios. Everyone is always friendly and helpful, going the extra mile to make sure everything gets where it needs to go. I dont know how I ever shipped or received anything without them. I highly recommend the mailbox rental. Heres the sixth star anyway! 🌟
Dont go here to drop off you package. Chances are that it will be lost. If you absolutely have to go there, never never never forget to get a slip. Drop off without slip guarantee a lost package. I was burned twice and learned this very hard way.
Parking lot is full of car breakers but everything else is a breeze. Its places like these that make Prime as successful as it is in Amazonia.Recently i had the misfortune of dealing with an overseas consulate & my mothers foreign passport renewal. I wasted more time than necessary trying to get enhanced color copies of her ID & passport initially at the local FedEx (just as helpful) but when all local banks couldnt notarize the copies i found myself talking to the Asian gent who owns this store. I was in & out in 5 minutes thanks to him making his own copies, notarizing them & having my mom sign off his logbook.Tldr i wasted 4 trips between FedEx & two local banks. Shouldve gone here & saved myself a whole lotta time

I was just refused notary services because the notary didnt feel comfortable notorizing a page in a foreign language even tho he had full English translation right next to it. I was like double check it with Google translate, and hes response was Im just not gonna do that. Customer service major fail

To preface: I’m disabled (bad ankle) and cut my hand in the parking lot. I couldn’t lift the box anymore, so I had to shove/shimmy the box along. The UPS attendant looked at me as I came in, I said “it’s not heavy I’m disabled.” But he just watched me struggle up to the counter. Thanks bud.

I frequent the Bothell UPS store for all my shipping needs. Their small toy area occupy my little one as I attend business. I rent an UPS mailbox for my bisiness. It meets my real street address requiremeny for my small business. Recently, I linked my Amazon Prime membership for convenient large package pickup. I get notifications when new packages have arrive. And when returning, I never have to print labels, UPS scan my mobile device and the cost is paid from my Amazon account. Fast and convenient. Every clerk is friendly. They always work with me to minimize my large package shipping cost. Package drop off is fast and free. No lines. I highly recommend UPS Bothell for shipping, printing, and mailbox rental.
I was here at 8:30 because thats when they open and I had a very important package to send to someone urgently. They did not open at 8:30... Im standing infront of the door thinking... maybe Ill just go with usps...

As a notary I can tell you that the staff here have no idea what they are doing as a notary. They have not been trained and you risk not getting your documents notarized correctly.
The staff at this store is very professional and helpful. This is probably the best mailbox and shipping store in the area.

Bad customer service. Associate(middle aged man) was very scripted and provided no help. I would expect that from a young employee but not a lead or manager.

They had a box size that three other moving businesses did not, 24x24x16. I bought two of them, to end my search, even though I felt the price was outrageous.
Next time.. tell someone youre charging to print before processing it all and just expecting them to pay.
Refused to notarize my document with explanation that he is by himself and other customers have priority, even if they come in later. Couldn’t even tell me how long the wait would be. Notarizing documents is part of their advertised service, written on the board over the counter, so refusing to provide it does not look like good customer service. Wasted my time coming here and missed a window in other services, my case was urgent . Will avoid in the future.
