Love it!I was so happy with my bathroom I decided to do the kichen counters. I just got my new slab granite kitchen counters installed. They are amazing! What an easy process. They came and measured. Gave me an appointment date withing 2 weeks and tore out the old tile counters and installed the new granite all in one day! Including the plumber to hook up my disposal and new faucet. Excellent price! I dont think anyone can beat it.

Two stars because the employees are nice and very helpful. The manager however is rude, and the employees seemed to agree. Selection of tile is good, but we wouldn’t come back based on our interaction with the manager. The manager should just stay in an office and let the employees handle everything on the floor.

I took the tile class taught by Randy on 1/25/2020. Randy was informative and made the 90 min class enjoyable. Bring pen and notepad--I forgot and wish I had it. There was a lot of information and Randy added a few tricks of the trade you only find out through experience. Later in the day when I came back to purchase he took all the time I needed to make sure I had the right supplies and the right understanding.

I went to the Tiling 101 class for beginners on 9/28/2019. Randy gave a very informative class with a good information on materials, tools, procedures and techniques. Ive done a little bit of tile work in the past, but I wish Id had this class before I tried it the first time - it would have saved me a lot of time and effort correcting mistakes. Theres no substitute for a good teacher, and Randys a great teacher. Thanks again!

Randy was the most helpful person Ive ever met at any home improvement store. He puts on a top notch class and has answers to every question someone might have about tile. I was on the fence as to whether to do this project myself but his advice gave me the confidence I needed to go for it.

My wife and I went to a free tile class they offer. Which was great for us because we have never done any tile work before. The class was very helpful and informational, highly recommend for beginners. Randy, who taught the class even made himself available for specific questions afterwords, then helped us pick out some tile we purchased. Great place!

All of the sales people are so kind and understanding. We had a very small project of laying tiles, but it took us forever because it was our first time doing this. Randy was our “teacher” and he was so patient. We looked to him for advice and he was always willing to help. We honestly think that no one can go wrong by using their service. They are the best!

Just finished the tile class with Randy it was great. He really knows the the products they use and how to apply each of them from start to finish. Answers all the questions in simple terms for your project.

I was able to complete a last minute laundry and bathroom project and the guys at Tile For Less are the BEST. No pressure from them on my tile selection or how long it took. No pressure to have to spend $$$$, stayed and respected in my budget and they were great, picked out, and paid for in less then 24hrs, and had my order ready to go when I arrived at 7.30am on Monday morning. Dont go anywhere else, David and Troy, you are both awesome, also your sense of humours are a crack up. If I could do more than 5 stars I would.

I was amazed by all the selections. I got all my questions answered, and the staff was great. All working to help each other out. I need to point out that that they also have great design ideas for all project. Overall a fantastic place to go for any tile job.

I went to browse with my dog one day and learned that they have free classes and have dog treats on hand. Took the class with Randy and it was so so helpful. I didnt feel pushed to buy everything there and was given options on things that would last forever and cheaper options that might not last forever and be maintenance free. I just attended a free monthly class Randy gives on the basics of tiling. It was a great experience and he was able to thoroughly answer any questions we had along the way. Furthermore, the staff are always happy to help you identify the variety of tile products and underlayment that are best for your job. Indeed, no two jobs are alike so this a very helpful resource! And of course they have some great deals on tile as well! Always check the clearance section too - there are some great deals to be found if you dont mind sifting through the odds and ends

What a great place I searched everywhere for tile and thought I was going to have to settle on something that I didnt really like from Home Depot because everywhere else had a 10 day wait nothing in stock. ...but this place had exactly what I had in my head for what I wanted all sales people were awesome very very helpful, also price you cant beat !! Attended todays monthly tile class with Randy. Was about two hours long, it didnt seem like it.Randy was very knowledgeable and kept my attention with his jokes and informative tip. Randy was also available after class to answer my questions, and I sure had a few. I offered to have him teach his next class in my kitchen for my wall of back splash he just answered with a laugh, so I guess I will have to do my myself. Bottom line great experience, thank you! Would recommend the class to any brave DIY.

Attended their free Tile Class 101. Randy taught the class and clearly has extensive experience installing tile. He had great answers to every question posed to him and gave a lot of excellent information.I would highly recommend this class for anyone considering a DIY tile project.

I came here at 7:05am (opens at 7:00am) to ensure I got what I needed to stay on schedule, because they’ll close the doors right at closing time, not a second later even if you call ahead and say you’ll be there 1-2 minutes after closing time. However, no one arrived until 7:45am. I lost my entire morning and was late for work. How is this acceptable?

I volunteered to help my daughter install a new glass tile backsplash in her kitchen, but was terrified by my complete lack of knowledge of this procedure. After a class with Randy, I felt in complete control of that scary operation. He fit all the basic information in the time allotted and then allowed anyone with more questions to spend more time with him. I returned to the store a few days later with more questions and he was, once again, very willing to help me. The installation project went very smoothly and the finished product is just what we wanted.

My wife and I went in to Tile for Less tonight just before closing. She arrived before I did with our two kids. She knew everything we needed: square footage, style, color, just needed someone to show us around and sell product.She was not greeted when she got there, and though a salesperson did eventually come over, he was called away for a phone call. No one stepped in to help. No questions were answered, no tile selected. I entered at 5:58 pm (they close at 6) and was told by the saleswoman at the desk ‘um sir, we’re closed you cannot come in’. I retorted that my wife was inside and she said ‘I was just telling her she needed to leave’We will be taking our business elsewhere.

I used Tile for Less for all of my tile work in the house. Thanks to Randy for his guidance and patients. You are wonderful! We will definitely go back to Tile for Less in Bothell !

I was very happy with the service I got from Tiles for Less, especially Randy. I had bought 40+ 2x2 limestone tiles. By the time I got them home several had chipped. I called and they told me to bring them back in and they would replace them. It was more than half of the tiles but they were great about replacing them. Couldnt have been happier.

I just took the free tile class with Randy and he was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in explaining everything about all the tools, products and techniques to DIY. Also, free coffee and donuts.

I attempted to inquire information about a backsplash. The sales person that answered the phone was rude and unhelpful. He refused to describe the color of the subway tile I was inquiring about and told me to come in and see it for yourself! I will not be giving this store my business.

As a first-time homebuyer, choosing the right tiles from so many choices can be overwhelming. I was really appreciative of how store manager Ron helped me coordinate floor and wall bathroom tiles, including taking the time to find matching 2x2 shower tiles. After bringing several options, he ultimately found the perfect color combination.Not only does Ron know his store inventory really well, but hes low-key and gives you the space to thinks things through. As a slow decision-maker, it was good to have the no-pressure space to think.

I took the Saturday morning tiling class given by Randy and I learned a lot. All of the questions were answered and Randy did a great job explaining and showing how to tile. I am a novice so I appreciated the tiling for dummies step by step instruction. Excellent class. Essential and concise review of tile ceramic porcelain natural, backer boards, thinset, grout, sealer. Demos, including chance to do it hands on, thinset troweling, grouting, cleaning after grouting. Demo of wet saw cutting large sheet and small tiles on net backing. Very responsive to questions. Glad Randy is available in shop for individual questions since many factors determine best approach and materials. Highly recommended. Thank you!

My husband and I went here last night before closing. I entered with my two kids and was not greeted. Eventually a salesperson came over and asked what I needed : I informed him that we need tile for our master bathroom floor and for the kids bathroom floor. I knew the square footage, had an idea of color, and wanted options so we could tile this weekend. He reluctantly showed me around until he had a phone call to take. No one stepped in to help, no one came over. He walked away.My husband showed at about 5:58 to see if I’d found anything, he was told as he entered ‘sir we are closed you cannot come in’. I looked up to see it was my husband and started walking to him. He said ‘my wife is in here’ to which the saleswoman said ‘I was just telling her to leave also’. So much for a paying customer!! I will never step foot in here again. Tile For Less, you lost a sale and I will be sure any of our friends doing flips and renovations know to steer clear.

Competively priced tiles, WAYYY better selection than the big box stores and better quality products. Take the class with Randy if you get the chance, it’s very helpful and he’s hilarious.

I needed tile immediately for our bathroom project and Tile for less had everything I needed and they were beyond helpful! Patrick explained the entire process from subfloor to grout and calculated exactly how much I needed. I called several places before finding them and Im so happy Im suppprting a business that values the human experience. Ill definitely recommend them and shop again in the future for my next tile project!

After i bought my non refundable porcelan tiles from this store, I found exactly the same product at almost HALF the price somewhere else in Seattle. Dont get fooled by the name. tiles for LESS?

My mother and I took a tile class with Randy. It was extremely informative and Randy was an excellent instructor!!!

I wish I could give them 0 star. We purchased mosaic tiles from them couple weeks ago. When we were installing the tiles we found the color are way off each other. And very few of them could match the original sample they shown us in their store. By the time we found the problem, we had already installed 2 tiles to our floor and pre-process some of them. We went back the store and asked for a refund of them. This is very reasonable because we actually lose much more than that - the labor to pre-process, install and take them out, the time we spent and wait to pick up the tiles. However, after we spoke to their sales and the manager, they rejected to refund us all the tiles as some of them have already been pre-processed and do not meet their resale standard. Its like charging us for a mistake they made. Nobody would purchases tiles that can fit half of the floor. If you have quality problem of your product, you need to be responsible, not your customer!Update:The owner did not tell the truth.1, when we picked up them we did not inspected the color. We just opened a box or two to see if there are any broken pieces.2, we did not install 1/2 of them. We only installed 2 out of 22. There were some of them that were applied sealer as they are natural stones but they were definitely usable. The point is that if they dont have the color problem, we will use them. It was the product issue that causes us not be able to use them and that is not fair for us to take the responsibility.3, they have not done anything for 10 days even for the part that they promised to refund.I totally understand it is special order and they are not refundable. However, they ought to be the same product that you have shown as the sample. The picture I took just tell the difference between the sheets I got from them. The sample they have in their show room is even whiter and that is the color we want. There is no way that the mosaic they gave me can be considered as the same product as the sample. So it does not matter at all if a special order is refundable because the store failed to deliver the right product first.
