In addition, product specialist would guarantee to replace defective parts in actuator/ valve, at no cost, but then would send a quote for the part in question as if they forgot their promise.Also, expect lead times for replacement parts to be as long as 20 weeks! Despite having said products at their location, they do not carry replacement parts however.They frequently used the Covid-19 pandemic as an excuse for late responses to emails, even though it was clear all their product specialists were working from home as an alternative.
