They were all reliable and professional in every step; their initial visit for the design ideas, and material decision, sending proposal, site visit to get site measurement, scheduling and installation. The lead time was long for the windows but it is the new norm right now; there is no immediate service you can get during the pandemic. We are happy about their overall work. We had a fogged double-pane glass in our vintage 1950s sliding patio door. It was a challenge to replace, but Frank and David were more than up to the job. The replacement went smoothly after Franks careful measurements, and we are very happy with our new clear view. The price was great--maybe 60% of what their competitors bid.

Frank did an exceptional job installing a new insulated door sidelight. I used this company several years ago replacing several insulated windows and have been very satisfied. I would use them again when needed. Quality was very good. Again, Frank should be thanked for excellent workmanship.

Their bid was competitive and Randy was very responsive as I asked many questions and adjusted the scope of the project, though we eventually ended up with just a patio door install, from Milgard. Had one of our back deck windows behind the BBQ suffer a large heat crack and needed replacement. Older style double pane with an odd size. Called Intermountain Glass as they were nearby and got an estimate from an onsite visit first and then an installation a few weeks later. The installer did a superior job and was friendly and skilled at this complicated installation fitting. The price was right, the estimator knew the type of unit and the installer got everything done in a very efficient manner. They get 5 stars and any future glass jobs!

Inter mountain glass replaced our 35 year old skylight, we are hoping for better energy reports. The installer was a great guy, friendly and quick.The process of getting the skylight installed from start to finish was rather lengthy-I guess the industry is busy. We are satisfied with everything.

I highly recommend this company! We had 2 windows to replace with failed seals that were fogged. I looked into replacing one of them a few years ago and the estimate from a different company was sky high. And they really didnt want to come out for one window. Now that I had 2, I called Intermountain and I am SO glad I did. They are professional, responsive and have great communication. They came out and measured quickly and the windows were ready to install in a few weeks. The installer was awesome, friendly, super quick and the finished windows are beautiful! So glad I found them, my house is just over 20 years old and Im sure more window seals will fail in the next few years and Ill be going to Intermountain every time!

New window installation went OK but one window repair was a series of mistakes. The window was measured three times but was wrong each time. We were told only Frank could install glass in this type of window but after waiting weeks for Frank he showed up with no glass. Apparently no one ordered the glass. Five visits, 6 months, many phone calls which were not returned, still not finished. Had to cancel and ask for a refund which they also got wrong. What happened to IMG? They used to be the five star glass company in Bothell.

I had an ugly rotted custom garden window replaced by IMG and they were amazing every step of the way.The window had to be made by a 3rd party, which caused some delays from the manufacturer, but IMG still called periodically to give me a status update.It seems to be a quality install, flashing on top and sealed all around. Its definitely comforting seeing others treat your house with the same level of care you would.The inside also looks great thanks to the custom trim work by Trace.Ill definitely be using them again in the future and you should too, thank you IGM!

Wonderful experience from beginning to the end of the glass and gutters replacement projects

After working with other companies for other window projects add and feeling less than satisfied, this is now our go to glass company. The team of Tony and Nelson were efficient, on time, focused and precise when installing two single hung windows in our home. They took time after the installation to explain everything that they did and tell us about our warranties. They also gave us some suggestions for maintaining things around our windows. Really nice guys! And the company is super responsive for any questions that we have had And they have been accommodating for our schedule. They had super competitive prices for everything that we had quoted too.

I had Intermountain Glass replace 10 windows where seals had failed in my condo. Frank measured and installed about 2 weeks later. He and his new partner arrived on time, were considerate, professional and did an awesome job. Their prices were less than other glass companies, I will recommend them and use them again if needed.

We live in a windy and wet corner of our country, therefore Intermountain Glass has come to our house several times to replace a window, or windows, when their seal had failed. The Milguard Windows are great. Only way a person could break in through the windows is if they broke the glass. Once the windows were in I could feel increased heat and decrease in noise. For our project we sought:- replacing all windows and doors in our house with thin-bevel, energy-efficient windows with reliable manufacturer support,- changing the shape of several existing windows,- cutting out a new large 8ft wide door to our garden,- get a different combination of tempered glass, double low e, screens, double-hung windows depending on its locationMet 3 companies, but only IMG was able to meet our goals. We met several times to complete all measurements, discuss variants, discuss necessary preparations.When the installation day came, we were able to- work out a solid plan for each installation day, giving us ability to continue to work from home- organize work around window installation and electrical wiring modifications (necessary when cutting out new door)- talk through finishing optionsThe crew made sure to- above all - leave the place clean each day, including dusting the garage where a lot of wood was cut, or marks on difficult to access walls where they placed a ladder- respect our need to work or join remote meetings when we needed to - reorganizing their work so that they would not be idling- work fast and discuss with us plan for the current and upcoming day.There were a few delays in the process, but with the scale of work i would say nothing out of the ordinary.The result- one of the darkest, most avoided rooms is now the most beloved rooms in our house, with a large window facing our garden- our house is a lot warmer- it took us just one weekend to make everything look as if nothing ever happened.Thank you for transforming our house. Were glad we found you.Edit: A month after installation, in October, a NEST report came in. Our furnace was active for 26 hours, compared to 42 hours in August.

We have an unusual oversized door that required Intermountain to work with the door maker to find out if they could even structurally make the door. It took a while to convince the door maker it was possible. Intermountain led the effort and then did a great job with the installation. I highly recommend them!

I replaced the glass in my family room window with Intermountain Glass. The installation guys were very polite and efficient in getting the glass installed. They also took steps to lay down a covering inside the house so they wouldnt get my house dirty. I would definitely recommend this company.

Trace did a great job removing our old single-pane windows and installing new double pane in the existing wood frames. The look of the house had not changed which was our goal. They kept the work area clean and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. Great Job!

I had the best experience anyone could have, doing this home improvement project that I knew nothing about. I replaced a fogged up old slider with a Retro Fit French door. Call backs always happened no matter what it was for, sales, scheduling, delivery/installation. And the installers were very knowledgeable, friendly, and meticulous about the installation, my yard and my house. They had a very difficult removal of the old slider since the concrete patio slab, on the outside, must have been poured after the house was built. Even with that problem they never complained. In the middle of the pandemic reopenings I didnt bother to get multiple quotes, which I always would have done for anything over a thousand dollars. I lucked out by just following my gut feelings about Intermountain Glass. Now as I view my beautiful yard through these clear glass panels Im glad I used this company and if you want your project done right with high quality materials you should consider using them too.

Frank just got done installing a stopped in door sidelight that was broken during Hardie board installation at our Bothell House, The job was complicated because the siding guys didnt really any way to remove the cement board to get to the glass behind it, but Frank using his years of glass installing experience and resourcefulness managed to get the replacement installed seamlessly just like the original! I had Intermountain Glass out to fix a broken window. They were fast and fair and replaced the glass only instead of the full window which ultimately saved me money.

Intermountain Glass did a fantastic job with replacing over 35 window panes. From start to end, they were very professional and we couldnt be happier with the outcome. We will definitely use them again for other projects in the future.Here is a list of things we liked about the company and the crew:1) The sales manager, Shane, actually came to our home to measure each window pane and provided an accurate estimate within a couple of days (most other places wanted us to measure and send the information to them). Shane made some suggestions and explained the product differences, but didnt try to up-sell.2) Their price was very reasonable (we received 2 other estimates).3) Their process was efficient which led to our project starting and ending on time. They sent us reminders and list of items to prepare in advance.3) The crew who came over to replace the window panes, Curtis and Nelson, worked well together. Service was decent but when my glass came in, no one called me. I waited two days longer than I shouldve.

I just had all of the windows in my house replaced by IMG, recommended by a friend. All of the folks I interacted with were responsive, professional and friendly. And the installers, led by Trace, were the same, as well as being super hard workers. Mine is not an easy house - 3 stories in front & 2 in back, with one 10 foot plus window in a stairwell. A tough job but they handled it without a hitch. When they were finished, they cleaned everything up and left no sign they had been there, except for my great new windows!

If you are looking to have a job done correctly Intermountain Glass INC is the place to go. Weven installed a sliding glass door and a storm door. It took a little time (about a month or so to have the doors custom fitted for measured space) for the doors to arrive. Cost wise we were expecting to pay a little more, but prices were definitely not unreasonable. In fact I had been researching installing my own storm door, but having it professionally installed was the smart choice. The work was completed very quickly and the crew (Joe and Tony) were friendly, prompt, and did a great job cleaning up. We are very happy with both doors and if you want to buy local and have exceptional work done I would highly recommend you go with Intermountain Glass.

They came out and worked up a bid in a very timely manor and I received excellent customer service as well as very competitive pricing. Considering they use very high quality product there pricing is more then fair! When I moved to bothell and needed windows in my condo of course they were the first people I called. I again received excellent customer service and the timing was impeccable! With winter coming on I wanted to get them ASAP! My heating bill dropped in half and the road noise disappeared. I have also used them for a few smaller jobs just because I love the service I have received. I had them cut some glass for a table top and it turned out beautiful. I used this company to do an install. I believe the price was fair. I had several windows installed to a rental. The two male installers were at my house for two days when they left they left my toilet seat up in the bathroom and discarded materials in the backyard. They did not pick the extra materials up when they left. I was appalled more about the toilet seat then the garbage they left.

I had Intermountain Glass bid for 12 replacement windows. Their estimator was on-time, professional and explained the process and the window options without bad- mouthing any of their competitors. Not so, with the other company I asked for a bid.The estimate was emailed to me that night and we signed the contract. When window installation day rolled around, the installers were also on-time and really fabulous. My installers had been working together for 13 years and it was fun to watch them deal with the problems my 60 year old house threw at them.I would recommend IM Glass to my friends. If you are an Angies List member, you will see that they are Angies List Super Service award winners. They take their customer service very seriously.

I have spent thousands of dollars on window replacement with Intermountain Glass and also referred people to them. I called to have a few more panes replaced and they told me that they no longer service W Seattle and if they did I would be charged for travel! My purchases and referrals from last few years mean nothing, customer service evidently mean nothing as well. Very disappointing that they do not value their previous customers.
