Staff is amazingly friendly and helpful! one of the staff who was not our waiter stopped by to answer a question when he heard us discussing part of the menu, which we appreciated. Waitress was attentive and brought us good food to eat. Overall a good experience and would definitely eat here again
I really like this Café! Everything Ive had there as been very good, its comfort food. I was staying in a hotel a short walk away and this was my go to for a good meal. The milkshakes never disappoint and the staff are as friendly as could be and really make you feel welcomed.
Every time Ive been here so far Ive had excellent customer service. Id recommend their hot turkey dinner, though the turkey is a little dry. I highly recommend this place.

If you are looking for a unique family diner with a 50s touch, Crystal Creek is it. The menu is full of variety from breakfasts to burgers and steaks. The regular cheeseburger is my favorite and I love their fries, sooo good!The only drawback is they are very expensive for comfort food. The bright side is the service is fantastic and the food will fill you up.

Favorite Cafe. Corned beef hash IS THE BEST! Waitress over the phone was great. Extra parking in the complex. Ambience is so fun! Love this place!
Our favorite breakfast place. The food is always excellent, quick service, very friendly and helpful staff. We’ve been often enough that they recognize us and remember what we usually order. We love their omelets. Pancakes are delicious, and their pancake syrup is different than your usual. Very good. I highly recommend Crystal Creek Cafe and any of its sister restaurants in the Seattle area.
So delicious every time. I mostly go as a lil treat yo-self every once in a while and it doesnt disappoint. Theirs usually a wait, especially on Sundays so reserve a table to the time you need. Atmosphere is unique and family friendly, theyve got an airplane theme happening. Food is served timely which I know can be challenging in these times of low staff and the servers are pretty friendly and attentive. Food is decently portioned, I usually take half of it home but if youre hungry enough its feasible. Bloody Marys are not bad as well.
Service couldve been a lot better. The people were nice but not attentive. Pancakes were good. I asked for honey and the waitress never brought it or even bothered to top off my coffee or water. Chicken sausage after another waitress said that they had turkey sausage but they dont. That tasted decent. Last, the scrambled eggs had a strange taste no matter how much salt and pepper I added. I probably wont be going back
Our very favorite breakfast spot! We typically will come here or Saw Mill (same menu) but since Crystal Creek had mimosas, we often opt to come here. One of my favorite eggs Benedict in north county, you can always count on it being delicious each time. Nothing fancy just yummy food.
We love this place. We have been back several times and the food is consistent and fast even in high traffic times. The lunch and brunch rush is no joke because this is a not so hidden brunch gem! Be prepared to take leftovers home because the potions is hungry man style...
Really good food. It would be even better if they bought a cooler for cream pies. The story for way over a year is that the last one quit working and they still have to buy one. They have some of the best cream pies around. We enjoy the dessert so much that we wont be back until they bring back the cream pies.
Had a nice meal here with my girlfriend. Dinner was nice. There is no alcohol served here. The menu is a bit too large for my liking, I was a bit overwhelmed and I think it could do them well to downsize a bit
I was looking forward to lunch out for the first time in a very long time. Small portions, high prices, low quality ingredients, and few of them. I ordered an omelette without homemade biscuit, bacon, sour cream, and asked for a side of zucchini instead. There was a nominal charge for the side, which doesnt make sense. Waitress was nice, attentive enough but I wont go back. A disappointing, expensive experience. (Over $20 for a small omelette and frozen hash browns)
This is a great place for breakfast/brunch as breakfast is available all day. Get there early if you want to dine in or be prepared to wait. You could take a chance and go into the Hangar bar first come first served. We were lucky as table was just becoming vacant. Also good excuse to sample a spicy Bloody Mary or Margarita with bruch. Great selection of breakfast including half size portions for smaller appetites. Great and enthusiastic staff. Be patient if you have to wait, well worth it.
Very nice nostalgic place. Huge menu with great breakfast and lunch choices. Reasonable priced, very good service, certainly recommended.You can join a wait list before you come, this way you wont have to wait in line long. Otherwise you will, especially on weekends.
Great food and really nice staff. We enjoyed breakfast and lunch multiple times while visiting Bothell. Its a real treat to have so many vegetarian options on the menu!
Crystal Creek has something that is increasingly hard to find, simple food done well! We always have a good experience here. From fish & chips to wraps to breakfasts and dont forget the milkshake! And yes, they give you the tin :DThe service is attentive and quick and has always followed the increased COVID protocols.
We had a short wait to be seated at a booth. Prompt, friendly service without hovering or being too close.Oh, the Migas and boneless fried chicken both arrived hot and well-seasoned. It made for a relaxed, comfortable dinner out.Just nice!
LOOKING FOR A GOOD QUICK MEAL?If youre in the Bothell area (near Bothell Everett Hwy & 405) try the Crystal Creek Cafe. Tasty, mostly homemade food, quality ingredients, & fair prices. Very good, QUICK friendly service. Mostly coffee-shop, comfort-type food but does have quite a varied menu. HIGHLY recommend for breakfast meals which they serve all day. Their Eggs Benedict are truly some of the best (including from higher-end restaurants); also recommend their Cobb Salad (in photo), Hot Turkey Sandwich, fried chicken, homemade HUGE cinnamon rolls, ice cream milkshakes, and DEFINITELY their PIES (Strawberry Rhubarb, Marionberry, Apple, Blackberry). Portions are (too) large - one entree is easily enough for two people; but many items can be half ordered - i.e., about 1/2 portion with a REDUCED price (not 1/2 price - but still a nice option when you dont want to take leftover food with you). The 2-egg 1/2 order California Omelette is in my photo: comes with either 2 buttermilk hotcakes, or hash browns & toast (or hashbrowns + homemade biscuit) - about $12. Very nice satisfying meals when you just want to get in & out quickly. Also, nice atmosphere, CLEAN & VERY FAMILY FRIENDLY, especially with infants & toddlers. FANTASTIC service.
Thei waffle and pancakes ara amazing. Not too thick, not dry unlike other popular chains. And combined with the amazing whipped cream, which is very fluffy and has an amazing flavor.Dine in generally has a wait time, but I have always ordered take out and the pick up time is very accurate.
First time at this restaurant. I came because i saw good reviews... I came with a party of 13 and even though they do not take reservations they noted it and everything was ready when we came. We came around 8 AM. The wait staff were very nice and quick with every request. The food was good and freah. I ordered the sopranos with pancakes. Delicious 🙂

Really disappointed, food and atmosphere great for dine in. Twice in the past month I have called in to do a ‘takeout’ order - the team asks you to do a brief hold and never picks up phone again. I call back and it goes to voicemail. This has happened twice, the second time my husband went in to order and overheard the manager say he was taking the phone off the hook because they were busy.Totally fine, I get the lack of staff, covid etc but please do me the courtesy of saying ‘sorry we aren’t accepting takeout orders tonight’
Messed up the first order I placed, and then put me on hold for a while. Finally got a partial refund for my issues, and thought I’d try again…only to be told they had a 3 hour hold on to-go orders because of understaffing. I understand things like this happen, but as a diner of high volume that could easily foresee this each weekend, it’s a bit mind boggling that they don’t staff more aggressively. If the excuse is trouble finding workers, then raise your wages. I’ve never seen such an overworked a flustered crew in my life, they deserve at least $17-$18 hourly starting, probably $22.
Too crowded to eat in. We did take out! Yummy breakfast, REAL MAPLE SYRUP. huge portions. Plan for leftovers. Server Celeste was a delight.
The Steak Breakfast Tacos should be called Fat & Gristle Tacos. The Fried Chicken seems to be microwaved frozen Tyson Fried Chicken.

Omgee! I cant recall ever having such delicious pancakes. These pancakes looked very ordinary and some might even say on the smaller side. However, when a pancake is this delicious, you dont need all them fancy toppings. Maybe thats why I wished they were bigger? Kuddos to the cook!

Service was very good. I had biscuits and gravy. It was a hardy serving. The biscuits didnt taste very fresh or moist. Gravy was salty but not very tasty. My eggs and bacon were cooked and tasted just right. My husband had an omelet meal and it looked really good. I will try that next time.

Have ordered to go from them for a very long time and this morning they decided to pause their carry out service. Being pregnant, I am not comfortable sitting in a restaurant so I am very upset they did this without notice. Otherwise, the food is good.

Decided to give the cafe another try since I hadnt been here for several years. I was pleasantly surprised! Food and service were great! Andrew, our waiter recommended the California scramble with strawberry crepes with whipcream. Really enjoyed it. Portions are large. 1/2 size would have been perfect. The cinnamon rolls are huge! One can feed a table of four if you order one with your breakfast. Menu has lots of options. Price was very reasonable. We will be back.
Excellent omlettes but you can get half sized and enjoy a short stack of Pancakes with them!! Also, the fruit selection is really good as a substitute!

Nice little slice of Americana. Better than dennys! Great prices and huge servings. One meal would last me the whole day! They have Benedict, and a delicious scramble. If you want a good greasy spoon breakfast this is a great spot. They also have mimosas!!

This place was recommended to us by a local resident. I found it to be quaint an pretty good food. I just was really disappointed in my mean, as my sandwich was not appealing when it arrived an my fries where actually cold. Who serves cold fries? Ugh!! I tried the Cuban something or other I cant recall the actually name of it but it was good tasting even tho not appealing to the eye. I would give them second chance if I lived in the area.

Food taste is not great. Just tried this place after seeing some good yelp reviews but, disappointed with the taste and quality of food. I tried their daily special Crab cake Eggs benedict with hashbrown, Triple fruit waffle and Fish tacos with pinapple. All are below average. U have many best cafe’s out there in Bothell which are much better than this.Dont get confused with my food pictures. They are good looking and am good at capturing them.

My husband and I went here on a whim for a birthday brunch and we were very impressed. The menu has tons offerings including classics like pancakes/French toast/egg/bacon and fun options like different varieties of French toast, filled crepes, and omelets etc. It was hard to decide what to get because everything sounded amazing.I ordered a half of both the almond crunch French toast and California omelet. It was the best breakfast I have ever eaten. The French toast came with whipped cream and *real* maple syrup. The omelet was my favorite and I’ve been craving it ever since I had it over a week ago! It was light and fluffy with tomatoes, bacon, green onions, cheddar cheese and AVOCADO. It was so delicious.My husband got the cream cheese filled strawberry crepes; I don’t remember what it was called. They were heavenly.This place will definitely be a birthday breakfast tradition for all in our family as well as a regular go to place for delicious food and great service.
Sunday breakfast was outstanding, first time we got in without a wait. Really nice greeter and server (Sarah), tons on the menu to choose from and some with half I had the Migas half-portion w/avocado which was fantastic, and husband had the Jo special which, finally a dish that was too much food for him - Ill post pictures. Big waiting line when we left at 11 a.m.Weve enjoyed a couple dinners and lunches here as we live in the area, but mostly we go for weekend breakfast. Nice and varied menu, never been disappointed.

Out server Rosa got one of our orders wrong.. didnt bother saying anything about it to her, the rude part was a co worker was taking food to another table and she rudely interrupted her to ask about cleaning chairs when she was in the middle of taking care of customers.. food was hot and delicious. The servers are super cool and kind, the service time is regular but the food is so dang good. The pancakes are especially good. But I always go for a Monte Cristo and leave with some pie in hand.
