This location is wonderful. The staff is friendly and kind. The coffee speaks for its self… perfect. In store created beverages are spectacular, but the roasted coffee beans elevate coffee at home to a new level.

I tried a 16 oz coldbrew coffee and it was pretty good.I asked for a light-medium roast drip or pour-over coffee. They didnt have any lighter-roast coffees and at the time were not able to make a pour-over (having had an equipment failure).I was really happy the barista recognized and admitted they didnt have what I was asking for. She had a very pleasant attitude and I really appreciate that. The coldbrew was a good alternative.I drink my coffee black so I can taste and enjoy the coffee. Ill be back to try other coffees at Woods.

Coffee here is amazing. One of the best chain coffee shops I’ve been to. Also - they sell very fresh beans for your home brew. Better than Whidbey, Starbucks, etc. Every drink I’ve tried here so far is top notch. No cutting corners.

Decided to work from this coffee shop for a few hours on a super rainy Fall morning.Got to try a few of their breakfast staples - bagels bites, veggie burrito and avo toast 🥑- everything tasted yummy and was fresh.The team was so nice. They took the time to chat and were always generous with a smile and willingness to serve. Always feels good to feel extra welcomed as a customer.Coffee was great too and so was the chai tea. We stayed nice and cozy on a chilly, wet morning.

Delicious coffee (the medium roast is just right). They also have gluten free breakfast sandwiches and goodies. They were busy when we got there but all of the baristas were warm and welcoming.

I really love Woods Coffee! The staff is always very nice and helpful with questions. Their prices are competitive for the quality that you get. Its a nice change up from other places in getting the same burnt coffee. Plus theyre open inside and have patio seating as well which has been especially great this summer. This is the best spot to get coffee, hands down.

The first time I visited, I was underwhelmed.I gave it another try since people seem to rave about it.The second visit, I ordered a decaf mocha and my daughter ordered her drink. We were in the drive thru.When I got to the window, the woman handed me my daughters drink and then said, heres your decaf latte. I explained that I ordered a mocha, and she apologized and stepped away from the window. No biggie.She came back and told me that it actually was a mocha, just labeled incorrectly. Again, no biggie.As I drove away and took a sip, all I tasted was tepid milk with a trace of coffee flavor. Definitely a latte, and definitely an awful one.And to think I tipped her a dollar. Sheesh.So, I drove to Mercury Coffee just down the road, and got a fabulous mocha. 😊

Great coffee and great atmosphere. Can be a little inconsistent (cant make a drinkable London Fog and have somehow made undrinkable hot tea?????) but great staff, great space, and great coffee. It is my favorite coffee place around. Being a (relatively) local Washington State business who supports local vendors is a huge plus.

The 20oz latte comes with 3 shots that would normally be enough for good taste but mine tasted more to milk than coffee. I requested an additional shot and they gave it to me for free without asking why. I always ordered the same drink in all coffee shops I visit so for this place I do recommend going with 4 shots from the start. Thanks for the great customer service.

Please please train your staff not to overheat the milk and kill the coffee (and my tongue). Disappointing for a premium coffee store.

My absolute favorite coffee shop in Washington. All of the employees are always friendly, the coffee itself is delicious, and they have a variety of alternative milks! (I am personally a fan of oat milk.) They recently released their fall menu, and the maple macchiato did not disappoint. 🙂

Friendly staff, clean, awesome atmosphere (comfortable chairs and fire place), easy parking, safe location, espresso shots were clean tasting and full of flavor in my drink, not a ton of options for products but enough to satisfy any coffee and pastry lover.Purchased some whole beans for my espresso machine at home - looking forward to it.

The coffee was pretty good but tasted different then my usual choice. I tried an avalanche. The person warned me it was a very sweet drink. It really was over-the-top sweet I can normally finish my coffee before I get home this took me the better part of an afternoon. The Almond bear claw was good.

Its nice inside. I like their food options. Theyre often out of bearclaws if you go in the afternoon. The biggest problem is that their drinks are super inconsistent. Id get a spiced apple cider and it is spicy and delicious... Then the next time I have to bring my drink back in because it just tastes like apple juice. My soy dirty chai tasted like mocha and the employee said it was supposed to be that way... My 1st dirty chai ever was spiced well and had a hint of coffee... Not chocolate... so I had to bring THAT drink back in because it was a mocha (pretty sure it had milk in it), not a dirty chai. Every time I bring them back they tend to be argumentative rather than just saying sorry and giving me my proper drink. Out of the 6 times Ive gotten drinks, 3 times I had to park and go get a new drink.

I wish there were more Woods Coffees near me. Such an awesome vibe with very delicious coffee. Ive been going here a lot over the past couple of weeks and I have always been happy. I cant wait to buy some of their swag because it is awesome. Starbucks who? Ill be heading to Woods.

This was my first visit to a Wood’s coffee, and I absolutely loved it. It’s a fantastic chain coffee shop that doesn’t compromise on quality. The atmosphere was great and there was a lot of seating. They offered a large variety of coffee and non-coffee drinks, and their iced latte was incredible. They also sold a lot of decently priced merchandise. Really enjoyed my time here.

Way too sweet. I have had several drinks here and they contained much sugar than I like. It was hard to taste coffee in the mocha though I did get a nice hit of chocolate.

Love this place. Used to live up in Bellingham where Woods is everywhere. When I found out it was moving near where I live now, I was so excited! Their drinks and snacks are absolutely delicious. Way better than Starbucks, in my opinion.

It was my first time at Woods Coffee. I passed by the Bellevue location a lot and never had a chance to stop by. I was on the way home and decided to drive to the Bothell location. Its a really unique coffee shop with friendly staff members. Courtney was super friendly and I had a great interaction with her. The London Fog was fantastic and went well with my cinnamon roll.

Been here two times. Both times wait in the drive through was long. Both times they gave/offered me FREE coffee because of the long waitAny coffee shop in 2019 that has a policy like this has earned my loyalty. Coffee is great tasting and at a fair price as well. Thanks woods coffee!

Lovely place. Accommodating for people who need a friendly place to work. Good coffee and tasty food options. They offer the option to reserve tables for groups, which is awesome!

Good coffee and nice ambiance. The live edge tables and benches add a warmth to the otherwise modern commercial interior design. The coffee is not over roasted and has a good balance of flavor and is a good alternative to Ladro when you want to mix things up.

A Starbucks wanna be. Their beverage making skills could use improvement. Also ordering is awkward, Im probably never going to ask for a giant red wood coffee.

1 star for the coffee, its good once you let it cool down. Its usually to hot to hold even with a sleeve. The people who work there greatly lack in customer service. Not once has someone said a greeting its just a what do you want and then them asking for money. Its not just the lack of appropriate word choice but thier tone makes me feel as though your an inconvenience. Ive gone several times thinking maybe its just a specific girl or maybe they had a bad day but its been a different person everytime so no thanks to this place for me.

Woods makes good coffee... at the other locations. This locations hurries people through the drive thru and is so unfriendly. They cant even be bothered to say hi before yelling your total at you. The coffee is usually hit or miss. They need better training for what customer service, good customer service, entails.

Ambience is pretty good. I really wish them success since there is no local alternative to Starbucks nowadays but the drink I got was flat out inedible. I didnt even bother asking for a remake. It was that terrible.

The service and the friendliness of the entire staff is encouraging for anyone to come again. And all the food and drinks are awesome.

Orders are always on point during week, but dont expect your order to be right or your coffee to taste good on weekend mornings. Espresso shots are pulled too short so your drink tastes watered down.

This is a very clean, nice-looking coffee shop with a diverse variety of drinks other than coffee.

This was a Huge Dissapintment for this particular Woods Coffee fan! The inside harkened nothing of the rustic cabin/den feeling of the other Woods Coffee Houses that I have visited. No real wall decor aaannnd definitely little rockery and wood. The floors stood out like stark cold cement warehouse floors. The, generally fun, Woods Coffee products (shirts, cups, etc.) were all located on a set of shelves secured high on one wall ... at first it looked like a display - not product to purchase. I found the employees rude and short... definitely not looking to smile or engage.Just sad example of Woods Coffee. Obviously trying to grow their chain but at the cost of short changing the world of their warm charm. This location has no Woods Coffee warmth or charm. I wont return to this location.
