I went in to break a $5 bill for change and a beautiful barista was willing to give me change without making a purchase to open her till :)

Nice spacious Starbucks, sharing the wall with QFC. The seating area is pretty good and parking is shared with QFC. Service was quick.

You want the best peppermint hot chocolate, or tasty breakfast sandwiches this is the place to go. Its also convenient because its at my workplace. 😊👍

A lot of my coworkers and I come into this location a lot, today when I came in there was just 1 person in front of me. They were a regular im assuming because of the friendly interactions, and talking about who got in trouble in the office with the boss. Would have been nice if I was paid attention to. After the person left I had to ask if my drink was still not being made. After I asked if they were going to made my drink she made it wrong. After asking to correct it and getting attitude I asked to get a refund. Deangleo the gentleman who handled me at the register threw my money under the plastic covering, gave me the wrong amount back and as the customer told me I should have a better attitude. I dont know what customer service is being taught at this location but really needs to be addressed.

Standard Starbucks. Location can be difficult to get to if on opposite side of road. Service has always been great here.

Good coffee

Super unhappy with my experience here. The clerk was not very friendly and my drinks made are never consistent in flavor. I order simple things, aka vanilla lattes, that are sweet but what i got was watered down coffee that has no sweetness or vanilla flavor. Ive had such a hard time over these past few weeks and this nearly has driven me over the edge. Im sorry Starbucks but you no longer have my trust in your facilities.

The Canyon Park Place store has moved from the side of the QFC to the side of the Washington Federal Savings buildings just a block to the West. And they now have a drive-through at their new home! The old site was a wonderful, friendly, delicious place to visit so I am happy that many of their staff have moved with the store. They now have an even bigger store (which looks great from the outside - cant wait for them to be allowed to open the sit-down-and-enjoy part of the store). They are not inside the Washington Federal Bank - the building is now divided into two sections. There are some new baristas, all of whom have been very friendly, but are still learning some of the technical details. But not for long: Stacie is a great manager and the newbies will soon be not just friendly but also part of the very knowledgeable staff who always make my custom drink perfectly (Venti, White Mocha, 3 shots, 7 pumps White Mocha, No Whip = WONDERFUL!!).

Unlike other Starbucks, this place has a nice older gentleman working the counter. Hes very kind and sweet, and friendly to everyone who goes. Despite my really complicated drink, the staff make it nice and easy. Thanks to having a Starbucks right next to my work!

Love the Starbucks app which makes ordering coffee so easy. I drink their Pike drip coffee and it is always tasty

Great service from a kid named J-dizzle! Not sure why someone would give a 1 star review and not elaborate on why. Its hard for a business to make things better if customers that give bad reviews dont tell you what the problem is.

We had mobile ordered our coffees. One a drip coffee, 10 min before we arrived. We waited almost 20min for the drip, reminded them 3 times, until we showed the mobile confirmation. It would have been faster to wait in line, but who knew when you utilize an efficient method, its really quicker to keep it the old fashion way. Its not the first time this occurrence has happened, so enough with the app if it means not getting rolling eyes everytime you ask for a simple 15second drip coffee.

At Starbucks there are cozy couches by a fire place to sit at and enjoy your coffee. Coffee is OK, lots of parking and good bites.

I have been taking coffee from this place for almost an year and I must say this place has some awesome barrister. They are friendly and provide awesome service. They even remember their customer. First I thought it was just me but later realize that they greet others customer with name too. Great place to have a coffee

A quick stop while grocery shopping. Lots of parking, handicap accessible, recently remodeled. Of course, restrooms are available. This location was not too busy for our visit.

My favorite Starbucks around!! The morning staff are awesome - they all know my name and order even though I dont go in every day. Added bonus - cleanest Starbucks Ive found!Only downfall is that the afternoon staff tends to be slower.

People are nice.! Free internet just for being a customer. Also, there are a lot of tables and soft chairs to sit on. You could fall asleep here!.

Friendly baristas, fast service, and a clean store. Unfortunately, they didn’t carry the Justin’s almond butter, or any vegan spread for my bagel. Aside from not having what I was looking for, it was a good experience.

Standard larger stand-alone Starbucks next to the QFC grocery store here. The drinks and food selection here is exactly what youd expect at a Starbuck. This Starbucks tends to be busy and while it is large and has both comfy chairs and a fireplace, a lot of it is hard table seating and with tile floors and glass walls, it tends to have a lot of reflected noise. Theres a large outdoor seating area, which is nice when its not a Seattle Winter!

Im not a coffee person,I go there when my kids like to have hot chocolate 😋

This place is one of the worst I have ever been to. They constantly have a line out the door, as well as they dont know how to keep drink in order. They also apparently dont know how to calibrate their machines, as this place has the weakest shots. I do have to say, the ladies on the night shift are a lot better than those who work the morning/early afternoon. I WILL NOT be going back during the mornings.

3 stars for the coffee. 0 star for the employee who was serving today 8/7 around 6.45pm. She was not wearing a name tag so I couldnt know what her name is. She looked like she had a rough day, no smile, no emotion, rushed me while i was still looking more item to buy. I felt like i was begging her for drinks. I was trying to see on Starbucks website if they have something like a survey for customers to review the service but nothing could be found. It is strange.

This starbucks is consistently slow on there orders with at least 10 people waiting at a time.

Delicious food and usually very kind workers. The only problem Ive ever had with Starbucks are is the expenses. Everything is very expensive, but its almost all the way worth it.

The only thing I dont like is they dont except ebt because they are not a part of qfc.

This is our regular Starbucks. Offers the usual coffee and pastry choices. Also allows customers to order their food and beverages using the mobile app ahead of time, so that they can quickly pick up the food when they arrive. This location is located within the QFC store and does not offer drive thru service.

I come to Starbucks alot for friendly service and when I need a strong cup of coffee.

Elysia did a great job with explaining the differences is styles and was very kind and helpful definitely recommend this Starbucks.

Easily one of the nicest starbucks Ive ever been to. the one near the pier in Santa Barbara and the one across from the entrance to Universal studios in orlando are nicer, but not by much. I only wish there were more stuffed chairs./

I really LOVED it, but just wanted to get your attention, and let you all know, the Google Map shows the wrong street address to Starbucks in Bothell next to QFC Store at corner of 228th St SE and Bothell-Everett Hwy. The address should read 22833, but is shown as 223833. Can someone please have this corrected?

Was not a great experience today. Service was super slow - to order a single triple shot latte took about 10 - 15 minutes. Probably because they had a trainee taking orders. They also screwed up my order, so double check before you leave. I was already driving when I figured it out. Normally small mistakes is not a big deal but what they made - smelled funny - all those syrup pumps of stuff. Anyway returned, but still had to stay in line. Waste of time. In hindsight should have just dump the drink ;)

Friendly service, good americano in a reasonable time.

Today when I went in to order coffee I requested it to be steamed to 125 degrees and when I took a drink of it it burned my mouth. The girl who wrote on the cup put 225 degrees. When I went back in the remade my drink but did not apologize for burning my mouth nor did they compensate me in any way. Extremely disappointed in the employees of Starbucks today. My mouth is still burnt 5 hours later.

Terrible experience. I’ve been going to this starbucks for many years now but yesterday there was a new girl, I think her name was Sammy. She was very unpleasant, perhaps a bad day? I hope so. Bad customer service by her.
