Loved this show room.I traveled up from Seattle to Bothell/Kirkland to look for hardwood flooring which seems to have much more options. I walked in and the staff was there to greet you. They seemed very friendly, I didnt get a chance to speak with them as it was a quick trip. It was great that they dont require appointments just to take a look.Loved all the options I saw. Large showroom with flooring, tile, backsplash, door handle and other options. I enjoyed that they had fully assembled cabinets and kitchens to show.10/10, would definitely come back!

We have had a great experience working with Eric for our remodel project from flooring, tile, sinks, faucets, door knobs, etc. He responds quickly to any questions we have regarding quotes, products and orders. Eric has provided excellent customer service and a lot a patience. We were able to take many samples home to make our decisions. Also the contractors/installers they have recommended are on time, courteous and pay attention to detail.

ProSource has been our go to company for all things floor covering, countertops and more for some time. Fortunately for us, they were originally recommended to us by our floor installer as well as a friend. Their selection of products is the best! We especially have enjoyed working with Eric Jorgenson and appreciate his expertise and patience. Most recently there was an issue with a countertop fabrication. Eric made sure things were corrected and was most helpful in assisting us get the outcome we desired. Thanks and Well done ProSource! We will be back!

I was referred to ProSource, and I have been so happy with the referral. They have an incredible selection of carpet (and other furnishings), and the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable! The pricing is competitive and they helped us find an installer as well. Thank you ProSource!

We are so glad we found ProSource Flooring! They have come through big time for us. We have had the privelege of working with Eric Jorgenson there. He patiently and diligently helped us find the exact engineered wood flooring and carpet we wanted for our new house remodel at the lowest price we could find. Then we introduced him to a family member and he was able to set them up with flooring for their remodel as well, again at amazing prices. If you are looking for great flooring products and you want to work with great people head to ProSource, they can get anything out there at the best price.

If you are considering some remodeling in your home, go to ProSource of Seattle and ask for Eric. I just finished up removing about 1200 sq ft of carpet and replaced with new carpet and hardwood flooring. I wanted to be sure the new flooring matched the existing cabinets, countertops and walls in my home. Eric helped me choose the new carpet and wood floors and I couldnt be happier with the end result! Excellent customer service and best value for the $$.

This is a great place to go look at samples of many remodeling color and style choices... Pretty much everything except for paint. Flooring of every type, countertops, cabinets, and lots of tiles. They dont have a huge variety of all things, but there will be plenty there to compare and refine your thoughts on what youre looking for, and how youre favorites will look with the other components.

This is the absolute worst customer service and company I have ever engaged with. Please save your money and go somewhere else. They took measurements for our custom order, took our money, and the cabinet doors that we received did not fit. Then, we went back and they suggested that we need to buy an extension, and even with that, they still did not fit. Then, we called them close to 10 times and they lied and lied, and never allowed us to speak to the manager, Scott, who apparently is so busy that we could not even make an appointment to speak to. I am in shock. Not worth your time or nerves. This is not the way to handle business. They do not take fault for mistakes they have made, and do not even try to make it right to the customer. They take the money and that is clearly all they care about. To us, it is not about the money - it is about the principle. Thank you, Mandy, Carol, and Scott. Well done!Update:In order to get this resolved, I had to escalate to their corporate office, since ProSource is a franchise. I spoke to Rachel, who was super understanding, responsive, and helpful. She was able to quickly connect to Scott and proposed a solution to the issue. Thank you!

Do not use these people. They are not customer service centric, in my experience, they are the opposite. My wife and I bought 1 package of flooring with a project start date a week away. The sales guy, Eric, said we were good to go and that it only takes a day or two to get from their warehouse to the store. Days go by and we hear nothing from them. Now it is the day before the project starts and my wife emails them to see what is up. Eric, said he had order it and will look into it. A couple hours later and Eric says that they cant pick it up, but if we want to, we can drive to Tukwila and pick it up. Since it was one day before our project was to start we decided to drive down and pick it up. While we were there I asked the warehouse people when this order was placed, and wouldnt you know it, it was placed that same day a few hours ago...We called and emailed Scott (supposedly some manager over there) he ducked our calls and never replied to any emails. Even when I called they said he wasnt there or Helping a customer on the floor - those employees really shield that Scott guy from ever talking to an upset customer...Fast forward through the end of the project and it turns out we didnt need that flooring. So I did what anyone would do, I attempted to return the unopened, unused, still in the manufactures box, flooring to Pro Source. They charged me a restocking fee they also charged me a return to the warehouse fee and when all was said and done, I got a very generous $58 from my $137.99 purchase price. So I called and spoke with Mandy (claims manager....lol) I said that there company didnt order it on time, I had to go and pick it up and I dropped off the sealed, unused product and I want a full refund less some fees. I told her I would be happy with $80. As I said SIRRRRR... You could tell she has no customer service skills at all. So I clearly laid it out for her. I told her that she is to refund more or I will dispute the charge with my bank and they will lose even more, if she was unable to meet me half way. She chose the latter so I filed the dispute with my bank....how stupid....What a terrible business decision. The company could make the customer happy by refunding $80 that way they still have some of my money for fees but instead, they decided to lose all $137.99 because the claims manager is too stubborn or stupid to understand simple math.Avoid!!!!!!

We purchased a complete kitchen cabinet package, high end. ProSource was quick to collect our money and poor on service. They were not there when we needed them to fix our issues. The factory came to the rescue and supplied all our needs in a very timely manner with good communication and eliminated dealer.I will not use ProSource again.

I purchased a vinyl flooring product for use in 4 rooms of a residence. The salesperson assured me of its bulletproof quality. When it failed in the first room (buckling, shrinking) they and the manufacturer claimed it was due to direct sunlight. Hello! Houses have windows, and floors get sunlight. When it failed in the other 3 interior rooms (none of which get direct sun) they blamed it on the installer (whom they recommended) and the subfloor not being flat (simply not true). Prosource Bothell will not back up this product which has a 15 year warranty. I would never recommend them.

I worked with Kyle Haberkorn for my large amount (153 boxes) hardwood purchase and the process is very smooth. The price is competitive and wood quality is good. There were several boxes damaged in transport and Kyle helped me to get the replacement very fast. I made a mistake on measuring my house and caused many boxes remaining. Kyle also helped me to start the return process and negotiated the shipping and restocking fee with vendor for me. Im very happy with the business with Kyle and he is always on my side to help on everything. Highly recommended.

Back in October 2016 I pouched kitchen back splash. Be told that I can return the extras within 30 days if the packaging hasn’t been open yet.I did have some items in the original condition which returned them to pro source. I got the recipe for my returns, on December 6th 2016. Since then I have been send them several emails and phone calls regards the refund, Today is January 27 2017 and I haven not received refund yet.You just make your own judgment.I would not recommend them at all. Do some research and you can find some bigger and better construction suppliers for much cheaper price in south Seattle.
