I was in there this morning and Jodi helped me out!! She is very knowledgeable of the products in the store, but also had a really good attitude with me during my shopping experience today!!! Bad service ever. They cost $22.62 for a gallon of aceton(nails polish remover) . That too costly for regular stuff. It cost tripple than normal supply. The lady work there was so rule. She was totally unhelpful. And keeping ask about license even i show her license i am owner at the nails salon. Not recommend for buying stuff here.

Small, limited, everythingEverytime Ive gone, the sales associates seems very strange and out of it. None the less, happy that some of my products are accessible in Bothell.

I have been going to this cosmoprof for a few years and today was one of the worst customer service experiences Ive ever had. About 8 months ago I lost my cosmoprof card and one of the staff called customer service to obtain my card number, I had to verify all my information and she wrote it down on paper and instructed me to keep it until I get my real card in the mail so I can make purchases. Over the course of 8 months I never received a card in the mail and called customer service three times to verify my apt number on my address. So today I walked into the Bothell location and saw a lady Ive never seen before at the counter. I went to check out and explained to her the situation with my card and handed her the paper with my number on it which I had been doing for the last 8 months. She proceeded to ring me up and I paid for the items. I then asked her for the piece of paper back with my card number on it and she said nope you cant have this back I asked why and what is she talking about? She said she had to call customer service to verify who I am and I cant use a piece of paper anymore, keep in mind she just rung me up and let me purchase items. I told her customer service is the one who GAVE me the number and doesnt her system show my name when she enters the card number? She said no it doesnt tell her anything. Then she mentions they can look you up with your phone number if you dont have a card to make a purchase...so let me get this straight...if I can just use my phone number then I dont necessarily need a card number, but your refusing to give me my card number on the piece of paper back why? It makes no logical sense and she kept contradicting herself. Extremely rude, unprofessional, and uncalled for. I basically felt picked on and violated that someone had the audacity to not give something that is in my possession back to me that had also my full name and other information on it. If i could I would have came back behind the counter and grabbed it from her. FYI she is the obviously unqualified manager there and Ive made sure to file a complaint with their district manager through customer service.

I have been going to cosmoprof for years. It’s not convenient to get to, I purchase supplies so my sister can color my hair when in town, I use her card with her permission. Until an experience about three months ago. I had over $100 of product. One girl was all set to process my order but another said I was not allowed to use my sister’s card. Even already Had my sister on the phone giving her ok, Went home really frustrated. Discovered I could get exact same supplies on amazon cheaper. So win-win for me since it’s more convenient too. But I wonder how much business the snotty clerk is costing Cosmoprof.
