Ordered from the online store customer service is wonderful! Only complaint is the stuff I ordered just to fill it to give it the free shipping shipped before the stuff I actually needed but I understand they ship from different locations . So other than that awesome place to order from 5 star customer service tho great job guys!

Got there in the middle of the day and encountered a sign back at 2pm. Waited around for 10 minutes.Bought some Tobacco flavored juice. I guess they custom make it? Really gross tasting. Maybe Im just used to my own brand? Might give them a second chance.

Horrible - HORRIBLE experience - I can see why the ratings here are so low compared to other stores!Rude entire interaction from trying to make a purchase to them selling crystal pipes that were from a fake site. They even refused to admit it after being shown the source in person who confirmed a sale to them.

Best place for smoking accessories and hip new urban apparel. One stop shop for everything you could need. The store is beautifully laid out. The owner and workers are friendly and go out of their way to make sure you get what you need. The store is fresh and new, not one of those hole in the wall places. Even if they dont have something they are willing to order it for you. You can get all your hookah supplies there also. I forgot to mention all this at great prices. Will definitely be coming back here for my clothes and smoking essentials.

The space is inviting which really matters to me. The location is accessible by public transit and also offers street parking. The shop is in a beautiful area with lots of other great things to do so I like to stop in when I am en route to the grocery store, dinner with friends, or on my way to a doctors appointment.

Scam, paid 90.00$ for a glass pipe wasn’t refunded any money and it took a week and a half for them to tell me the factory said it was sold out. Great customer service if you didn’t rob me, gave u the star for that n that alone b

Visited on two different occasions. The first time the owner was not helpful, friendly and basically told me to go somewhere else to find what I was looking for. Because the shop is near work, I visited the shop for the second and last time. Again the “owner” was not helpful nor friendly. I left feeling like, I was not welcomed and my business not wanted. I give the shop 1 star for the location, which is very convenient to my work but the service & satisfaction is a 0-not on point.

The inconsistent people of knowledge working at the shop, one day there’s someone there with knowledge about the products and the next there isn’t. Worst of all the prices . When you don’t shop around you won’t realize how over priced this shop is. Once they address these issues they’ll be so much better

Not really friendly staff and all there pipes were 300% marked up... Selling something that a store purchased for $5 for $25 is kinda wrong. so theres really nothing wrong with my review. i am allowed to have an opinion. feel free to reach out to google. but fact is i was unhappy with my service and your prices. which for Chinese made pipes the mark up was greed.

Ordered something but it was sent back do to my mail man was keeping in contact with someone from the company at first they was nice and told me they will be sending it right back its been two weeks since I still havent received the product or my money back and the company has stopped responding to me Ima take my money as a lost but this is horrible place to do business with!!!

This place is amazing, the ambiance, the staff .... EVERYTHING. I like to call it IKEA for smokers, if you can think of needing it I bet they have it. If you havent been, I highly recommend it and I barely make recommendations

Huge markup and they dont know their products- had to explain what a 18650 battery was by listing mods that take it, only to find they lied to me on the phone and in person about the batteries being charged. Friendly enough and conveniently located for the area if you really need something, otherwise, dont waste your money.

I love these guys, they are all really cool and the store is really nice. They have a nice selection of apparel, sneakers, glass, and more. Its everything I could ever imagine in a smoke shop!

Called the place simply to ask questions if they have item in stock, person on the phone with deep voice didn’t even wanna answer my questions and told me to call back hours later for simple availability questions. Not gonna step 1 foot in there.

Absolutely amazing staff and products! I bought a vape a few weeks ago and my vape stopped working so I brought it back to see if they could figure put what was wrong. When they couldnt, they gave me another one because the product was supposed to be reliable and stopped working and they tested a few fixes to no avail. Highly recommended!
