This was the first time going to the UPS store. I walked in and barely had to wait in line. Both Victor and Geo were very friendly and professional. They sent out my and even gave me a cover sheet. The whole process was simple and super quick. If I ever need a fax service or anything else I will make sure to go to this location! I thought the ordeal was going to be long and boring, well it was quite the opposite. The ambience was welcoming. Keep up the great work 😊

Just mailed off a package here and was so blown away by the great customer service I received that I cant focus on anything else until I write a review. Due to the unfortunate circumstances of our current times, many people are understandably a little down so its refreshing to see someone bringing a positive attitude. Thats exactly what Victor did during my interaction with him on this crisp Boston NYE. He was smiling, kind, and explained things to me very well. If I were his boss, I sure would give him a raise! 5/5 dentists recommend this UPS Store.

The printing service is a low key ripoff. The staff let me struggle to figure out the ridiculously user unfriendly system while I was charged per minute. Eventually I paid for printing nothing. Great job UPS.

The place was clean and presentable but what I dont understand is that they have a lyft for those who are disabled; however, they never used it at all. The last time I visited the lyft was used to store boxes. This forced me to walk up the stairs even though I have stability issues. The environment was pleasant. The cashier was a little bit distracted and wasnt able to fully multi-task. He forgot that I was there 🤣. I had to remind him by saying hello, Im still waiting. If I really didnt need to have my documents mailed off I would have used another delivery service. The cashier kept asking me repeatly about the information on the the documents that I was mailing. I felt he was listening because their is a difference between active listening and thinking that you listening. All and all, I wasnt annoyed or upset. I really found it amazing and cute that such a professional business doesnt assist the disabled. I will say if you are disabled I would rethink going to this location if you are by yourself. If you must go yell from the bottom of the steps that you need help! Youll for certain look unprofessional but if there is no other way to get assistance then you must raise your voice to be heard for assistance to be serviced to you at the level your on. Have a bless day everyone. This is an essential business and their must be some changes at this point.

Very helpful in getting a package shipped last minute - they were closed due to reduced COVID hours but allowed me to come in and print/ship what I needed to (with proper social distancing and safety, of course). Thanks to Victor and Kymani for their help! Service was quick and easy!

Terrible service and old/trashy location. The guy behind the counter was listening to his podcast on loudspeaker for some reason, not like any employee behavior I have seen before. Store location is convenient but its very messy, exposed wiring, old computer (for printing) and chairs. Find a different location if you want an easier and better experience. Not good enough considering most Fedex locations in boston are cleaner, bigger and have better customer service (they also have convenient locations!).P.S. No, Im not a Fedex employee.

Nightmare Experience - I paid for overnight shipping to Toronto and was promised delivery in 1 Business Day. It ended up taking over 5 days (3 business days) and was told the delay was because this UPS store packaged it incorrectly, shipped it as an item instead of a document, and had the incorrect amount for the total customs value.This mishap resulted with the recipient missing their flight back to the US.I went into the store to talk about a refund and instead of helping, they gave me a card and told me to email the store. Ive sent an email/follow up emails the last several days and have received NO RESPONSE.I am looking for a complete refund as the services promised were not delivered.I would NOT recommend this location to anyone in the area.

I showed up with a bunch of disorganized packages and this friendly gentleman, Victor, took care of me. He was patient and friendly and answered all of my questions and went the extra mile for sure. He also managed to do so while a dozen other customers were coming in and out and he was the only person in the entire store! He made my day, thanks Victor!

Outstanding customer service. I got to the store 10 minutes before they closed but the employee who helped me, Germaine, was extremely patient and helpful. He helped me understand the process and helped me save money by consolidating what I shipped. He ended up staying 20 minutes past closing time, and never once took a shortcut when getting my stuff ready to be shipped. People like that should get promoted.

I went to this store to ship a prepaid item that needed a strip of tape. The staff told me I had two options to buy some tape or make a donation to charity for a strip of tape. I told them I dont like those options and the woman behind the counter saluted me as if to tell me to head out. Great company.

So a gentlemen Brad helped me out ( got his name off my receipt ) .HE WAS AMAZING .. he was super helpful .. I have never returned anything before he was really nice and helpful .. my son liked the bubble wrap as all kids do .. so brad went in back and got him some to play with and even more to play with when we left for the road:) was in there for 2 minutes at the most .. very good customer service :)

This UPS store really went above and beyond! I lost the tracking receipt for a package I needed to send; an employee and manager really went digging, found the tracking number, and were able to explain to me exactly what happened with this package. Highly recommend!

This is the best UPS location in the city because of Jermaine. Not only is he friendly and extremely helpful, he is the model of efficiency and a master multi-tasker. I am there alot to drop off packages and he is always working - Jermaine deserves a raise and a bonus!

Ali saved the day. He was solo and helped several customers while we were there and STILL saved the day. We had to print documents and within 30 minutes. The computer for customers printing was acting up - badly. Ali went above and beyond to juggle our issues and all of the other customers. He used some other equipment and was able to print out our documents successfully. Most importantly, he was very positive and remained calm through the whole process. THANK YOU!!!

Not great experience today. I brought a very big box as part of paid return by Amazon (not due to my fault). I noticed that it was opened on one side. Kindly ask the men there to lend me some celo tape to close it. He said that it is only for the Customers who pay to send something through them, not if Amazon organized it. He said that I cccou buy a cello tape. I had no wallet with me. It was a miracle that I managed to drag this box to the UPS store.He had plenty of cello on the back that could lend me. The box was heavy. I left it and came back with the cello.It is a shame that someone couldnt give a random act of kindness. Poor customer services for sure. If I can, I wont come vacb there!

Went to the store at 6:49pm on a Tuesday to drop off a Comcast cable box for return. Was told in a very rude tone by the lone employee in the store that they were done with new business for the day, and I would need to come back tomorrow morning. Keep in mind the store is a little out of the way for me, and I rushed to try and get to the store before closing. I then asked if the store closed at 7pm, as the website and sign in the front door states. The employee responded with a yes, but no new business is processed after 6:45. After visibly seeing I was not happy about this illogical response, the employee stated, you can take my name and number and give it to whoever tomorrow morning, but were done processing business today. As opposed to giving the employee a much deserved earful about how ridiculous this was, and the fact the guy was a complete jerk, I decided to leave and file a formal complaint with UPS. I get that there are rules in the commercial world, and sometimes we as customers may not like those rules, but nowhere in this particular UPS stores stated literature does it state they stop serving customers at 6:45pm. Tell me how closing to the public at 7pm, however not taking any new business after 6:45 makes any sense? I left the store and immediately called the UPS Customer Service line. In the 10 minutes it took me to connect to an agent over the phone I saw that same employee lock the store at 6:53pm. Upon getting in contact with an agent I was told this was a franchise store, and therefore UPS Corporate could not dictate certain policies to this store. I get how the franchise game works, so I get how UPS Corporates hands are tied in this particular instance. That said, I have 2 recommendations for the owner of this store: 1) If what the employee said is indeed true, then publicly state that is the case so youre employee isnt left to explain away what is in fact a ridiculous policy. Might just be easier to close at 6:45 if youre not going to accept new business beyond that. 2) Even if the policy is indeed true the employee needs to be trained and/or reprimanded for poor customer service. He had a terrible attitude, clearly had no willingness to help a customer, and quite frankly did not represent your business in a way I would personally want a business of mine to be represented.

The staff sucks! Literally, the worst people you can deal with. I see that I am not the only one who thinks that way. One of them named Allen, did not take my prepaid shipment in the box that they had delivered to my place. He tried to sell me box for $6.99. When I didnt want to buy it and explained him it was in its shipment box, he didnt listen to me. Was very unprofessional! I dont really understand why a company like UPS would employee people like him. I would never go to this store again!

I went to get a form notarized, and the man there said he couldnt notarize it, but that was before he charged me to make an extra copy and buy a sharpie pen because they have a two dollar credit limit. I basically went in and paid for their mistake but hey, at least I walked out with a sharpie. Horrible. Dont go here.

Apparently management lets these people clothes whatever time they want. I rushed to get over there before closing time and made it a few minutes before but they had already locked the door. Open hours means your doors are open until youre closed.
