Great experience. Fiona is an amazing stylist who made me feel comfortable and heard while looking for new bras. Typically I hear a lot of this is the best fit we can find when shopping and just kind of live with it. Fiona made sure every piece worked for me, from the fit to the color.The only issue I had was with the online scheduling portal. Make sure to check the store hours as the portal will let you schedule outside of their in-person hours. Not necessarily the stores fault, as I think it is a company wide system.

I was lucky enough to wander into this store while trying to put together a non-traditional outfit for a wedding. Fiona greeting my partner and I so warmly! She was so professional and kind. She sized me in a snap and found the perfect bra for the outfit right away. Ive experienced a lot of insecurity around lingerie shopping (as so many of us have!), but this was a complete 180. This is the best experience!! I wont go anywhere else now. Connie made me feel very comfortable and relaxed the entire time and was super knowledgable about every fit and style. The quality of bras here is amazing - I never knew this level of comfort existed. They are a bit pricey but I think it is worth it ; every woman deserves an experience like this!

I am 82 and wanted to be fitted to buy a new bra. They told me they don’t do fitting and that theyDon’t have my size.(too small).It took a lot of effort to find their store after I saw their ad and I was quite upset.I was referred to Macy’s.

The personnel were extremely kind, respectful and professional—have twice helped me find the best bras for me. I will be going again this year.Not cheap, but worth it.

I had a great experience for my first time here. I was helped by Connie was very attentive and made sure she took the time to look at the fit and finding the right styles in my price range. I have never had a fitting quite like this and was very pleased with the experience and my purchase. I will be definitely coming back again.

I was very disappointed with the service here. The store has fabulous products, but the sales associates seem like they could benefit from more training. I would recommend shopping online or visiting another location. I paid for an expensive item to be shipped to me because it was not available in store, and the employees forgot to place the order. It was a hassle and not worth my while to figure out. Do not recommend this location.

I was running lste for my appointment and they were still able to accommodate me. Their selection was was great, so much to choose from, and the quality of the merchandise is outstanding. Great customer service. Will definitely go back next time I am in town.

I only buy my bras here... for someone with my size they provide everything I need and I absolutely love them for it. The bras are on the pricier side for sure but they are very good quality, very comfortable and the service when buying them is so fantastic!

I have been a customer for 5 or 6 years now and recently moved to Arizona. I no longer have a Rigby and Peller near me. However, when a needed some new bras, I knew I could call Maria. My size had changed after gaining some weight and I needed her to talk me through what size I should order. I described how my previous bras were fitting and she suggested a new size. She also suggested a new style based on what she knows about my preferences. Sight unseen, and without trying them on, I ordered 3 bras. Not only are they beautiful, but they fit perfectly!! Maria is not only an expert and extremely professional, but she gets personal and listens for your needs rather than just trying to make a sale. I for one will never go back to buying inexpensive bras. The service at Rigby and Peller is too personalized, trustworthy, non-judgemental, and amazing to ever go anywhere else.

I used to love shopping there I am a hard fit and they had the biggest selection I could pick from because they could fix the sizes to fit me. Unfortunately theyve gone downhill theyre expensive and they wont give you the best fit anymore. Im left with one bra because you have to pay extra at a different place to get its size the way you need it and its not guarantee that the person will actually do a good job. Its just more money on top of a 200$. Im very Disappointed in this company.

The last time I was fitted was years ago especially because other stores made me feel uncomfortable about my bra size. Rigby & Peller did an amazing job of picking out bras that fit me properly and I felt comfortable in! I never knew I could love a bra as much as the ones I went home with. They fit me so well and are incredibly high quality. I know that Ill be going back regularly to buy my new favorite bra every season when a new color is released.I HIGHLY recommend this as a boutique to buy bras from. Yes, it is more expensive that victorias secret or aerie, but the fit is incredible and the employees are all lovely as well!

I had been putting off getting refitted for a while, after a series of off putting attempts at a mass retailer. I’m so glad I went here! I’ve never had a fitting experience like this (more akin to a high end hair salon than a mall shop). I will happily return to finish stocking up on all of the wonderful options I was presented with here.

Great product offering and excellent customer service. This boutique carries over 90 sizes and is expertly trained to fit by eye. I was so impressed with the service I received and will be a client for life!

They absolutely have the best lingerie you can buy and generally knowledgeable and helpful saleswoman. I wish they had more sales or regularly discounted the very expensive brands they carry.
