The company is owned by Mike whom I got to meet along with his dad when they came to my house to mount two television units.They did an excellent job and ensured that both TVs were properly mounted, aligned, and placed at the ideal height. I appreciated the clean-up effort after the job as well.Mikes very personable, professional, easy-going... and honest. He actually quoted me $100 more and reduced his price when he realized the job was less complicated than originally communicated.Im completely satisfied and would highly recommend him and his team.

This company has a pattern of ghosting of its customers. With the high volume of positive reviews, I made the mistake of not looking at the 1-star reviews until it happened to me:I was looking to have an outlet installed behind my wall-mounted television to avoid visible wires, and I needed to have it done during one of my rare days off. When I called Petraglia and spoke with Mike, he gave me a reasonable pricing estimate and said that he should have availability on the day in question, later the same week. He told me to text him my information to proceed with scheduling. Several days went by, and Mike was minimally responsive, sending occasional short, noncommittal texts but never confirming a date and time. When I straight-out said that it was okay if he was not available but I would want to look elsewhere for service, he finally responded that the date would work but again failed to respond with a time or time range when asked. After several days of this frustrating and unprofessional scheduling process, Mike proposed a 1-hour time range which I promptly agreed to, and then I never heard from him again. I spent my day off waiting around and Petraglia services never showed up. They never called or sent any messages for cancellation, nor did they respond to any of my messages or phone calls. Before posting this review, I even sent Mike a message asking if there had been some sort of misunderstanding. Still nothing.My day came and went, and not only did Petraglia fail to do the job they agreed to do, but they completely wasted my time and essentially prevented me from booking someone more reliable for the same time period. If you value your time, please look elsewhere for service. If you decide to try Petraglia but find that they are not committing to an appointment time in a prompt manner, please do not show them the patience and courtesy I did -- it is a clear sign that you should look elsewhere. Petraglia is not a reliable or professional company.

We could not be happier with the way our TV looks now thats mounted! Mike was timely, professional, and super efficient. The process took around 15 minutes and everything looks AMAZING! Will be using these guys again in the future.

I requested a quote to wall mount a TV. On call the guy mentioned $150 for standard mounting and then on SMS asked $375 for wiring and stuff I already had. Not at all professional. I do not recommend them.Edit after reading the Response - Unfair to say that I verbally abused when I was only asking for reason of the high price they were asking. There was no mention of in wall wiring. I only asked for wire concealing. That too was just an ask and not the final deal. Without even knowing what kind of HDMI cords I have (Which by the way came along with the TV) they concluded the HDMI cords would not work. They are right that I mentioned about bad reviews because of the kind of service they provided on text. The time they took to reply on the review shows how much they care about reviews but not provide actual customer service.

I just recently moved to Winthrop. I went to Best Buy and purchased a 70” screen television plus service to install the new TV and 2 others. We set a date for delivery and service and Best Buy never showed. They never gave a reason. I tried for days to get answers and they seemed not to care. So I cancelled my $1600.00 order and again they didn’t care.A friend of mine gave me Petraglia Services phone number and Mike Petraglia was literally at my house within 15 minutes of hanging up with him. He wanted to see what the job would entail.I purchased a TV at a local business and Mike actually picked it up for me.He came to my house installed the new TV and 2 others. I dont write many reviews but when someones work is this professional I want to let it be known. I called Mike and told him I needed my TV hung ASAP (this was on a Wednesday) he said he booked all week but would be willing to come out on a Sunday so it would get done on time. He showed up fully prepared in a professional work truck and was completely organized from tools to set up. Mike put wall and floor protectors down, went over the whole game plan and make sure I was happy with the hight of the TV. The clean work and end product was more than I could ask for! Mike did an incredible job. We called him to remove an electric baseboard heater, and install some new outlets in our mudroom. Throughout the weekend two weeks ago, I tried to text him and keep him updated with what my apartments looked like, and tried to confirm with him whether he is available to do the job or not. He never responded. On Wednesday, he did not show up again. I was very angry and told him I would change to another electrician if he still does not respond (of course I shouldve changed back then). It was such a mistake to trust him again because he send me a whole long message of apologies and said he can do it today. So now here I am, 8 am in the morning, called him 7 times, NO RESPONSE.

Mike does great work. He mounted 3 TVs for me, and I plan on using him for future handyman work. Hes always responsive and professional.I would recommend him to anyone!

After our main breaker to our condo unit malfunctioned the night before New Years Eve we were left without electricity or heat with temperatures in the single digits. We found Petraglia Services through Google and left a message close to midnight- Mike got back to us first thing the next morning and after hearing what was going on was at our home within 30 minutes. He was able to fix our problem, having to return to Home Depot twice as a second breaker malfunctioned. He went above and beyond to help us and we are incredibly grateful! We would highly recommend him and found him to be knowledgable, reasonable, and friendly. We cannot thank him enough!
