I came in close to closing on Monday. The woman at the dispensary was really knowledgeable about cannabis and I got what I was looking for, in fact I was surprised on how much she knows in terms on different strains. I also recieved very good customer service from her. I will definitely be coming back and will tell my friends as well.

Great customer service and the flower quality is top notch. The strains are also not your typical generic selection the one strain effects amazing and great genetics. Will be back ASAP. Also new patient deal is great and parking credit (10$) every month off because no on site parking and they also look out for financial hardship with 15% off which is huge.

My experience today was a good one. This location just became recreational! 🥳 Very friendly staff and a nice selection. The budtender made some great suggestions and I think happy with my choices.The one thing that rubbed me the wrong way was that after completing a $100+ order, we decided to purchase an additional item and were made to meet a $35 cash minimum? This wasnt expressed to us before hand and I have never had to meet a minimum for cash before, so it caught me off guard. Other than that, it was a nice visit.

Been visiting this place for a few years and it’s my dispensary of choice. Always good customer service and never had any issues. There is a review telling vets to stay away. Really? Your “bad” experience doesn’t speak for all of us. You sound like an entitled child who has issues with companies following the rules if it negatively impacts you. Find me another dispensary that gives veteran discounts as generous as patriot care. I LOVE the yin yang cbd strain and glad this is always on the menu. I only wish that they kept 1:1 or 2:1 edibles as often as they keep this strain because they are just as good. Keep up the good work.

Medical Patients and recreational users - Be aware that if you don’t have your corresponding ids they don’t accept your medical privileges.Example: Have an out of state drivers license to correspond with your medical ID they turn you away but you’re welcome to use their recreational door at a nice tax-achusetts 20% taxes and fees. Yeah, no.No need for anyone to care about your establishment given so many other providers in the state.I’m sure the owner is going to reply state policy says X, Y, Z and none of the other establishments in the Boston area enforce it or they view it as reciprocity to medical patients and allow you to still continue with your purchase - so the lesson to learn is to take care of your patients because they’ll go elsewhere.Vets stay away as well they don’t care. Shame on you Patriot Care / and rename your storefront to Don’t care.Truth be told, these businesses operate under the same exact system and a friend of mine is a VP at another well-known cannabis umbrella and used to work at Sira Naturals (ultimately operates this store front) yet you’re too lazy to verify Mr: Manager - your loss and the public’s gain to know how you really treat your patients.Not fake news or bitter about it just sharing for public knowledge. $35 cash minimum is lame. Been to 3 other dispensaries in Boston & no one else does this. Also, know what you want before going & pre-order or youll get up sold. Door staff were friendly at least but I wont be going back unless they get rid of the cash minimum.

Frequent this location quite often. Staff is always very friendly and if you have questions they are very knowledgeable. They also give you $10 off twice a month just for visiting. I really enjoy their indica dominant strains when they are available. Their paradise circus is also a very tasty strain.

Patriot Care has recently redeemed itself as it is not always sold out of their product like the past few months.They do have some good indica + hybrid dominant products as well as offer bundle backs of prerolls. They have limited sativa options usually.Word to the wise, DO NOT sign up for their Platinum rewards program. There is no other perk besides the 1/16th month really. It never developed into anything worth the money. It’s more of a pain to go every month to get your cannabis.The majority of their budtenders are knowledgeable about their line of productsSPECIAL OFFER: $3 for 1/16th or save $15 off a $20+ edible2 x $10 transportation credits each month to apply towards your purchase

I cant say enough for the patience, discretion and helpfulness I received at Patriot Care. The guy who helped me spent a lot of time choosing the products that were most likely to treat my symptoms, explained the differences between them, all while working within my financial budget. I was nervous, as social distancing and masks make it necessary to speak more loudly, but I saw no judgment from any staff member (speaking of which, I was there long enough to see every patient treated with kindness and respect). I felt good about my purchases, and good about getting my medicine at Patriot Boston. If you use medical cannabis, I wholeheartedly recommend Patriot Care.

Patriot Car is a good dispensary very conveniently placed in downtown Boston. They have a nice variety of strains if youre there for flower, or if youd like to try any other cannabis products they have a good selection on that as well. The staff is friendly and helpful. My big critique however is they stopped selling anything smaller than 1/8 for 50 dollars. I used to be a regular but now I cant go as much as 50 minimum every visit isnt the most cost friendly option.

I always love going to this dispensary. The staff is so helpful and friendly, as well as highly capable in assisting you with finding the proper cannabis strains that would work best for you. As for the strains they have, they are nearly always very high quality and potency, and have a wide variety of various other methods for ingesting cannabis (edibles, salves, concentrates, etc.)

There was one staff member I noticed who copped an attitude with with another client. It was extremely unprofessional and ruined my entire experience. If your staff is having a bad day, they should know bot to let it affect their daily work. This male worker was older with long brown hair who seemed to care less about his professional character.

This place has good bud and great service

This is a top notch dispensary with great selection. Lots of top shelf strains, fresh and sticky as opposed to dried out at some other places (in order to increase the THC level, the less water the higher the THC %). They give discounts for parking due to them being in the city. They also have a recycle programs for bringing old containers and plastics zip locks back. Excellent and knowledgeable staff. Keep it medical please no adult use.

Im a patient and resident in Boston and my brother who is from out of state called to ask if they were selling to out of state patients and before he could barely get the sentence out of his mouth the rude white man (sounds like a boy) said nope and hung up in his face. Very unprofessional, I will not come back here after seeing the true customer service of Patriot Care. If you are a patient I recommend going elsewhere because it is clear they only care about money here and not the care of the patients. Very rude, I do not recommend.

Tidy, safe store with a secure entry. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Selection can be viewed online and I recommend googling them and reviewing online to get a good sense of their product line. Business is cash only because state law has changed but federal has not. There is no parking . I dont remember if they had wheelchair accommodation so do check their website or phone them to verify.

So I went to this location on 9/16 because my best friend had recommended this location based on her own experiences. We walked in and she was turned away because her license was now expired. (Completely understandable). I was called in to fill out some paperwork and as I am doing so I am getting dirty looks from the guy at the counter. His name is Marcus. I finished my paperwork and attempted to ask him some questions regarding the 1st time patient process and he would not answer any of my questions. He kept telling me to fill out the papers and bring them to him. I walked up to him with my completed papers and asked him about the referral discount for my friend who I came with. He had not entered anything into the computer yet for me and stated that she would not get anything because she could not sign in that day. I advised him that I would prefer to wait and come back when she was all set to go in, so that she could get the referral discount that was deserved to her. He stated that he already started entering my file and thats when he typed a few words and then stated I would also lose any new patient bonus if I did not buy that day. I was pretty put off by this. I do go to several other dispensaries, much more convenient for me to go to and have always been treated so nicely and professionally. I told him that I would appreciate it if he would shred my paperwork and this was already a bad experience and would not be doing business there. He told me he would not do that and he didnt care if I came back. His exact words were Have a nice fricking life. I was disgusted with this service. I also noticed him arguing with security from the window. I left and went to my favorite dispensary in another town and was serviced right away and with a smile from all.My question is how can you let someone as vile as this represent your company. I have been in medical management for years and I would never be OK with my reception or any of my staff treating ANY client this poorly. It took me a couple of weeks to write this because I wanted to make sure it was the right thing to do. I have heard a lot about your establishment for quite some time, and I am so disgusted with my experience with this person. You have lost a patient and new customer and probably the person I came with as I have already shown her how much nicer some of the other places are. Shame on you.

So I went for the first time last night and I dont get what people are saying this place is so discrete its crazy. But once you get in its so nice and relaxing just like any other medical center is. Anyway I got in and the staff was really friendly and helpful. I got a peanut butter krispy cup and it was out of this world. Then I got two different flowers Im falling in love with. As clean and neat as any medical office and staffed by the most patient, knowledgeable and friendly folks who are unfailingly helpful. I tend to get anxious when I visit, however, I am immediately put at ease by the staff member helping me and my questions are always answered thoroughly with friendliness and respect. Patriot brings a level of science and professionalism to the use of medical marijuana that I believe will, in the long run, remove any perceived stigma that may be preventing other patients from finding pain relief rather than suffering in silence.
