Absolutely horrendous communication. I have used Stuart glass for a prior job and was overall pretty happy with the experience although shotty communication during that job.This time around I had 2 separate jobs that I was willing to give Stuart Glass our business to, but they have not responded to a single phone call, voicemail, text, or email in the last 7-8 weeks.Pretty abysmal customer service if they wont even give the decency of telling you to find someone else to do the work even after theyve supplied a quote.
I have used Stuart Glass more than once and was very satisfied with the work they have done. First time they serviced a window in my apartment - changed broken glass. When i learned that they do shower doors as well i requested a quote from them and then had them install the shower glass. Took all in all about 1.5 weeks and went smooth. My shower glass looks great!
Got some broken windows replaced by them. Did a great job. Would use them again.
The guys out of the trucks are pretty helpful but the office is getting better. I tried to order some products they mentioned they would get back to me and never did. They might take a bit to get through but You can’t leave a message on their phone because the mail box is full. If you stop by in person they are much more helpful.
If I ever see your driver riding on my bumper again Ill jam on my brakes and own your company

Outstanding work at reasonable prices, and the guys they send are fast and courteous. They came to my 4th floor condo in Brookline to do the following:fix a broken balance in a Harvey window and repair the screen that went along with it;replace a cracked Harvey window;realign a screen that was at risk of blowing off.I cant speak highly enough of Stuart Glass!
The customer service at this establishment was absolutely deplorable. They downright no-showed for an appointment and then when we called them to find out why, they said we have other things going on. The front desk representative was rude, nasty and showed no customer service etiquette at ALL.Thank GOD we didnt actually give these people a dime!!!
I was quota for $547 plus tax and other company quota $425 to replace front door glass for same work. Rip off not calling them.
I dont understand why the front desk women is so unprofessional, we have a screen for 2 weeks and they keep telling us that is no ready. the customer service id ridiculousness bad.
No show + rude = lost business
